Exceptionnellement bien entretenu 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain condo avec 2 200 pieds carrés sur un seul niveau. Unité au deuxième étage avec de hauts plafonds voûtés, de grands ponts privés et des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan, le son et la jetée Jolly Roger. Profitez d'un parking couvert, d'un ascenseur privé direct et de finitions haut de gamme, y compris des sols en marbre, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Chambre d'hôtes avant a salle de bain avec baignoire / douche combo, double vasque et toilettes. Chambre d'hôtes centrale (1 lit queen + lits superposés triples) a une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche combo, deux lavabos et toilettes séparées. La chambre principale a une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, une baignoire à jets et des toilettes séparées. Nous sommes une maison adaptée aux enfants avec pack-n-play, une chaise d'alimentation et une petite sélection de livres et de jouets. Des kilomètres de plage tranquille sont à quelques pas via une promenade de plage privée avec un tuyau et une douche pour garder le sable à distance. Marchez jusqu'aux restaurants, fruits de mer frais, excursions en bateau, location d'équipement, magasins, patin à roulettes, golf miniature et plus encore!

La ville historique de Wilmington, en Caroline du Nord, est à moins d'une heure.

Great vacation spot!

Loved our stay at this property! The only downside is the 32 winding stair steps to reach the front door. BUT….once you get up there, it is SO worth it. The condo is huge, has plenty of room and a phenomenal view from the back door and deck. (Tip: Go up the front stairs once to get in the unit, unlock the back sliding door, and bring everything in/out through the back stairs. MUCH EASIER!) The kitchen was well equipped with just about everything you could need. Questions to the owner were quickly answered. Would most definitely come back again!

Large beautiful ocean view condo

We were so pleased with how spacious this place was. The bedrooms were big with nice bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. And you cannot beat the view of the ocean and pier. The owner replied quickly when I had questions or concerns and was great to work with.

Great Rental

This condo definitely exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, very nice, and it was also a great location. We did have a question that was answered within minutes by the host, so add great communication to the list. Would definitely consider staying here again if we end up back in Topsail.

Ideal In Every Way

Property location, condition, amenities, floor plan, mattress comfort, kitchen supplies, couldn't have been more perfect for our small family of three young adults and one old person. Large covered deck with front-row ocean view--we happened to get a full blue moon-rise during our stay!--and lots of comfy seating, including a hammock, are at the top of a long-list of things-we-loved about the property. Two blocks' walk to Lewis Seafood market, Godwin's Market, and the former Patio Playground . . . now Pirate's Turf Do prepare yourselves for the stairs-only access, which is another good reason to include young adults in your party. Our preference was to use the exterior stairs rather than interior stairs whenever possible. Property owners were super responsive, professional, and kind managing several questions we had during our stay. We haven't visited Topsail since before Covid, this was a very happy return!

Amazing Vacation

We loved the property and location. Seems to be the quieter section of the island which is exactly what we wanted, and the beachfront was unbeatable. The unit was very nicely updated and a great size for our family. (3 kids and 4 adults) Overall a great vacation.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed seeing our Marine and staying at such a wonderful place. Decor was spot on. Everything we needed was available. For luggage in and out, we used the back entrance. It seemed easier than the spiral front entrance. Loved our stay and enjoyed the light switch game.

Wonderful location and condo!!

This was the perfect condo and location for our long beach weekend! The condo was exactly as marketed…plenty of space, views were spectacular, linens provided, etc. We had a question the first night and received a response promptly. Loved the extras in the place like the low lighting in the kitchen and baths! Loved the multiple areas to spend time…playing games on the dining table soundside, talking in the great room beachfront, or my favorite place- the porch! Would definitely stay here again!

Adult Weekend Away!

Adults only getaway for rest and relaxation. This condo was just right, everything was on the same floor. Felt like there was several areas to hang out whether it was on the deck, in the living room, and even the dining room was a great place to hang out and play games or do a jigsaw puzzle. The kitchen was spacious enough for multiple people to prep or cook food. The views of the peir either in the day or at night was a nice change of scenery. Thanks for a great week at the beach.

Late summer stay

Topsail Beach is amazing! This condo is in the perfect location. Walkable to a few restaurants/coffee shops. Extremely quiet. Perfect size for four of us. The entry stairs can be difficult to navigate when carrying bags and groceries up/down. These stairs should be noted in the condo description, as older folks or people with health problems may not be able to make the climb easily. The new kitchen appliances were nice. And the deck was about as good as it could get!! A few maintenance issues: the carpet on the entry stairs is filthy and did not appear to have been vacuumed in quite a while, not making a very good first impression. But once we arrived in the condo, it was fine. There were light bulbs burned out in every room. A lot of the furniture in the living room is dirty and stained in spots. All in all, it was a great place to stay. The owners were very easy to reach with questions and they responded very quickly. Again, the deck was definitely a home run!!!

Would stay again

Open, airy, fantastic beach views. Enjoyed being able to walk to putt putt, restaurants, ice creams and local shops. There was a closet full of great kids toys which was an unexpected surprise. We would defiantly stay here again. As others have said-the stairs to get all your stuff into the house IS NO JOKE. Not a property for anyone who has a hard time navigating stairs. They are steep and twisty. Would be really great if owners would allow use of the elevator just for moving in/out. All of the units have elevators- not sure why guests arent allowed to use. Don’t think anyone is responsible for cleaning those stairs-pretty dirty/dusty, which made me a little concerned as to what we would find inside. But-inside was very clean and inviting! The tall ceilings were beautiful. Appliances worked very well. Mattresses were comfy. And the property manager emailed day of check in to make sure everything was in good order (we arrived just after a hurricane). All in all we had a great trip and would definitely come back!

Very nice accommodations. Having private beach access was great. The Apple TV receivers were a pleasant surprise. They had a bunch of kids toys and the kitchen was great. The only reason I gave the place a 4 out of 5 for the cleanliness was the hallway up to the unit. The carpet was stained and one of the steps at the base of the stairs was scratched.

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Top Sail Island this summer! This rental property was perfect for our family. The property owner is very responsive and pleasant to work. The property is very nice and updated, and the location couldn’t be better! The property is ocean front and also walking distance from a couple of restaurants, wine bar/ coffee shop, convenience store, ice cream, mini golf and gift shops. It was the perfect property for our family vacation!

Amazing Condo and Location

We really enjoyed this rental. The condo is very nice with amazing ocean views. It is located right on the beach near the downtown Topsail area. You can walk everywhere in Topsail and then drive, if needed, to Surf City. We had a wonderful week at the condo and highly recommend it!

If all you want is beach access...

...then this is the rental for you. Undeniable views from the deck and excellent private access to the beach. However, if you intend to spend any amount of time indoors in the daily habits of living (like sleeping, eating, using the bathroom, etc), then seek out another property. It's properties like this that are the cause for so much complaining about vacation rentals. It's not a dump, it's fine. However, there's a long chore list awaiting you, a $$$$ cleaning fee, and if you're as lucky as we were: no toilet paper/half rolls, no dishwasher detergent (and the dishwasher was full), a broken dishwasher, uncleaned floors, no bed linens or bath towels (this is the ultimate in cheap accommodation tactics), cheap kitchen appliances like a toaster from the dollar store... I could go on. They are charging way too much for the level of accommodation they provide. They are cheap, let's just call it what it is. They rely on the location alone, but to us, that wasn't enough to justify the high price tag and all the failures of hospitality we experienced. They should not be in the hospitality industry and just enjoy their beach house privately. I hope they remember their sheets!

Beautiful but not clean and lacking maintenance

The Good Proximity to beach and oceanview were fabulous. Sleep # bed in ocean master was good. Very tastefully decorated and lots of detailed woodwork. Polywood deck furniture. Lots of indoor seating. The Bad 32 stairs up to the unit in spiral staircase format were not fun but the elevator is not for guest use. Tile floors were sticky and dirty upon arrival - had not even been swept let alone wet-mopped. Carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed. Most of the furniture in living room was dirty - even had food embedded in some of it. Washer had excessive black mold which we cleaned so we could use it. They should post a note for renters to leave the lid raised. Rain showerhead in master was so clogged that water sprayed everywhere but down. Back master bedroom had so much dust hanging from the ceiling fan that we used the middle room but the bed was not as nice as in the 2nd master. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived - likely due to it not working because the frame is bent and the door won't close. We saw this reported in an earlier review asked if it had been fixed - reply was 'yes'. We had to hand wash dishes. Almost everything we pulled from the cabinets was dirty. No garbage disposal was frustrating. We had 4 adults and though the pics showed 4 bar height chairs on the deck, one was broken and in the corner. Deck had rotten board right in the middle. This really is a beautiful place if some maintenance and cleaning were done.

Great location and condo! Just make sure to prep for your visit!

We had a fantastic time at this condo. Accuracy in terms of rooms, location and all of the major things were really great! Communication between the owner was also great. We just wish we knew about the amount of stairs and while there was an email in the beginning about bringing items, it wasn't made clear on the listing. There are no linens or towels (which is expected more in a beach rental), but there was also no garbage bags, handsoap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc. These are all minor details, but wish we knew/read better about this before we got there! Otherwise everything else was really great! Would definitely rent again!

Nice location, could use a little maintenance

The location is unbeatable and our stay was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. There were some things in the home that could use some maintenance or help. The dishwasher didn't close without some serious help bending the frame that holds it up to allow the door to close and a handful of lights were burnt out. I also didn't notice in the fine print that linens were not provided and discovered that about 5 minutes before we arrived when reading the check in directions. They do provide a linen rental recommendation, I just wasn't prepared for that on arrival so that was a bit of a hassle. Overall though wonderful place if you don't mind having to walk up a small staircase to get to the room.
