Un condo entièrement rénové, carrelage dans toute cette unité. Ce condo possède un salon ouvert et un coin repas. La toute nouvelle cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner vos prises du jour. La chambre principale a un lit king size, avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe et la deuxième chambre un ensemble de lits superposés et un lit double supplémentaire avec un lit gigogne en dessous. La deuxième chambre a été récemment rénovée pour devenir une chambre fermée. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes, une dans chaque chambre. Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés dans cette unité et fumer est autorisé à l'extérieur seulement. Il y a une grande terrasse qui donne sur la plage. Profitez des grandes brises de ce pont. Oh, ai-je mentionné que les levers de soleil sont incroyables! Nichés dans les dunes dorées de l'île Mustang, les condos Beachhead ont tous une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Les équipements complexes comprennent une piscine, un salon pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 60 personnes avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, idéal pour les fêtes, les mariages, les réunions de famille, une aire de jeux et une promenade privée vers la plage à quelques pas de l'une des unités. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was exactly what we needed for our weekend get-a-way. Management was very responsive. Easy check-in/out. Easy spacious parking. The condo was clean and it was a great value for the price. Beds were comfortable. We took our daughter and 3 friends for her birthday over Spring Break and the walls were well-insulated. The kids room even had board games. The balcony was large and had partial view of the water and full view from the balcony. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Grounds/pool was never crowded. Could not be any closer to the beach! Loved the private beach entrance. AC worked well. Bring quarters for washer and dryer if desired. Pack your beach towels/toys. Laundry pod provided and other toiletries as well. Warning there are no TVs in the bedroom as listed but wasn’t an issue for us. Sound on TV in the family room would randomly go out but we discovered that unplugging/replugging the HDMI cable would restore the sound. Would definitely stay again!

Cleaning needs work and would suggest new mattresses

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here twice the first time no issues except the AC was not working when we got there and we had to wait a couple hours for them to come and fix it this time. I have to say I was really bothered by the amount of dust in the unit For paying such a hefty cleaning fee. I would not expect to see literally everything covered in the layer of dust and to have to dust everything just to put my items on furniture, like end tables and such.

Nice place

The AC was not working so we stayed in an alternate room the first night. Wife did not like the two flights of stairs to climb, however the balcony had a beautiful view.

Relaxing Beach Time

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, however rooms had musty odors. The beds were comfortable and the Ikea kitchen oven was interesting. The balcony door did not lock but the third floor view was nice especially at night the lights by pool were nice and the heated water was perfect way to end a long day at Sandfest.

Vacay home with everything

Everything worked as it should and we had a wonderful view from the balcony or the master bedroom of the ocean. The condo had pretty much anything you could possibly need. Almost too much, it was my only complaint that it was so well stocked there was little to no room for our storage of groceries if they weren’t refrigerated.It was fine though we made it work and appreciate the attention to any and all needs being met so we didn’t have to run out for random cooking items as we grill out almost every night for dinner on our week stays. Overall very easy text only check-in and out process and felt very safe and private through the entire stay.

Beachhead Condos

The property has walkable beach access, a pool and playground for kids right outside of the building. It was clean and was close to stores, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend you rent a golf cart when in town to get around. The property was quiet and we loved sitting out on the balcony of our unit to take in the ocean views and listen to the waves.

Family weekend getaway

Very clean condo and complex grounds! Quiet at night and close to shops and restaurants and beach. Condo was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and even makeup wipes. But strangely no hand soap. No big deal though.

Very relaxing

The property was great. Easy access to the beach from the board walk, or a very short drive down the road in your car or golf cart. The pool and play room was perfect for getting out of the salt water and sun as well. Easy access to shops and restaurants. If you have small children or adults with issues going up stairs make sure you clarify what level you need on. We enjoyed being on the top floor, but I could see how that could be an issue. We plan on going back and staying at the same place.

Great location, but needs updates

The property management was great to deal with and provided a super easy check in. The location of this property was perfect. However property is extremely outdated. Furniture stained and dirty. It has stood the test of time and needs to be updated! Amenities such as clean tools and sheets are provided. Kitchen nicely stocked. But there is NO WiFi and internet on phones is spotty. So if your needing to do work or use internet this is not the place to stay!!! Description says has internet but it does not!

Get towed !

We reserved our condo for a 3 night stay. Loved the property and the location until the 2nd morning of our stay we woke up to my car being towed because it was a little to far to one side and even though there was no guest there they were towing my car with the property tag in the window. My husband thank God was able to stop the tow truck driver from taking my car with my children standing outside and my brother I law. A little while later there was a knock on our door it was the property manager and the police demanding that we leave because my husband threatened the manager, which he did not do our children were right there and he would never behave like that in front of them. We were given 1 hour to pack all of our things and leave . Thank God PORT A ESCAPES was willing to move us to another condo for the remainder of our stay. Do not recommend staying here if you have more that one vehicle. They were very rude when the problem could have been solved by just asking us to move my car 2 feet to the left.

Did not like that parking was under water. Tables and grills where under water. But our rental was very nice and our family was comfortable. Nice and clean.

Overall okay

1. Air conditioner can't keep up in afternoon. It will warm up to 75-77 in the condo and take the evening to cool back down. 2. Dishwasher bottom rack wheels were off. Fixed it so we could use the did washer. 3. Cable tv didn't work. Reported it but no one responded or came to fix it. 4. Two can openers and neither worked. 5. One kitchen towel as one hot pad is quite limiting when you are preparing meals. 6. Toilet wasn't cleaned on the outside.Clean 7. Only 1 tv in the condo Good 1. Location is great 2. Plenty of room for 5 3. Easy access to beach 4. Teenagers liked the pool and game room 5. Trash cans nearby for drop off of daily trash bags 6. Liked the covered parking and that it was right by the condo
