Lakin 'Memories-Water Front Home sur le lac Ky

L'un des plus récents construit sur le lac KY. Le constructeur a remis les clés en 2015. 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec Nouveau tout! Porches couverts donnant sur le lac. Parking bateau à la maison. Quai de bateau privé avec tablette solaire intégrée. Entièrement meublé sauf vos effets personnels. Moins d'un mile de Moor's Marina, rampe de bateau, restaurant et aire de jeux pour enfants. L'emplacement est peut-être le meilleur sur le lac, juste en face des sites locaux populaires - "les sables" et "la carrière de roche". Pente très douce à l'eau. Sortez en bas et promenez-vous jusqu'au quai pour pêcher, regarder les bateaux passer ou nager. De nouveaux grill-gaz et charbon de bois pour vos barbecues! Ou nous avons plusieurs restaurants préférés à seulement quelques minutes.

Family reunion

The property is outstanding for our purpose. The house is always clean and well stocked with necessary items. Any communication with owner is always answered promptly. Had issues with washer but the problem was taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction.

Book this Lovely Lakeside Retreat!

We loved this property and the personal touches the hosts provide for their guests. The house was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The welcome gift was amazing and touching (no spoilers, but you'll love it, too!). We especially liked just chilling out on the decks watching the fireflies, owls, birds and deer in the back yard. My family was the original owner of Moors Resort and I have stayed in numerous properties in that area over the years. I must say this one was the most comfortable by far. Beds, pillows, shower heads, firm couches, well-stocked kitchen, clean porches, lighting, toiletries...everything was top notch. Highly recommend this property!

Birthday lake trip

We had a wonderful time at Lakin’ Memories for my husband’s 30th birthday. Very clean and spacious house. We spent the majority of time there outside on the decks. Having an on-site boat dock was so helpful and convenient for us. Very friendly owner, he came by and introduced himself in person and wished my husband a happy birthday.

We have stayed here for 5 years or more and have always had a wonderful time. This is the most well supplied and comfortable VRBO that we have stayed in. We stay here for a family reunion and the other houses stayed in are envious of the customer service that we receive. Exceptional host!!!

Beautiful house on Kentucky lake! Great dock on the water to store our boat. Kayaks were provided for our use and we had a great time!

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay at this home again. It was clean and comfortable. It was a good setup for our two family units. Our son and daughter-in-law and granddaughters utilized the downstairs with the three bedrooms and a bathroom and we used the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, both upstairs and downstairs, for quiet morning coffee or playing with our granddaughters. The owner was responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We enjoyed the wine and cheese welcome gift too! Since we were near Moor’s and the marina, we ate at Ralph’s which was good and enjoyed ice cream at the marina almost every day when we were out boating. We definitely recommend Larkin’ Memories!

Relax at Kentucky Lake

Nicely appointed home, plenty of room inside and on decks outside, master bedroom on main floor a plus for the less energetic. Huge boat dock- though navigating to it in the wind is a test. Our 2nd year staying here and friendly property owner is continuing to improve the property to make your stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Love Lakin Memories

The only reason I don't stay at Lakin Memories when I visit Kentucky Lake is because its already booked. This place is more popular then fleas on a dog. The home is fantastic , the host Ben and his wife have become like family. Oh did I mention the dock for your boat. I want to live in this home. The property Manager Michelle is super helpfull. We will be back!

Lakin’ Memories was true to its name!

This trip was a reunion(40 years) with college friends and a quick trip from our adult children and friends. The weather was perfect and allowed for morning coffee on the deck, corn hike in the evening, and boating during the day. The best collection of meals occurred in the spacious kitchen as others relaxes with a beverage. We all love being together and the house created a cozy and relaxing environment. Ben checked in on us by phone to be sure we had all that we needed. Overall we had a wonderful time- thank you so much!

Wonderful Week!

Lakin' Memories is a comfortable home with roomy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and great upper and lower decks. The dock was perfect for swimming and floating. Though we don't fish, I believe it would be a fisherman's paradise. We saw some big ones. The owner and property manager were very helpful and easy to work with. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, play, and relax. Thanks for sharing.

Captured our attention!

From beginning to end ~ Lakin' Memories was the place to be! So quiet a neighborhood @ all hours. Michelle got us started and was always available. Both decks with amazing Bluetooth became our hangout and the taste of smores called us to the firepit in the evenings. 12 in our party, plenty of space all around! Swam often from dock and kayaked in cove~ fun stuff! Ben was quick to respond, super host. Overall a 5 star experience! You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic home perfect for a lake vacation

We have rented many VRBO properties over the years, and Lakin’ Memories was truly one of the best. Kentucky Lake is a calm place to boat and safely do water sports, and this property was the perfect place to come home to. It was clean, comfortable, and so well-stocked! This place had it all—extra comfy blankets, cooking spices, magazines, movies, books, games, pantry staples! We appreciated the welcome gift basket too! The layout worked well for two families. We all felt like we had enough space. On a vacation like this, the outside of the home is important as well. The dock was perfect for our boat and two wave runners. We easily parked two trailers and three vehicles in the paved driveway/next to the driveway on the gravel. We rented a different property in the area last year and had some issues with the steep parking for our trailers. In addition, the property is conveniently located close to Moor’s Marina, the sand beach, and the quarry. Have I mentioned the decks? Beautiful and so welcoming! We spent a lot of our down time outside enjoying the hammock, patio furniture, and built-in Bluetooth speakers. Both Michelle, the property manager, and Ben, the owner, were so kind and communicated promptly to answer any questions we had. Lakin’ Memories lives up to its name—great family memories were made!

Fall Fishing Trip

Our group had originally scheduled to arrive just before the state lockdown due to the pandemic. Ben was very understanding and we rescheduled our trip for October. The property was beyond our expectations. Great proximity to Moors. Highly recommend this property. We will be back.

We live near the lake with some of our fondest memories growing up on the water. We have raised our kids the same way and making memories at "Lakin' Memories"! We love to spend time in the outdoors and especially at the lake when we are not traveling for domestically and globally. We love to travel and stay at other VRBO's & AirBNB's internationally and domestically. Busy travel schedules for us means Lakin' Memories is unoccupied too much and available for you. So we love to get away to our refuge on the lake and be together whenever possible, whether it is on the water, on the dock fishing, or on the porch grilling and hanging out. A bad day at the lake, beats a good day at work!

This property is completely furnished plus some. It is set up with everything that we could think of even some of what our friends could think of. We took the best of ideas from other homes we stayed at abroad and made them available to our guest at Lakin Memories. Brand new house and clean as a whistle! Tankless water heater means you should never have to take a cold shower here or worry about how long the teenagers stay in there! NEW FOR 2021 - PUFFY MATTRESSES FOR KING AND QUEEN BED, CONCRETE WALKWAYS AND BLUE TOOTH DECK SPEAKERS!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Great location in the heart of the Land Between the Lakes area, only a few hours from Nashville, Memphis or St. Louis. Located on the middle of Kentucky Lake in a brand new, lakefront property. You may never want to leave…. The only rule here is you have to RELAX! So, we packed the house with games, leisure reading books from famous authors, TV's with Hulu and Netflix, a fire place and fire pit outside where you can gather with family and friends while looking out over Kentucky Lake.
