Bienvenue à Pete's Place, la location de vacances idéale toute l'année. Ce vrai est situé à 5 miles à l'extérieur de Glenwood Springs, à mi-chemin entre le centre-ville et la station de ski Sunlight, une station de ski très familiale et abordable. (www. lumière du soleil. com).

Si vous préférez l'une des destinations de ski les plus importantes, il vous suffit de conduire environ 45 minutes jusqu'à Aspen où se trouvent 4 stations de ski de classe mondiale.

En plus des sources thermales de renommée mondiale, situées dans le centre-ville de Glenwood, il existe également de nombreux sentiers de randonnée, ainsi que du vélo, tous à quelques minutes de la maison.

Wonderful Property with Beautiful views

We had an absolute amazing time in Glenwood at this property. It was clean, well maintained, and very easy to get to from Glenwood. The view was so beautiful from the deck and was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely book here again!

Great house

This is a real find for anyone who is looking for a nice house next to a beautiful stream. The host is great. We found the house stocked with the little things like coffee and filters, wrapping paper and a bunch of other things that make little sense to buy if you only spend a few days.

Almost 5-star

Great Location. Great outdoor spaces. Great living area and kitchen. Fully stocked with everything you need (dishes, blankets, pots and pans, appliances, etc). This is a well appointed property. However, the property needs a deep cleaning and the carpet replaced. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s over the years and this was not at the normal level of cleanliness.

Great stay and accommodations

Love this place. We’ve stayed here before for our family and friend’s fishing trip. Great location to rivers and town. Host took great care in making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Great family trip

Get off the grid!

If you are looking to get off of the grid, this is the place for you! I didn’t have cell service at the property which couldn’t have been better for me (we did have WiFi which was perfect). The house is cozy and the fire places were great, they gave the house a really warm feel, and made it feel like a really warm cabin. It’s about 10 minutes from the town which is small slice of Americana. The backyard / creek are great, my son loved playing back there. Would highly recommend!

Fly Fishing Slam

We got together with our grown sons and fly fished the Roaring Fork and Frying Pan Rivers as well as some spring creeks. Fishing was killer. It was so nice to return to the rental property and relax, have a drink and make dinner. We really liked the peaceful location and the well eqipped kitchen. Had a flock of wild turkeys walk through the property.

Lovely mountain home perfect for family getaway!

This was a wonderful home for our family’s weekend getaway to Glenwood Springs. The home is beautifully decorated, well stocked with all you would need over a weekend & had a cozy feel to it. There were even towels available for us to use at the hot springs! The creek side setting was so peaceful & we loved going out on the beautiful deck to enjoy our morning coffee and relax. Mary & Jim were great and helped problem solve a challenge with our booking dates & we’re very responsive in their communication! Loved our stay there & would love to visit again when in Glenwood!

Long weekend for Colorado TAC

We stayed here while attending Colorado Total Archery challenge. Beautiful place on the river. Secluded. Close to Sunlight Mountain. Very well kept. Tons of room. Spacious.

Beautiful location but dated

Lovely setting on the creek. Remodeled kitchen is nice. Could use a deep cleaning throughout the house. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work, bathroom door got stuck shut. Hosts were responsive and helpful. No cell service so calling is through Wi-Fi, which stopped working the day we checked out. Had to drive up to Sunlight Mountain Resort to call the hosts to be able to check in, as door code wasn’t sent. The setting made up for many inconveniences but probably wouldn’t stay again.

A Slice of Heaven

This property is exceptional. The house is situated so all windows have a view of the creek as do all decks. One can hear the creek anywhere they sit. The house is well cared for and everything works, the furniture comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the oven and stove cook well and the grill was clean. The owners were always available if we had any questions. We will be back to this lovely place. Thank you for sharing this exceptional property with us.

My family truly enjoyed their stay.

My husband traveled with his siblings and mother to Glenwood Springs over mothers day weekend. They all thought the house was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of gather spaces

Fantastic VRBO!

Our family of 5 (two adults, three small kids) had a great time! The house is located nicely outside of town where it is quite and relaxing, but still within in a quick drive to get things or go anywhere. Plus, it is a very short distance to Sunlight. The layout is very nice, the kitchen is the best stocked we have experienced, gas fire places very cozy, beds extremely comfortable! 5 Star in our review. Property owners are very responsive and friendly as well!

Pete’s place in Glenwood Springs

Nice property located on Four-Mile Road on the way to Sunlight Ski Area. Ted and Mary are very responsive to guests’ requests. Love the creek running in the back. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything necessary to prepare a nice meal and there is plentiful seating at the dining table and in the living room. Plenty of space in the home, but the bedroom set-up downstairs requires a walk through Bedroom One to access Bedroom Two. It’s a bit hazardous exiting the driveway to the road as bushes block the view and it’s on a blind curve. Such a comfortable place to stay and would recommend it to others!!

3 generation get away

Spent a few days, grandparents, our kids and grandkids. The house was great, very comfortable and a terrific space downstairs for our kids and their kids. Everyone had their privacy. Kids had a blast playing outside and the stove added a nice comfy touch. Plenty of space for meals as well. The house is out of town, in the mountain, an easy 10 minute drive to the town center. Really felt like a vacation. We would definitely return given the opportunity.

Skier/Boarder dream home.

This home is 4 miles from sunlight mountain, creek front, and well equipped like no other rental. You could should up empty handed, get snowed in for a week, and survive on the provisions in the pantry. Staples like zip bags, spices, foil, every kitchen gadget you could want, fuel for grill, even a slim Jim if you lock your keys in the car. The host would arrive before ski time and shovel all the snow from the driveway on powder days. This is a first class rental home that is managed properly.

Fantastic Ski Trip

We had a great time at Ted and Mary's place. It was very close to the Sunlight Ski Resort. The house had lots of room for everyone and looked exactly like the pictures. Ted and Mary were great hosts. Ted came early each morning that it snowed to clear the driveway. We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing property and hosts!

We stayed at Ted and Mary's property over the Christmas holiday and they were so accommodating, they even had some decorated Christmas trees up for us! The entire place was well laid out and comfortable for our entire family! Would definitely stay here again.
