There is NO spa or hot tub that is accessible by renters in this unit.
The grill is filthy. We wanted to cook out but wouldn't dare put anything on it.
The unit had NO bath soap (had to ask for some!), no paper products or kitchen towels, no trash bags, no spices, and no coffee. You must bring absolutely everything. Floor was covered in sand when we arrived (despite the very high cleaning fee...)
Renters on second floor were very noisy and when I contacted the owner she did nothing.
On our last day, our little grandson threw something and it hit the TV. We contacted Kathleen and told her we would replace the TV. She agreed to the screenshot of the TV we suggested.
Kathleen then asked us to purchase an extended warranty and pay the haul-away fee. We refused to buy her an extended warranty. Her husband was also dishonest about how old the TV was. Since we refused to pay for extras, Kathleen decided to go through the VRBO process even though we fully agreed to replace her TV. She just wanted MORE.
Finally, this is not a place "all to yourselves". It is a noisy 3-story building. Kathleen was intrusive on very our first day, demanding we sign paperwork without reading it, and disrupting our morning trying to get breakfast for our grandchildren.
We are honest people who are shocked at how were treated by Kathleen. I would never recommend this place.
