Seaside Villa 353 - Climatisation centrale

Cette fabuleuse villa côté mer offre deux vues pour le prix d'une! Profitez de la vue sur l'océan et la piscine depuis notre villa située au troisième étage. Cette villa, contrairement à la plupart des autres villas de Seaside, dispose du chauffage central et de la climatisation au lieu d’un seul mur.

À quelques pas de l'ascenseur, l'enregistrement est facile. Profitez de la vue sur la piscine depuis la porte d'entrée. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez que la villa est confortable et agréable. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un four micro-ondes, une cuisinière, un lave-vaisselle et un grand réfrigérateur. La table peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. Le salon offre une vue sur l'océan, une télévision à écran plat 40 pouces, un lecteur DVD et un lecteur Blu-ray. Le canapé se transforme en un lit queen. La chambre dispose d'un nouveau matelas et d'un cadre de lit queen-size, d'une nouvelle literie, d'une commode, d'une télévision à écran plat / lecteur DVD et d'une salle de bains attenante. Les couchettes encastrées dans le hall sont idéales pour les petits enfants seulement.

Situé en bord de mer, le Sea Side Villas comprend un parking couvert, des barrières de sécurité, deux piscines, des laveuses et des sécheuses à chaque étage, une terrasse en bord de mer, une douche extérieure, des barbecues extérieurs et un accès direct à l'océan. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent l'accès gratuit au Player's Club, situé à seulement deux pâtés de maisons, pour l'utilisation de la piscine intérieure chauffée et du bain à remous.

Very Basic

Safe place to stay in close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. No frills here, must bring everything you would want/need for the beach. Zero beach cart, toys, umbrellas, etc. which I haven’t encountered in the past while renting a vacation home/condo. Internet didn’t work a majority of the time and the TV takes a genius to figure out, even with the host’s instructions for use. In the future we will make sure to select a place that lists out all the extras to maximize our outdoor time while on vacation.

Getaway for one

Took a “me time “ getaway for my birthday. Great location! Office staff was friendly. Bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable but overall it worked for just me. My 6’4 husband couldn’t have shared the bedroom space.

Worked for the 2 days we were there

The floors have soft spots and the appliances are definitely retro. We had to leave a day early due to Debby. I wouldn't book at Seavillas again but again it was fine for the short time we were there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and price. We enjoyed our stay here. It is a side unit but you can still see the ocean and feel relaxed sitting on the balcony. The unit has an AC unit and the temperature was great. The room was a little smaller than the one we stayed at previously, but it worked for our family of 5. Our kids are small, if you had bigger kids it may be too small. The stove is in need of being replaced or at least the burners replaced. Overall, I would recommend this unit. It was a pleasant stay.

Horrible bed

The bed felt like a piece of foam on a sheet of plywood. There was a dip on my husbands side. The couch cushions are worn down so much that when you sit on it, you can feel the bed in the couch. It was clean. The location is great. The couch and bed are the reason why I will not rent here again.

Me and my family loved how the pool was salt water instead of chlorine, something we haven’t experienced before. We weren’t too far of a walk to the eateries nearby which was nice because we prefer to walk instead of drive on nice days. The best part was how close to the beach we were. From the balcony you can see the beach is right there, a few minutes walk. I recommend seaside villas for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was wonderful, the condo smaller than it looked in photos, but that was ok. But small roaches at night running around kind of freaked me out. It was surface clean but did not seem deep down clean. Definitely needs fresh paint at the very least.

Amazing stay

The home was small, but I knew that going in but it was food for three adults especially since we spent most of our time on the balcony. The balcony does need at least two or more chairs. I was sitting in one of our beach chairs but we eventually took out one of the other chairs but returned it inside before we left. It had all the amenities in the kitchen we needed. Also, the view was awesome and the grounds crew was out everyday so the property was always clean. And the elevator was a huge plus for my dad who has a bad knee and they have a loading area and carts to lug all of your stuff up to the home. It made unpacking and packing so easy. And there was never an issue with parking with parking either. I loved it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The website stated that there is access to an indoor heated pool, which was not true when we arrived. This was one of the main reasons we chose our stay with VTHHI since we knew the water temperature would still be a bit cold for our kids. Upon arrival, there was no indoor heated pool or access to one. When I called the office about this issue, I was told that they’ll look into it and then rushed off the call. This definitely had a negative impact on our entire stay and overall opinion of VTHHI.

Great beachfront location close to Coligny Plaza, shopping, and restaurants, as well as Celebration Park. Comfortable furniture (queen bed, sofa, balcony chairs), excellent cable and internet service, very clean and updated condo. Both the AC and heating unit work very well. The buildings and property are also exceptionally well maintained. Top floor location provides direct beach and ocean views and is very quiet. The management company was outstanding and efficient during check-in and check-out, and I had no issues or problems to report during my stay. This is a great location on the island and I highly recommend this condo.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay with our granddaughter in this condo. She slept on the sofa bed and said it was really comfy. My husband and I found the bed to be very comfy. The ac in the condo works really well which is very important to us especially at night as we like to be cool when we sleep. We really enjoyed our coffee with a view each morning. The beach and the pool were really just steps away and we enjoyed both. The location is very good as we were able towalk to shops and restaurants via the sidewalk or the beach. If you don’t need a lot of space, you really cannot go wrong with this unit!
