Not as expected

The space unfortunately is not as it appears in photos. The front entry outside of the unit is not as listed online with random shoes, paint buckets and hoses every where. Not as it appears bright, clean and safe online. We chose this space because of the pullout sofa bed but the sofa is very dusty and has stains and we were not comfortable using it. The patio was totally not accessible as it’s FILLED with cords, gas cans, buckets and everything else imaginable cluttering It. The unit itself is just not as it appears in the listing which is modern and clean. It accurately has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but needs major modernizations and a deep clean. There is also a cigarette smell throughout the unit. We stayed one night and ended up moving to a hotel. Very unfortunate.

best beach access!

The location of this place is perfect - walking distance from the pier, beach and grocery store. The beach access was 2 mins down the road! Perfect size for a group of 6

Loved it!!

We had a great stay. Walking distance to the beach. A plus!!! Very cute little cottage. Kids had a great time as well. Very clean and the host was quick to respond with any problems we had. Will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend

Warm and Welcoming

Easy access to the beach in a fun and warm beach community. Made an excellent getaway for the family and very accessible to both the beach, which had a ramp and was a short walk down the road, and inside the house. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great location, needs fixes

Very good location, close to the beach. Decently stocked kitchen gear. However, unit 300 has multiple broken 15" floor tiles with very sharp edges that are poorly suited to young kids running around. The mattresses and box springs are very old and significantly stained and absolutely need replacing. The mattresses were extremely disappointing from an otherwise promising spot.

GREAT LOCATION

Clean little 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, no frills, great location rental. It worked perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay at this location again. Big point - clean floors with bare feet, clean bathrooms.

Beach Getaway

We only had one issue with our stay. The toilets were very small, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was provided for us and that was a huge help. We have stayed at other condos and nothing was provided, but this one was almost like a hotel stay. Everything was provided except groceries. We will be back for another visit!

Not As Expected

When we arrived the floors were sticky with cleaning solution. The couches are stained & very dusty. Light bulbs were missing in the fixtures. One reviewer said the bedding was luxurious, but the sheets appear to be well worn and many years old. Mattresses were exposed and the sofa bed was unusable because the mattress was so dirty. Towels were stained and old. The description says the place has recently been renovated, but really the only new part was the shower in the master bedroom. The decorations are old and dusty as are the furnishings. We only stayed one of the three nights because it did not feel clean or comfortable & there weren’t enough beds since we couldn’t use the sofa bed. I’m not sure how this place was given 5 stars by previous reviewers. I will say, the location is great. Right down the street from the beach.

Great location & price for a family!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach cottage, the location was amazing, just half a block from the beach! We had a little check-in confusion but Joan got it sorted out quickly. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the washer and dryer were handy too. The wifi was super fast so we could work online. The linens were nice and comfortable. Joan was friendly and responsive and easy to work with. The property was a little older and could use some extra fixing, just little things like screws on the doorknobs and the screen door falling off. It was almost too clean with no spices or knick-knacks or games left behind. One of the things I love about Vrbo is that it feels like being home and not having to buy all the little extra things. Overall we loved our stay, it was a great two weeks that we will treasure forever!

Great place to stay!

The house was bigger than we thought. Clean and right down from the beach. It took maybe 2-3 walk to the beach. Have a nice patio for relaxing. So much with in walking distance or a short drive! Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful property a block from beach access. Can't wait to come back! My husband and I brought our son, his wife, and their two daughters (13 & 7). Everyone enjoyed the stay!

Film Crew Beach Stay

This property was great... conveniently located near most anything in Cocoa Beach and surrounding area. Very quiet, very clean... easy beach access 100 yards away!

Beautiful place

I loved this place. We were close to the beach and had an adorable backyard. The place was clean and comfortable. I definitely would stay there again.
