Profitez de cette villa à une chambre décorée de couleurs vives située dans la section Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Une fois passée dans le porche privé et dans le logement, vous trouverez une villa de luxe récemment rénovée comprenant une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bains élégamment aménagée avec un mobilier en marbre et un confortable salon entièrement meublé. Cette villa est également livré avec un accès complet à la cour.

Myrtle Beach est connue pour son golf; offrant plus de 80 cours facilement accessibles. Si vous n’aimez pas un parcours de golf, Myrtle Beach est également connue comme la capitale mondiale du mini-golf. Il est donc évident qu’il en existe un à proximité. Sans oublier Barefoot Landing avec plus de 100 magasins et possibilités de restauration, y compris le nouveau restaurant Lucy Buffets Lulu. Le bord de l’eau de Little River n’est pas loin, avec les seules croisières casino de la Caroline. Cette région est un endroit magnifique avec quelque chose pour tout le monde.

The place was very clean and had been recently updated with new floors and freshly painted walls. Despite having many condos in the area, it was surprisingly quiet, i felt very safe, and the beach was only a few blocks away! Dining, shopping and entertainment were also very close.

Disappointed

Not clean, several maintenance issues, toilet not flushing properly, garbage disposal not working, spoke with management and was told maintenance was being contacted, never happened in one month. Kitchen had one teaspoon and one tablespoon. Two drinking glasses. Manager did bring spoons.

No se parece nada alas fotos estaba todo sucio había comida podrida en los gabinetes adentro olía muy feo cuando abrí salieron muchísimos mosquitos, las sábanas de las camas están manchadas el sofá cama muy sucio había basura en el piso mucha arena mucho polvo en los muebles en las ventanas la cortina del baño tiene mold el baño sucio me tocó limpiar todo mis dos parqueos estaban ocupados el bote de basura estaba lleno muy mal servicio las gavetas del baño estaban malas y el apartamento olía muy horrible a podrido lo único bueno es la ubicación est cerca de la playa

Great stay!

Cute little cottage with plenty of room for a single, small group or family. Clean and well kept, just a short walk to the beach, and close to everything, Definitely visiting again and staying here!

Anniversary from hell

First of all the code to get into the villa. It took about an hour to get in touch with someone about the problem. When we did get the correct code, the villa was filthy. Had to contact someone and tell them that we couldn't stay there. We got another place and it was almost as dirty. Had to clean the place before we even thought about sitting down. We finally decided to leave a day early because the mattress on the bed was sinking in the middle when we slept and it was killing my back. We will never stay there again.

Myrtle Beach Nightmare

Arrived to a filthy property with fecal matter on the couch and floor, rusted unusable appliances, and disgusting mattress and pad. Property mgr promised a refund, which never came and all calls and vm's ghosted. Stay anywhere but here!!

Good place, but needs some attention

Let me make very clear, the place was nice and not that far from the beach. The experience while in the place, however, is a different story. It felt like everything was broken. The master bed sheets were ripped to shreds. The remote in the master bed was missing buttons, and the TV buttons didn't do what they were supposed to. The pull out couch was so dirty. It says sleeps 5, but there are no sheets for the pull out couch, only pillows for days. The pillows were also stained. There were 4 remotes for the TV in the living room with no instruction. The laundry area was nice to have. However, the front plate of the washer falls off. The broom is bent to hell and the $1 dust pan is cracked and falling apart. The mixer/smoothie machine does not turn off. The ice cream scoop is broken and not usable. Several other utensils are rusted or broken. Honestly, $200 - $300 maybe would fix most of these problems. But looking through comments, these problems have been going on for a while. Again, enjoyed the place, just wish it was more comfortable.

Pictures Deceptive

The pixs showed a bright sunny place, but in reality there were heavy wooden shutters that made the house dark as a cave even with all the lights on. We had to drive to the office of VRBO to get service for the tvs that wouldn't work and they never got them working properly. The furniture was covered in sand and so we left after 3 days. We texted the office and told them we were leaving early but continued to emails asking how our vacation was going. The worst experience I have ever had with VRBO, as I have always had an excellent experience in the past.

5 tv remotes. No instructions. Primary remote broken

Called for 2 days. 1 came but did not replace. Found 5 palmetto bugs. Microsoft was rusted and disgusting. Place was old and musty. Bad for my allergies.

It was great!

if you’re like a 2 person family with a pet and bring 1-2 family/friend, it’s a great place. the mattress in the couch bed is a little old and needs to be replaced. make sure to bring your own sheets as well as some pillow cases. Also the remote for the roku tv was chewed up from a previous stay and i let the owner know so i’m sure they took care of it. cant complain about anything else really because it was an overall great little place to stay for our two week vacation and the experience was wonderful for us and our pup! plenty of property to walk your pup around just pick up their poo! its close to the beach as well, it’s not right there on it but you can walk there. everything worked in the house (all appliances, electric, plumbing… etc.) the owner was super easy to communicate with and was so nice and helpful! THANK YOU!!! :)))

The place had not been cleaned it was so dirty, I just wanted to leave, and I did leave 2 days early, I had to ware flip flops inside because the floor was so dirty it was horrible experience I will never go back

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Screen door was busted, code that they gave us had not even been changed because the cleaning service never came. Had to take vacation money to buy a swiffer and more bleach wipes, etc. hair ALL over shower, floors were FILTHY. And this was the first 30 minutes. Says is sleeps five and that was a complete lie. The pictures were deceiving. If you are looking at pictures and think it sleeps five because of two couches and a bed, you are mistaken. The “futon” appearance in provided pictures is a beat up old chair with cushions that looked like you would catch something if you sat on them. The walls were plastered in bathroom area by toilet and shower rods. In addition, we could not tell if the walls were painted badly or if it was bodily fluid on them. The table is all stained up and the furniture is rickety and of poor quality. We assumed things would be as described but NO. The roku remote was broken and they did not even tell us. When we called (before they stopped answering our calls in order to make all of this right), they were already aware of this but did not let us know that we couldn’t easily access any of this. The batteries went dead on the door lock and we just had to pray that our stuff wouldn’t get stolen when we left the house. Had they told us about the remote/etc before hand (what any honest person would do), and said they were having difficulty accessing the needed repairs due to Covid-19, we would have understood. But we had to find out on our own. Our vacation, time and money was sadly spent the first few days buying more cleaning supplies and cleaning to make it halfway descent. The Myrtlebeach vacation stations quit answering all of our calls and the property manager did nothing. I have NEVER been glad to leave a vacation and go home until this HORRID experience. I will NEVER go through Myrtle beach vacation stations or any property run by this “manager”. I would STRONGLY encourage you to look elsewhere.

Nice location to everything

No working smoke detectors. It looks like the last person took the one out of the bedroom and tossed it under the bathroom sink and the other one had a dead battery.

At the Last minute I did not know if we had a place to stay. If THEY cancelled NO REFUND, just pick another time to use a credit. We were there for a wedding, no desire to return. Very unfair! The property was not clean to include hand print build up on walls and need door handles. Needed lots of repairs. Tried to open dresser draws draws and they just fell apart. They were broken and just left for the next person to deal with. On and. On and on

Great little dog friendly rental

This place was just what we needed to provide a place for us to stay with our 2 dogs. Everything was pretty much as advertised with a great location just steps from the beach. The sleeper sofa mattress wasn’t the best, could’ve used updating.

Basic, adequate, reasonable unit

My husband and I booked this pet friendly unit for a last-minute beach trip. It is the most basic of rentals - the proverbial worst home in a neighborhood of nicer homes. The location is very desirable with easy beach access and two public parking lots close by. The unit has very poor parking - if you have anything longer than a mid-sized SUV you will be in trouble. We were in a Jeep Cherokee and I wondered each day if we would be missing a bumper when we went out. The building and unit need maintenance - no light bulb in the shower area made for a very dark bathing experience, the furnace filter had not been changed for eons (we bought a replacement ourselves), sewer odors coming from the toilet. We had to buy a bath rug and a can opener - should be the most basic of supplies, but nope. The unit was adequately sized for two people and seemed to be in a quiet, safe area. The bed was very firm and the AC unit functioned much better after the filter was changed. Please be aware that the toilet is placed back in a tiny alcove - my weightlifter husband had an uncomfortable week trying to wedge his shoulders in. Living room TV had a Roku box and the bedroom had Spectrum cable, so hubby had plenty to fill his downtime. Wireless was speedy enough for just us and our needs. The stacked washer/dryer were located in a small closet outside and did their jobs well. The managers did call to tell us that we could check in early if we liked, but too late to help us at that point. I did email pics of the furnace filter, a pic of molded coffee grounds left in the coffee maker and let them know that the unit smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we arrived, but did not receive a response. For the reasonable price we paid, and the ability to bring our very elderly dog with us, we were satisfied with our stay and willing to overlook the shortcomings. We could not have asked for better weather and an emptier beach. This could be an awesome little place with just a little TLC.

Overall Good stay

We chose this property because there are no stairs for our 12 yr old lab. Ideal location 3 blocks from the beach. We did have some problems that were quickly rectified by management. 1. Toilet seemingly from the 80s broke twice should be replaced IMHO 2. Its like the place was quickly cleaned and not really inspected. Light bulbs out, toilet paper holder off the wall laying on a nearby shelf, something in the disposal... 3. Ceiling fan in bedroom basically useless if u want to sleep because its so loud - needs replaced 4. Linen service purchased - we are 20 + yr vets on beach house rentals mainly on OBX. This was the worst ive ever seen. We got a queen sheet for a king bed. One bath towl apiece+small wash cloth. No bath floor towel for shower, bath hand towels, or kitchen towels. Kitchen and fridge were good and a/c cranks for good chill after a hot day on the beach. Nice washer dryer set and TVs.

Everything you need, and perfect location!

This was a great stay for us and our dog. Perfect space, just a few blocks from the beach, and lots of restaurants right across in barefoot landing. It had everything we needed to make some breakfast and lunches. The screened porch was great, along with the washer and dryer. We had privacy and no one was right on top of us. We will be back!
