Belle maison récemment rénovée meublée et lumineuse avec 4 chambres à coucher plus den et 3 salles de bain. Les chambres sont meublées avec 4 lits king size et 2 lits jumeaux. Il comprend sa propre cour privée avec un espace barbecue et une grande piscine chauffée. La salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Laveuse et sécheuse neuves. Les équipements de base comme les serviettes, les ustensiles de cuisine, les ustensiles de cuisine, les draps blancs, un sèche-cheveux et des articles de toilette sont inclus. Le quartier est très calme, à 2,5 km de la plage et des quartiers animés avec des restaurants. Wonderful stay

The house was very clean and perfect for four couples. The host was prompt in responding to questions we had. The house is very clean and it was great to have beach towels provided. We were all very pleased with the house.

Great place convenient location

This place is super convenient to the beach, shopping, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Place was spotless and well equipped kitchen. Pool was great too. My only complaints are that in the pictures it shows a fusball table which my son was excited for but that didn’t exist, it says there’s a hot tub which was one of the main reasons we chose it and that didn’t exist. The 5th bedroom has a bench pull out which is really not a bed at all and my 13 year old had to sleep on the sofa because it was so uncomfortable (all other rooms had great size and very comfortable beds).

Excellent Accommodation

We stayed at this location for 3 days. Found the host to be very responsive to questions as we planned our stay. The pool was fantastic and my grandchildren just loved it.

El lugar es hermoso. Ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto, de la playa y del shopping. Jannette fue super amable y predispuesta. Me sorprendio que teníamos sombrilla, lonas y demas para ir a la playa. Muchas gracias. Definitivamente volveremos.

Short stay for a family visit

We had a wonderful stay at this rental for a few days. Beds were comfy and it was convenient to have so many king beds! And TVs in all the rooms! The pool temp was perfect and we liked the palm trees all around, very tropical feel. We had pretty much everything we needed. The grocery store other food options were super close, the diner on Hayes was a good quick choice. We visited the beach park at the end of Sheridan and felt that the regular boardwalk along the beach seemed like a cleaner and nicer area of beach to swim in. It was a great location for us. We were positioned were most places we needed to go were under 15 min away. My family with my Dad, brother and nephews were quite comfortable. The listing mentions a bunk bed, there were no bunk beds. You can tell it’s a rental, it’s a nice house that does the job for a few days.

Nice, clean house

Property was very nice and very clean. Enjoyed our visit. Only thing was we went to check in at 430 and a washer was being delivered ( no big) but also project manager came while we were unpacking & just entered house without saying anything and grabbed a table and fixed outside. Just odd he didn’t explain, especially when we had just got to go in and were ready to relax. We also saw online a hot tub listed but there wasn’t one

Miami open trip

Overall the house was very comfortable and clean. The house is a short drive from the beach and about a 30 minute drive to Hard Rock stadium. Upon arrival the pool needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. There was lots of debris from the surrounding palm tress in the pool. We contacted host and the pool guy came out the next day. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything. The only recommendation would be to add a Keurig coffee maker in additional to the full coffee pot maker. Loved the dresser full of beach towels. I’d also recommend adding a side table with a lamp to den area. With only the overhead lights and no dimmers it was very very bright! And with the bedroom pocket doors having frosted glass, the light from den and eating area shined brightly into bedrooms. It was impossible to go to sleep if others were still up in den. Besides those few minor items, the house was comfortable, clean and host was very responsive.

Very nice place. There was two small thing that could be better. Bedlined was wet on one of the beds and the dishwasher is sitting loose. Everything else was perfect.

The property had no Wifi or television the entire length of the stay. Upon arrival at 3pm (check in time) the cleaners were just arriving and we had to wait outside until they completed cleaning about an hour later. The property itself was nice with plenty of room in the house.

Great Vacation!

The property was everything and more than what is shown through VRBO. It was very comfortable, spacious, and well laid out for a group of six. Initially, there was an issue with the speed of the internet, but once Jannette was notified, she rectified it immediately. We could not have asked for a better response to the issue.

Amazing Place for Big Groups

This amazing house was perfect for our group of 8 people. The pool was great and the outdoor space was very nice. The host was great with communication and everything was found exactly as expected. I would stay here again if I needed to accomodate a large group.

Great spot! Definitely recommend

We really enjoyed staying here for our group. We came for a fishing trip, and this was the perfect spot to fit everyone. The only issue was there was no foosball table (like in the picture) and the coffee pot was missing from the kitchen. But the owner was very responsive over message, and we were able to get a replacement dropped off within an hour! Great spot to stay, thanks for hosting!

Didn’t expect to see rodents at this place.

I booked this property back in March for a Girls Trip. When we arrived, everything was clean except the pool. We had reservations for dinner so we left. When we arrived back to the house, the pool was cleaned out. So, someone came and cleaned the pool. While we were sitting at the table by the pool, a rat ran out of the tree and swam through the pool. We rushed back into the house, and a family member was standing up on the bed stating she saw a rat come out of the room. Sure enough, there was a rat in the house. I called the property owner but no one answered because it was after 11pm. At that time, we didn’t feel comfortable staying at the house, so we checked into the hotel. The property owner didn’t reach back till that morning. They tried to find another property but no luck. I didn’t feel comfortable going back to the house, so my Girls Trip with everyone being together was ruined. The money I paid for the place, I only received $1,326 dollars back. I lost $1,024 dollars because they don’t refund taxes and city fees. So, I will tell anyone renting this place to make sure you are willing to take a risk with rats being in the house and losing your money.

Great house for a girls' trip!

This house was just as pictured, we found it very clean and well equipped with what we needed in the kitchen, bath and beach towels as well! The highlight was the outdoor space with a great pool/dining area. Don't forget the bug spray, the bugs really came out at night!! While we were a group of adult women, we see how this house would be great for a family with children as well. It is a good area, not a terrible walk from the beach/boardwalk area if you are looking for some exercise. We enjoyed our stay!

Good house for the price!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Had an issue and it was addressed immediately. We had kids ages 5months-18 and all enjoyed it. Appreciated having a high chair and pack and play there!

Amazing big house, very clean , totally remodeled with a large backyard.. enjoy a huge heated pool, the villa has 4 bedrooms plus den and 3 complete bathrooms. Dinning and sleeping for 8 people. Perfect house for a family or friends vacation... kids are welcome. The house is only 2 miles from the beach and sidewalk.. drive to the Casino and Hollywood nigth life. Convenience stores near by
