"L'unité 401 des Caraïbes située au 1057 West Beach Boulevard n'attend que vous et votre famille pour profiter des belles vacances à la plage dont vous rêvez! Il accepte les animaux domestiques (un petit chien, frais supplémentaires). Cette unité de deux chambres et 2 salles de bains dispose de lits queen dans les chambres principales et les chambres d’hôtes. La suite principale dispose d'une grande baignoire de jardin. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec l'espace supplémentaire du canapé-lit. Profitez de votre vue sur la plage depuis le balcon privé. Avec trois téléviseurs et WiFi, vous pouvez répondre à tous vos besoins de divertissement. Avec une cuisine complète, vous pourrez cuisiner et manger quand vous le souhaitez. Great location! Easy access to pool and beach. Condo was beautifully decorated. Only problem were the filthy tile floors. They needed a steam cleaning after every guest.

We had a perfect Thanksgiving at the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty. Bed was comfy. Didnt stop us from having a good time.

The condo is nice sized, right on the beach with a great view and location. Communication with the property manager was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely long weekend

The Caribbean offered a quiet atmosphere for a 4 day weekend on the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked most of our meals there. The property was impeccably clean and management was very responsive. A great ecperience.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SOME OF THE LIGHT DIDNT WORK .THE SLIDE DOOR DIDNT SLIDE OPEN RIGHT.THE DRYER WAS LOAD. AND I LEFT MY BAG IN THE ROOM AND THE HOUSE KEEPER TOOK IT AND THEY DIDNT TURN IT IN.THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE FIGER WAR RUSTY.WANT BE STAYING THERE NO MORE

In all our stay was great! Definitely will be going back next year at the same time.

Everything was great! Beach front, nice & quite, indoor and out door pool, nice board walk to get to the beach. Washer dryer, dish washer, full kitchen, and 2 grills!! Also 2 baths!! 2 showers!! And a big ole nice tub!!!!!Could not of have found a better place to stay as cheap as it was and loaded with everything. 1 shower head wouldn't spray out the shower peice but at this point everything else was on point so why let 1 shower head even count.

A much needed family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our second stay at this bender vac rental. Our specific condo could use some updates and maintenance as a door from the laundry closet was missing, there were some areas of patching on walls that was not painted and stood out, and what looked like to be possible mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom by the tub. While our overall stay was great, we just felt that these things should be maintained for all renters.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Bender Rental Company is Wonderful to work with!! They make everything exceptionally easy and straightforward when renting. I would recommend that the owners invest in a larger TV set for the main living area. Older folks who enjoy the beach from the balcony but aren't able to actually go on to the beach would greatly enjoy a larger TV.Just small things would elevate the, "cozy Feel" of the place, such as a utensil holder in the kitchen rather than a glass with all of the plastic utensil it, new coasters, maybe some placemats for the table and / or counter, a full set of wine glasses, some serving pieces (Only a platter and a cracked bowl).

Definitely a rental unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were satisfied. It was probably one of the most disappointing properties I have rented. Furniture was sub par. Not very comfortable. The queen size bed in master didn’t seem to be a queen... small and very firm. Does have a pad to try to help it out but very uncomfortable. Maybe if the weather was great and we wouldn’t have had to be inside much we would not have cared. We couldn’t remove our shoes because our socks and feet would turn black. I should have called but I really don’t like to complain and we kept our shoes on the whole time. Now we were able to have our dog with us so we just sucked it up because it is important for us to have her with us. Overall felt safe in the building ! I really enjoy the employees at bender realty and would use them again on the future.
