Situé dans les Carolina Dunes. Ce cinquième étage / unité d'extrémité a été récemment rénové avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit, des planchers et des meubles!

Belle vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon surdimensionné de ce condo mis à jour de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain pour des vacances mémorables! Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous avec des comptoirs en granit dans sa grande cuisine ouverte, des carreaux de luxe, des téléviseurs à écran plat, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge de grande taille, un salon spacieux et un balcon privé offrant beaucoup d'espace pour vous et vos invités pour profiter de votre Myrtle Beach vacances. La chambre principale a un lit king avec une salle de bain complète, la deuxième chambre offre deux reines, la troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et le salon a un canapé-lit.

Perfect!

My cousin and I selected this place for a daddy daughter weekend. The condo was amazing and the view was as well! It is located close to everything with great restaurants to choose from. Thank you for a wonderful stay and cheers to making memories!

Great getaway spot

We have stayed in North Myrtle Beach and south by the airport, but I wanted to be more centrally located ; so this location was perfect. Great view, shopping was easy , and the kitchen was the best I have ever stayed at . Would recommend it to anyone who wants a slowered pace vacation spot.

Everything was very nice. The furniture didn’t look quite as new as the pictures but everything was very clean and it was a very wonderful stay.

Family Girls Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. This was our first (and not the last) time booking with you. The property was spacious and with one with a wheelchair and another with a walker, they had plenty of room to move around. We also had a toddler that had space to play. The only downside was that our dedicated parking space was taped off and had a gaping hole so we couldn’t use the space and one of the elevators was down so we waited a while for an elevator.

Holiday getaway

The condo is spacious, the kitchen has all the implements you need and the view was spectacular. I would only recommend the living area furniture be professionally cleaned or replaced due to numerous stains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nice condo!

If you look at the exterior, you think older building. This particular unit has been renovated and is very nice. Large kitchen if you want to eat in. Washer and dryer are nice to have in the unit. Three nice sized bedrooms. Right on the beach! Easy to get to beach or pool.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. We stayed in Unit 501 and it was clean and nice. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Talked to some of the staff outside and they was nice and helpful and easy to contact and fast response when we needed anything

Wonderful family getaway

The location is great having beach out your back door. Convenient to airport, restaurants and attractions. Building is rundown. Bathrooms could use a deep clean. It was a good space for a family of five adults.

First time in Myrtle Beach

Location was great, unit had plenty of space and amenities, check in/checkout was awesome…fast and easy process. Only compliant was the condo was not the cleanest upon entry (food on floors, dust and dirt under furniture, stains on sheets and pillowcases).

Perfect beach getaway

The room was well maintained and very clean. Great proximity to the beach. Many restaurants and grocery stores within a few miles. It was the perfect spot for our girls getaway!

Summer Vacation

The condo was great. The pictures are what you get. The condo was updated and decorated very nicely. Beds were comfortable and check in and out was very easy. It is close to all that there is to do in Myrtle beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Carolina Dunes Unit 501 was perfect for our family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 501 was overall a great condo. It has everything you need and more on a vacation. The cleaning crew had not cleaned very well but it has a vacuum and broom so that was not a problem. I am very picky and I felt comfortable. They have a table and several chairs on the balcony and all six of us were able enjoy the view. If the hurricane hadn’t been coming, we would have stayed longer. The location and being less crowded than South Myrtle was wonderful. The only thing missing at this place is a hot tub. We will definitely be going back to Carolina Dunes.

Girls Trip to Myrtle Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When you first walked in the condo it looked really nice but for supposedly being remodeled, it really was not what I expected. I think the bathrooms might have had new counter tops but the rest of the bathroom was very old and dated looking. I wouldn't mind that but they weren't that clean. They really looked like they needed a deep cleaning. We had a group of 10 women and the sleeping worked out fine and the big patio and view was amazing. Overall the price for the unit was good.

Great location, but not a great unit

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this building many times over the years, and we will be back next year, but not in this unit. It is in need of some TLC. The curtains in the master BR were faded and starting to rip. Half of the bifold doors were off the track. Some lamp shades were stained and one lamp broken. There wasn’t even a roller for the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. While none of these items is major, it all shows the lack of care and attention to upkeep.

Not a “Luxury” Beach Rental Property

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed in this property. I was told that our unit had been recently updated but contents were worn and cheap. The kitchen was poorly furnished and did not even have enough silverware to get us through a day. There were also cockroaches in our kitchen. The mattress in one of the bedrooms had a blood stain on it also. The property is very dated and poorly taken care of. When we arrived the door to our 5th floor balcony had been left fully open and my 5 year old autistic grandson ran straight outside before we could close and lock it. This could have been tragic. The stairwells were locked so if there had been a fire we would not have had access to them. The doors to the condos do not automatically lock which is a big safety hazard!!! I would not recommend this property!!!
