Notre condo «Newley Remodel» est niché dans le parc tropical des condos Tiki. Un condo spacieux, avec un concept ouvert et un décor de plage reposant. Récemment rénové dans tout le condo, y compris deux ventilateurs de plafond. La cuisine a une barre de granit de sept pieds avec des sièges pour quatre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils et les commodités pour accueillir quatre personnes. Une chambre spacieuse avec un lit queen-size confortable, une commode, deux tables de nuit et une chaise longue en cuir. Lit escamotable (Queen) dans le salon, cela donne de l'intimité pour deux chambres à coucher séparées. Deux téléviseurs intelligents, un 40 "dans le salon et un 32" dans la chambre. Des rideaux occultants pour empêcher le soleil de sortir par une matinée paresseuse. Les serviettes de plage, les serviettes de bain, les draps et les oreillers sont fournis. Câble (TV directe) six chaînes HBO, ESPN et WIFI. Balcon avec des sièges pour quatre, et une boîte de pont comprenant du matériel de plage (chaises de plage et glacière). Vous trouverez notre condo dans le dernier immeuble le plus proche de la plage, mais pas en front de mer (à quelques pas de la plage). Dans la section photo, il y a une photo d'une carte du terrain de la propriété, une FLÈCHE ROUGE indiquant l'emplacement de notre condo. Buanderie sur place. Nous sommes un condo sans fumée et sans animaux. PAS D'ANIMAL FAMILIER ADMIS!

Easter getaway

My family and I had a wonderful Easter getaway. The condo was a perfect location right on the beach and was perfectly stocked with everything needed for a relaxing trip. Sherrie was very responsive especially since we were arriving after check in time. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the 2 beds were and how fully stocked the kitchen was. We loved the condo and will definitely be back.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect! The hosts were so helpful and responded very quick to any needs or questions. The condo was very clean and comfortable and all the necessities you could think of. We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly be back.

Great stay!

This is one of the nicest units at the Tiki and probably all of SPI! The condo had everything that we needed and was beautifully decorated. The property owner was very responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Very up to date and well laid out property. Very good beach access. Local dinning options were all very good. All good f the people that we encountered were very friendly. This would definitely be a place that we would like to return to.

First I can tell you the host was awesome with communication. They were very nice tot all to and concerned for my well being due to the hurricane. The condo was very clean and everything was as it was stated in the description. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit SPI. Thank you

Steps Away from the Beach

We loved the proximity to the beach. Very convenient to the convention center and conference activities at nearby hotels. Plenty of room for a couple to relax.

Beach getaway

We stayed at the Tiki condos and had a great time. The condo was on the beach and was very convenient for the family to set up on the beach and back into the condo if needed. Our host Sherrie was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. She was there to answer questions and gave us information about the local area. She was amazing and made our stay a lot easier. The condo was clean and was one the closest rooms to the beac and the swimming pool. The family had a great time and will definitely be back again.

MN fall break

This was our second year staying at this condo and as last year, was perfect. The owners are so kind and accommodating and available should you need them, which we didn't. Great property!

Beautiful property with green vegetation in the inner courtyard, around pool. Close to beach and pool. Loved being right by the fireworks at Clayton’s. Loved the layout of the condo with the large kitchen island, large sectional with electric recliners, and the murphy bed. Perfect use of space. Enjoyed our stay!

Going to Be a Regular

We stayed here for 4 nights/5 days and what a perfect stay! This host has thought of everything and keeps in constant contact to make sure you have everything you need. The condo is spacious for four adults with a bedroom and the Murphy bed. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has much storage for food that you bring to prepare. The pool was clean and we enjoyed that it was open till 11 to swim in during the evening. The fireworks on Friday and Saturday were a plus! My favorite part was the 90 steps it took to get my feet in that beautiful sand to experience the water. This condo and it’s owners were absolutely wonderful. We have found our new getaway place no doubt. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for giving us a vacation to remember. See you soon!

Fantastic condo!

Beautiful condo at the Tiki. Kenny and Sherrie are great hosts. They communicate well and provide everything needed to stay for a few days. There were lots of kitchen amenities we have not seen at other condos at the Tiki, and extra towels! The condo was updated nicely and had a dehumidifier. Hope we can stay again!

Relaxing Week!

The condo was perfect for our relaxing week at the beach. We have stayed at this property a few years in a row. It's so comfortable and clean. We love the murphy bed. Its accomdates our small family of 3. And look forward to staying next year again!

Great Stay

Me and my family really enjoyed our time in South Padre. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our group. It was an easy check in process. We loved being able to go to the beach so easily but yet not too far of a walk after being out. Sherrie was great when needed for anything and was always quick to respond.

It was the best beach trip anyone could have asked for. Our hosts,location, and the overall vibes where just amazing and it was so easy to do anything.

We work hard, and wanted a place to decompress. We have found that South Padre Island is the perfect destination for us!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The tropical grounds was the main contributing factor to purchase this property. The unit is very close to the beach, actual just steps from the beach. We liked the convenience of the location. We can take a short walk to the Hilton Garden Inn to pick up a cup of Starbucks coffee. We enjoy our coffee on our morning walk on the beach. Claytons provides music in the evening. There are fireworks on the beach every Friday and Saturday night (9:15) in the summer. They are fabulous!
