Cette conception ouverte, de hauts plafonds voûtés éclairés par le soleil et un porche fermé! Ce condo de style patio avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Un salon confortable sur le thème de la Floride offre de nombreux sièges confortables pour le plaisir de tous. Les chambres sont équipées d'un lit king size dans le maître et d'un ensemble de jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre. Le patio blindé est confortablement meublé et offre une vue attrayante sur le deuxième fairway sur le célèbre parcours est du Sawgrass Country Club. La véranda est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale.  La maison est une promenade facile à la plage ou Sawgrass Country Club.

Great rehab and location; property needs attention

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the rental price, this property needs to be fixed in several ways: animal poop all over the utility shed on arrival; dirty porch with 'supplies' hidden behind a dirty screen; on arrival, eletrical workers damaged the floor which I had to fix, not the owner, guest toilet leaks and refills every hour or so, master shower is very slippery necessitating the purchase of a suction bar to steady ourselves; closer on screen entry door is inoperable causing it to slam; dishwasher soap door doesn't always open adn so on. It's clear the rental agency doesn't know the property or has not been informed of its deficiencies. That said, we loved our time there with family and friends

Great beach rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect rental for us. Easy walk to the beach with the dog. Grocery stores, drug stores across the street. Great restaurants. The condo was nice with a good layout. The screen room was weathered, as everything in the elements in FL is, but large and comfy and a great place to read and relax. The kitchen was above average in pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. Very large and well lit with bar seating as well as the table. Large closets, nice laundry room. The management company was great, responding immediately when I called about a fuse tripping. The grill was rusty (again, it’s FL) and they replaced it the next day. We will definitely rent here again! Also property is on a dead end street so no thru traffic. Very safe for kids, dog walking.

The only thing we were missing was a cork screw, but otherwise we really enjoyed the unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If it weren't for the materials we bought for this unit during our first stay, there would be no cleaning materials at all. We also supplied numerous kitchen utensils to make cooking better. The unit was clean on arrival and the location is excellent. However, we were 4 days without A/C and for two other days we could not use the porch due to a family of birds nesting in the ceiling fan's lamp bowl. This was due to there being a hole in the porch screen which was covered up so as to not be noticed. It was finally repaired on being discovered by us. I requested a quote for 2024 and information on long-term rentals through Suncastle and never received a reply. I believe they are inattentive to the properties they manage and to renters.

Nice unit but horrible mattresses!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This units’s main living area is very nice with a large kitchen and beautiful quartz countertops. The cookware was marginal but met our needs. The kitchen could use some serving pieces and it lacked some basics, such as a strainer, garlic press, grater, cork screw to name a few, which we ended up buying. Also there was no dry mop or Swiffer which would nave been helpful . The living area is spacious with nicely lighted bookcases and adequate seating. We really appreciated the streaming services that were provided. The screened porch is nice with some updated furniture and looks over the good course. The reason I gave it an overall three three is because the beds in both bedrooms are terrible! We rented this unit for about six weeks and after the first week of waking up with back aches and sleeping on the sofa, it was clear that we were going to have a problem. We decided to order a mattress topper from Costco and that helped somewhat. The king mattress is worn out and there is no foundation only wood slats. The twins in the second bedroom are basically thin foam mattresses, also very uncomfortable. We’d gladly rent it again if the owner would replace the mattresses.

Not Good

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first family vacation since the pandemic and to say that I was disappointed is an understatement. While the condo has been remodeled and the finishes are nice- it was not clean. There were stains on the sheets which I had to wash upon arrival- to even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. I took the bedspread off completely and put it in the closet. The bath mats were dirty (as in already used dirty), the furniture on the lanai was rusty and the cushions were also dirty and stained. That area was not usable to my family, and it was one of the primary reasons that I chose this unit. I ended up covering the sofa with sheets and washing all linens prior to use because I didn't trust that they were clean. All of the furniture could use an overhaul as well.I contacted Suncastle about my concerns while they were apologetic, there has been no further contact from them. Nothing has been done to compensate for a unit that required my cleaning upon arrival and included an outdoor space that was not usable to my family.
