La maison de vacances 205 est un condo de coin au deuxième étage. Salon et salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, deux chambres à coucher - deux salles de bain complètes. Lumineux et spacieux, avec grand balcon privé du salon et de la chambre principale avec vue sur le golfe et la piscine. Télévision couleur par câble dans le salon et dans une chambre. Laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo. Assigné parking couvert. Condo a Internet sans fil gratuit. Le propriétaire demande de ne pas fumer. 7 nuits minimum toute l'année.

Another great holiday stay!

We enjoyed our stay for what's becoming our annual New Year's week at the beach. The condo has such a pretty view of the beach. A little bummed that so many local restaurants were still closed from the hurricane.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually stay in Madeira however our condo was still closed from hurricane damage. This was a last ditch effort to not have to cancel completely. The kitchen was outdated and we found hairs on the floor and on the counters. The fan in the bedroom was falling out of the ceiling. There were wires running throughout that room. The master bedroom bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were updated. The balcony was very large. It would have been nice to have a vacuum to help with cleanup through the week. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Hamilton House 205

This property needs some serious upgrades as well as necessities for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is poorly equipped and needs renovation. There are no placemats. There are no soap dishes in the bathrooms. Lamps are missing parts and a dining room chair was broken.

A week at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was 205. It has a large balcony. We were two older couples with children and grandchildren in other units in this building. The pool was very clean. We like the convenience of restaurants, ice cream shop and souvenirs. It is an older building, but it is kept up. The ladies in the office are the best. Ms. Lucy or Ms Barbara are extremely helpful!

Reviewer Comments: The condo has an ant infestation in the kitchen, which is apparently common as Raid can were provided. The condo also had door handles falling off of doors, outlet covers and light switch covers falling off, which is not safe for families with small children. The internet and cable wires are haphazardly in the 2nd bedroom, which is not safe for families with small children. Any bump to the wires knocked out the internet and cable. Will not be staying in this condo again.

Bathroom in Master Suite is spacious and well refurbished. Second bathroom adequate but hot water not available and pressure poor for few days until reported and dealt with. Hot water in shower takes at least 2 minutes. Pool furniture outdated and reduced number of beds noticed on last 3 visits. Excellent location for restaurants within walking distance.

Great place, nice area, communication not great

We truly love the property. It’s pretty plain, and the appliances are old, but you can’t beat the location. The faults I have are lack of communication, and the fact that you have to drive 5miles to a different location to check in and check out. It would make way more sense to email the passcodes to access the condo, the morning of check in like most other VRBO properties. And last, I was less than amused that someone ( perhaps maintenance) was allowed into the condo without communicating this with us ahead of time.

Most importantly what was really upsetting for us during our stay, was the fact that J.C. Resorts came into our condo without our knowledge or any kind of notice. Someone mounted the extinguisher on the wall in the kitchen and they didn't even bother to clean up their mess. When I called JCR about someone entering our condo without notice, they explained to me that it was an emergency and needed done. But they didn't feel it necessary to let me know someone entered our condo even after the fact.The sheets have seen better days. It was like sleeping on sandpaper. The kitchen is awful. Besides the fact that it needs updated, the sink was so small it was hard to wash bigger dishes. The dishwasher had food particles at the bottom. There was some kind of stain or dirt at the corner of the refrigerator. They didn't have any kind of grill tongs or spatula. The biggest pan was an 8 inch. The shower head needs cleaned. The shower water pressure was awful in both showers. I think the whole place needs a deep cleaning. The valance in the master bedroom is so filthy. There was a pair of underwear in one of the bathroom drawers. I didn't see a vacuum and the broom was disgusting with hair all over the bristles. Please be aware this is not a secure building. The door to the elevator was propped open during our stay. The grill is a joke no table to set cooking supplies.It is behind a parking space Literally in the bushes. The pool and common areas were maintained M-F.

Wonderful Stay

We had on overall great stay at The Hamilton House 205 condo. Very clean and spacious. Amazing views from the balcony and master bedroom. Good water pressure and air conditioning worked beautifully. Pool and parking area well-maintained. Kitchen dated but bathrooms updated nicely. Easy access to beach. Wasn't keen about there being carpet, however it's brand new so wasn't an issue. All appliances worked well. A starter toilet paper, bar of soap supplied for each sink, and dishwasher tablets supplied but otherwise quite bare. A Publix is nearby so not a big issue just don't expect more than salt and pepper. Ample supply of towels. The beach is breathtaking. Sand as soft as flour. My family had a wonderful time. Thank you! :)

My family really enjoyed our first stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The condo is just steps from the beach and huge balcony was perfect for meals and sunsets. Although the unit is a bit dated, it's clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall another good vacation! A couple of caveats were the elevator was down when we got there for five and a half days, so being a disabled person it wasn’t easy having to navigate the stairs. Things break we get it! The other issue I have had for three years now is the path to get to the ocean, this year the stepping stones you navigate broke my rental wagons front wheels from being so bumpy. Then it’s pretty difficult when you get down to the steps to the ocean to do the ninety degree turn with very little room and a couple more steps. We really like it there and the people are very friendly and nice. Beach is never overly crowded and has a good atmosphere. Having little kids it is a great place for them to have lots of fun and it’s very close to several places to eat and shops.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company was very accommodating and easy to work with. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Bathrooms have been updated. The kitchen looks original, but is fully functional and spacious. You have pretty much everything you need for a great time. Location on the beach is really beautiful. Have only one suggestion concerning the condo complex itself. I have a skin condition that requires me to limit my time in the sun. The pool area offers no shade at all in the afternoon. It would have been nice to have at least a table with umbrella or two, but there are none.

Beautiful Sunset Every Evening

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at the Hamilton House Condo 205. We keep returning because we can't think of anywhere else that could be so perfect! You feel like you are sitting right on the sand on the huge wrap around balcony. Steps to the beach and Gulf. We have never used the pool but they do have one. I like the fact they have good security at the building using codes to enter. The condo is decorated tastefully with a cheery beach theme. This area of the beach is not crowded like the public access areas. It is within walking distance to several good restaurants. The price is reasonable for what you are getting being right on the beach with a beautiful and different sunset to watch every night.
