Belle villa au bord de l'eau de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec piscine et deux suites principales.
Le lieu parfait.

Détendez-vous dans ce magnifique 2500 pieds carrés méticuleusement entretenu. maison située sur l'une des plus belles et prestigieuses rues de Cape Coral, Savona Parkway.
Le salon principal a un plan d'étage ouvert incroyable avec 4 chambres spacieuses (2 rois et 2 reines) contenant toutes leurs propres télévisions à écran plat et une connexion Wi-Fi partout. La première chambre principale a une grande douche équipée ADA, une baignoire pour 2 personnes et deux lavabos. Maison a également 2ème suite parentale spacieuse avec accès à la piscine.
Les portes-fenêtres en verre à plusieurs glissières s'ouvrent sur une belle véranda avec moustiquaire où vous pourrez vous détendre dans la magnifique piscine chauffée avec une cascade donnant sur le canal. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et un grand bar pour le petit-déjeuner. Le quai privé et le canal direct du golfe donnent accès à la rivière Caloosahatchee en bateau en seulement 5 minutes. Si vous choisissez de louer un bateau, vous pouvez naviguer vers les îles Sanibel ou Captiva pour une journée au soleil. Si vous aimez cuisiner vos propres repas, n'hésitez pas à attraper votre propre poisson frais à partir de votre quai privé situé à quelques pas de la cuisine.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house had all of the amenities of home plus a pool, with pool toys, fishing gear, comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing kitchen and open concept living room. Perfect Waterfront Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern waterfront home! I stayed with my parents and my sister’s family; it was the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. The open-concept design with fully retractable glass sliders made the indoor-outdoor living experience incredible—especially with the heated pool right in the backyard. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and we even caught a few fish in the canal behind the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the property manager was very responsive whenever we had a question. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making our stay even more stress-free. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained home with quick Gulf access, a great pool, and all the comforts of home, this is the place! We would absolutely stay here again.

This home is beautiful and exactly as listed. The house is spacious, very clean and well stocked. The tiki area on the dock and the sitting are at the pool were awesome. We enjoyed the pool. The assistance and communication were two thumbs up and very much appreciated!! Thanks for having us!!

Paula was a wonderful host to communicate with and Kat the property manager was also a huge help with anything we needed. The house was beautiful and one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. Will book this home again for sure.

Cape Coral Fall Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Cape Coral property. The house and amenities made us feel right at home. Paula and Brian were excellent in keeping us informed regarding the property conditions after the recent hurricane and Petra was very welcoming during check-in. The house was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and an infant. The kitchen was excellent for our meals and daily activities and the pool was wonderful. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to vacation in the Cape Coral area. We will definitely favorite this property for future stays.

Florida in July!!

Property was just as advertised and we all enjoyed our visit immensely. Florida in July is an opportunity to really cleanse your pores, but this property helped ease that process! Well stocked with all you need for a family vacation. Great location within short driving distances to all stores. Fort Meyers beach is about 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic so very doable. If you want to make the drive to Sanibel or Captiva that adds another 15-30 minutes depending on where you want to stop. They had beach chairs, small umbrella and a couple of small coolers to make that experience possible remotely. Pool floaties and some inflatable toys also for a good pool experience. Communication was straight forward and detailed.

Beautiful welcoming property!

This was our second time staying at this same property. It was JUST as wonderful this year as it was the first time. It is gorgeous inside and out. I was amazed by the cleanliness of both the inside of the house as well as the yard and the pool and pool area. Very spacious home, and while the pictures show exactly what the rooms look like, it feels larger in person. The location of the home is near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, but tucked back in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Linens and towels felt new and higher end. The house had floats and pool noodles , fishing rods and bicycles. Property manager was very quick to respond to the one question I had this time. We loved this home and we cannot wait to come back!

Best house yet!

We have been staying in Cape Coral for at least a month at a time for 14 years. We have stayed in many nice house and some that were not so nice. This house was the nicest house we have rented! It is in the Savona neighborhood - our favorite. It was the most well equipped kitchen we have ever seen. We cook in most all of our meals, so we appreciate a nicely appointed kitchen. The bedding was lovely - sheets felt new, towels were nice, also felt new. Plenty of beach towels. All the appliances worked as expected. Good supply of necessities to get us started. The property management team was superior. Small problems were resolved immediately. Only complaint was that the 'beach chairs' were old and rusty. Not really low beach chairs, but more like lawn chairs. But plenty of 'pool toys' noodles and rafts. We cannot say enough about this house. You won't regret renting this beautiful home.

Beautiful home in Cape Coral

We had a great stay in a beautiful home in Cape Coral with pool, plenty of space, and amenities for everyone! The owners provided an immaculate 4 bedroom home and well furnished with everything we needed for a 3 week stay! The property manager was so accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I have never stayed in a home as clean and well furnished, and we are already booked for our stay next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Cape Coral!

Great location. Home was clean. Check in process was easy. The property maintenance company was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. There were six adults in our party. The home was very spacious and none of us felt crowded at any time. Pool was excellent and the dock was fund to fish off of.

Gorgeous Home!

We stayed at this home for 5 days at the end of April. It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! The house is very spacious and well laid out. Being able to go right out to the lanai with food through the full wall of sliders directly off the kitchen, as well as having full view of the pool from the kitchen was perfect with older kids. The house is advertised as 3 bedroom (due to a lack of closet in 4th room) but there are 4 bedrooms much to our surprise! We didn't even set foot in there since we only needed 3, but it was good to know for the future when we visit again. The kitchen is well stocked with every pan and pot you may need as well as waffle makers, blenders etc! The furnishings are beautiful and modern and the size of the rooms FAR exceeded our expectations, beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Having YouTube TV being provided was much appreciated because we visited during NBA and NHL playoff week and we appreciated being able to tune in at night :) The pool was clean and there is plenty of seating available out on the lanai. We took advantage of the two bikes a few times and rode around the neighborhood and it was nice to have them there. We needed to reach the property manager while we were there to ask for her to bring a couple trash bags when she came for check out since there were no spares, and she responded quickly and was so informative and helpful during the visit. We just loved this house, and the property and are hoping to come back next April again.

AMAZING House!

This house was absolutely gorgeous. We had 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. You can fish down at the dock, sit by the water under the Tiki hut, swim in the pool, use the grill for dinner, etc. Paula and the property group are super easy to work and communicate with. We will definitely be booking this in the future, as it is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. If you are on the fence about this place, rent as soon as possible - you won’t regret it.

My entire family loved this property. Everything was very clean. Loved having our morning coffee and afternoon games down under the tiki hut. Pool was clean and in very good repair. Patio furniture was also in excellent shape.

Wonderful Time

Do not hesitate to stay in this beautiful home. This is by far the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. There was six of us and we had ample room for every one. Furniture was comfortable and lots of room to spread out if you wanted to. Bedrooms were nice sized and the beds were nice to get a good nights sleep. Kitchen had every appliance you would ever need for cooking. The pool was nice sized and toys for the kids were provided if you wanted to us them. The home is located on a quiet canal. We rented a boat and was able to dock in front of the home. The lanai area has a large table with six chairs to relax. We had a small problem the the sliding door but that was corrected immediately by the property manager Petra. She was awesome. We do not have a bad thing to say about this home. We would rent this home the next time we come to Cape Coral. Loved our stay.
