Une vue imprenable sur le soleil, le surf et le sable! Ce condo non fumeur de 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain a été magnifiquement rénové en 2019. Tous les appareils et caractéristiques modernes et les meubles luxueux mis à jour rendent votre séjour confortable et vous aident à vous faire dorloter. Réveillez-vous chaque matin au lever du soleil sur le golfe depuis votre balcon privé. Le son apaisant des vagues de l'océan vous incite à dormir la nuit et à vous rendre à la plage pendant la journée. Le complexe Tiki Condominium dispose de 2 grandes piscines chauffées en hiver et entourées d'un paysage luxuriant.

Les propriétaires ont également trois autres condos dans le complexe de condominiums Tiki qui offrent une vue sur le surf et la plage, unité 130 (numéro de référence 4085924); unité 220 (fiche n ° 4436961); unité 226 (annonce n ° 3938030).

Nice place on the beach!

The property was nicely located on the north end of South Padre Island. There are a few hotel bars/beach bars right next door with reasonably priced drinks and delicious food. The other residents of the condominium were very polite and pleasant to be around.

Fall Vacation

It was and absolutely wonderful. I have been staying at this location in the same condo for several years and have stayed in the other units the owner has and every unit is incredible and awesome. I can't wait to be back again next year. Its my home away from home.

This property is everything you want at SPI! Best location and a very nice updated condo. Great view of beach and fireworks. Loved it. 3rd floor, no elevator.

Condo was very nice and comfortable for our family of four. Condo is modernized and very clean. It had everything we needed. Communication with host was excellent. Check in process and out was very easy with no issues! Will definitely stay again!

Magnificent beach Lodge

We had a beautiful stay in this most gorgeous unit. The owner was very communicative and gracious. We could not have had a better host. We highly recommend this gorgeous, quiet, peaceful unit.

The property was located right next to Clayton's and it was so loud. They had music playing until 11:30pm and people were playing music right on the beach too. The last couple nights it did quiet down but those first few nights were horrible. The condo was very clean and Bill was very on top of things when contacted so that was appreciated

Perfect little getaway

The condo was well stocked and really clean, I have stayed in many condos and this was probably one of the cleanest. The beach access was like a 2 min walk. The check in person was friendly. The property was clean and quaint. We went for Thanksgiving and it was a very quiet property. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

This condo is right on the beach! The walk is so short and easy. The only downside is it’s kind of far away from where you have to park your vehicles so it’s a little bit of a trek if you have a lot of luggage/supplies. Loved everything else! Property owners are easy to get ahold of and communicated throughout my stay. Would definitely go back!

Very recent remodel of an older condo. The condo was well equipped and clean. Was a little disappointed it was advertised as a two bedroom but the layout and hideaway bed made it feel like a two bedroom. Staff was pleasant and facility was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

Cute, clean condo with great beach access

This condo was great for our family vacation! It was clean, nicely decorated, and only steps away from the beach. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that maintenance had to come out twice to fix, but it didn’t interfere much with our vacation plans and the owner was responsive. Hopefully, a permanent fix is coming in the near future. The condo is right next to Bar Louie, so there was often loud music until the late evening hours. We liked it and thought it added to the beach aesthetic, but it might be bothersome for those who like to go to bed early. Overall, it was a nice condo, and we had a great time! Many thanks to the owner.

Stayed at the tiki many times and this unit has by far been the best.

Absolutely impressed with this condo. Everything was perfect. The one thing I always had a complaint about has been the bedding at every place I’ve ever stayed but the bedding at this condo was amazing. Haven’t slept that good in quite sometime. Will definitely book again.

Great experience!

We stayed a week in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the comfy bed to the balcony patio set for morning coffee, the accommodations were perfect for my husband and me. The location was great with good proximity to the beach, pool, bars, restaurants and parking. In addition, the condo had two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler that we used at the beach.

Perfect for family vacation

We were very comfortable in this cozy condo. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice view of the beach. Warm heated pool during our cooler evenings. Short walk over to Turtle Inc and Seabird boardwalk. A lovely stay :)

Have stayed at several of Bills condos. I have never been dissatisfied. Always clean and beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Bill quickly responds if you a question. Definitely recommend this condo.

Vous êtes reçu par Bill and Barb Bartell

Married for 40 years and three kids later, Bill and Barb have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom or dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Claytons on Friday and Saturday nights (if we chose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools, makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
