Nice Space and Great Location
We stayed the month of January more or less and enjoyed this property very much. We have stayed for extended periods in Palm Springs for the last couple of winters, and those stays were near the Tennis Club area west of downtown. We weren’t sure we’d like the Greenhouse complex, but we were sold the day we arrived. We don’t rent a car while we’re here, just walk everywhere or ride the bikes we rent, and downtown was only a 10-15 stroll, depending where you were going. The property is within walking distance to many great restaurants, stores, theaters etc including Sherman’s 849, Trio, Jake’s, Farm, Regal Theater, Starbucks and the Ralph’s and CVS are less than a mile away. The unit is very spacious with two bedrooms and two baths, but one of the finer features is a beautiful large private patio that affords you privacy but still provides great views of the mountains. The unit contains just about everything one needs for an extended stay: Washer/Dryer, microwave, flat-screen TV with cable, cozy king sized bed in the master, gas oven and range and dishwasher. There are two large pools, one of which is about 100 yards away, next to a large hot tub. There are also two lighted tennis courts next to the unit. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, with citrus trees and palms throughout, and the area is gated, making us feel very safe and secure. We plan to stay here again.
