Best Located Luxury Condo in Sandpoint!

Family of 5 adults stayed for a 2 night ski trip. The condo felt brand new and was spotless! Gorgeous and comfortable furnishings and open layout. The beds and linens were heavenly. We used the dryer for our wet ski clothes both days, very handy. We played board games at the big dining table and we all fit comfortably on the large sectional sofa to watching football games! The condo was in an ideal location. We walked to all the restaurants, bars, and shops without ever having to get in our car! The building was private and quiet! The property manager was very helpful and answered our questions promptly! Thanks for a great stay!

This loft was amazing! Its so pretty inside and well taken care of! The location is perfect, right downtown and so close to all the great restaurants and shopping! GREAT condo, Walking distance and super roomy

We had a great time, used the patio, walked to dinner/town. Could walk to the lake but with heavy coolers and chairs it was an easy 2 min drive. Highly recommend staying here!

Sandpoint at it's best!

The condo is all this and more! If you want to experience downtown Sandpoint - this property can't be beat. It is beautifully put together and a quick walk to all things downtown. Such a great experience!

Perfect Getaway

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The loft is cozy and quiet with beautiful views of the marina. It is in a fabulous location with easy access to everything you need via a short walk. Communication from booking to departure was flawless. I highly recommend this location and would stay here again for sure. Thank you!!!

Beautiful condo in downtown Sandpoint

What a great place to spend a getaway! This condo seemed brand new. All of the finishes were beautiful and it was decorated so tastefully. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location on one end of the main downtown street was perfect. The host was super easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this spot!

Perfect summer vacation spot!

This was our family's second time staying and this beautiful condo. Once again, it surpassed our expectations! The unit is beautifully appointed, intentionally outfitted with everything you would need during your stay, clean and in the most ideal location for easy access to City Beach, coffee shops, restaurants and more. We can't wait to return next summer!

Perfect place

This was a perfect apt for our short visit to Sandpoint. Lots of nice touches (coffee, frother, super soft towels!). We had everything we needed for cooking in and great location for takeout. Easy walk to everywhere. Great communications with owner, lots of recommendations provided. Would definitely consider for a return trip!

Great location/perfect condo

This condo was in a great location with the balconies overlooking the marina. The condo was clean and well stocked. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods available. They left a sheet listing favorite restaurants. We loved Sandpoint and would definitely stay here again!

The Lofts at Sand Creek

Beautiful property, just as presented on website. Easy access from street, we were able to park right outside in the designated space. Great views from the picture windows! We were very comfortable and the loft was well equipped, with some nice little extras. This is a a fabulous spot in an attractive part of town, within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants and the marina. Still quiet and peaceful, in spite of the central location. Couldn't have wished for a better experience!

Room with a View

This is a lovely apartment overlooking the harbor. The apartment is so beautifully appointed with a modern comfortable vibe. Really nice furniture and comfortable beds. Kitchen is stocked well with great appliances. The harbor view is so fun. Watching boaters come and go from two great balconies. Location is excellent. You can walk to everything in Sandpoint. Shopping, eating, wine tasting, music, groceries, the farmers market. There is a beautiful lake trail and public beach nearby. What a great vacation town and a perfect VRBO apartment!

Wonderful Condo

We loved this condo overlooking the marina! The condo is beautiful, nicely decorated, so clean and laid-out so well. The view of the marina is lovely and it’s so fun to watch all the boats coming and going. The condo has two balconies that sit right over the water. It was so luxurious and relaxing, we had drinks at the condo rather than going out somewhere else. The location is excellent. Just a few blocks to downtown Sandpoint, which is so cute. Hiking within walking distance — walking along or across the lake. We also walked downtown to rent kayaks. A great stay!

Perfect Location in Sandpoint, ID

We went there on the (probably) last hot summer weekend. This beautiful furnished, decorated and well-equipped loft is located in the heart of Sandpoint. Shopping, Restaurants and Beach - everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed every morning the sunrise with an outstanding view to the marina and a nice cup of espresso on one of the two balconies. Every room has its own AC unit, what makes it very comfortable in the summer heat. The loft is equipped with all you need, just bring your food or enjoy one of the many good restaurants in downtown Sandpoint. Parking is very convenient right in front of the entry door. All communication with Kat was outstanding. She provided all the information you need on time in a very kindly manner. Questions will be answered immediately. This vacation loft is highly recommended.

Great location

We loved the fact that we could walk everywhere...city beach, shops and restaurants downtown, marina... It was great having coffee overlooking the marina, but it was facing east and it was already so hot by 9am. The air-conditioning was a life saver. The space is well-designed and modern appreciated by my teens. The description said it sleeps 6, but the sofas are not a fold-out so not the best accommodation for a family of 5 with older kids. My 16 year old son slept on the couch as is. I wish it would have had blinds throughout the living space to block out the sun especially in the area my son was sleeping. Also, I must have assumed two washrooms, so it was tight with the 5 of us and only one washroom. Otherwise, for the two nights we were there it was fine.
