Nous aimons accueillir les gens à Aloha Avalon, notre spacieuse maison de plage de trois chambres au cœur d’Avalon.

La première chose que nous vous dirons, c'est de sortir! Quoi, hey !? Oui, sortez et sentez où vous en êtes et dans quelques minutes à pied, vous serez à Avalon Beach, Bilgola Beach ou Avalon village. Revenez ensuite vous détendre, peut-être profiter d'un long bain avec une coupe de champagne.

Nous nous sommes efforcés de créer un espace privé et décontracté au bord de la plage, où vous pourrez ressentir "ce sentiment aloha".

Cet appartement de trois chambres a été récemment rénové pour lui donner une touche moderne, tout en conservant ce merveilleux sens de l'espace.

Votre entrée privée mène à un grand espace de vie avec salle à manger moderne. La cuisine complète est aménagée pour créer tout repas gastronomique que votre coeur désire.

La salle de bain, avec baignoire sur pieds, est à tomber par terre.

Nous avons cherché à équiper notre maison d’un standard élevé et à anticiper vos besoins en fournissant tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour un séjour de luxe.

Sèche-cheveux, shampooing, revitalisant et nettoyant pour le corps sont fournis en standard et une machine à laver est disponible. Si vous avez envie d'un pique-nique à Clareville Beach ou à la pointe, utilisez le set de pique-nique qui vous attend dans le garde-manger. Nous sommes toujours heureux d'aider avec un panier à pique-nique sur demande.

L'appartement est à 100% votre espace et n'est pas accessible par l'arrière de la maison. L'appartement bénéficie d'un jardin ensoleillé où vous pourrez vous installer pour un petit-déjeuner, un déjeuner ou un dîner non perturbés ...

Perfect holiday location

We loved every aspect of our stay in Avalon. The house had a cool beachy summer style and was just like the photos if not better! We really enjoyed being walking distance to so many great shops, bakeries and restaurants. Morning swims at the beach rock pool were heaven. The owners were friendly and helpful. We would have loved to stay a month!

Very comfortable and soacious

We wanted something near our daughter and family in Avalon. Tyler & Jo’s place was perfect! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Enough room to have the grandkids over to stay. Air con in the living area was a bonus and fans in the bedrooms. We have it 5 stars but just a couple of niggles. No can opener, vacuum didn’t work but no broom or dustpan and brush. Some Drawers in main bedroom stuck with paint! Tyler and Jo very friendly.

Walk to Everything

Spacious property with all basic facilities for all seasons. Very well located to walk to village shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. Quiet and roomy with outdoor balcony to enjoy. Couldn't find BBQ, but were a short stay so wasn't a problem! Helpful host, we arrived a little early but nothing was a problem and super friendly.

Hosts went the extra mile

Thank you Jo and Tyler, had a memorable family Christmas. The property.was beautifully presented and the extra little touches were much appreciated. Location is epic, walking distance to the beach and shops. Only things we could fault was fridge is a little small and no tongs, but we had our own of both anyway, and it was only really a small issue as we were cooking a lot. Once again thank you hosts it was a great and memorable holiday.!

Property misrepresented and hosts unhelpful and threatening

This property is not as it appears. It is an older building, a bit run down, equipment not working with only some modern touches. The property was not properly cleaned. Bed configuration is ambiguous and not as advertised. It was definately poor value. When contacted the male hosts was argumentative and threatening. It left us feeling concerned and disappointed. As a very experienced traveller I would certainly not recomment this property

Great short stay !

It was really great to have 2 nights at this great home. Super clean-and comfortable beds. Just a 5min walk to shops and 10min walk to Avalon beach. We took board games and cards - and just spent a relaxing couple of nights in doors.....with the days at lunch and beach. This was a reunion for older son living interstate- and with limited time - we opted for a Sydney beach vs driving too far. The place was well laid out and bigger than I was thinking- just perfect for a family of 6. We did not see the owners- although they live at the back / downstairs of the property in a separate wing. It was private and the street was quiet with great off street parking. Recommend for sure

Beautiful, relaxing Aloha Avalon

We had such a beautiful stay at this stunning Beach House. So relaxing, so spacious, so luxurious. The beds were so comfortable and we had the best sleeps. The hosts graciously accomodated us with an early check in and a late check out, as well as lovely breakfast items and chocolates on arrival. A short stroll to Bilgola Beach and Avalon village. A perfect get-away. We will certainly be back !

Beautifully styled! Perfect location!

We loved staying at Aloha Avalon. It was extremely private and was much more spacious than expected. Every room is beautifully styled. We used it as place to get ready for our wedding and the master bedroom looked spectacular with my bridal gown hanging! Self checkin was a breeze and the hosts were easy to contact and went the extra mile sewing as it was our wedding. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Beautiful, bright, spacious home - great location

We had an amazing Christmas at this property. The house was spotless, very bright, airy and easy to access. The hosts were very kind, great at communicating and really went above and beyond (even leaving presents under the tree for ours kids). Highly recommend!

Aloha!

Most people think that “Aloha” is a word that means both hello and goodbye. ... It is true that in Hawaiian they say “Aloha” both when greeting someone and also saying goodbye. But that is not to be taken literally.

The real meaning of Aloha in Hawaiian is that of Love, Peace, and Compassion.

Our mutual lifelong love of the beach and ocean led us to Avalon some time ago after many years of living in other locations and traveling the world. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and the surf being just a short stroll away is priceless.

We do everything we can to truly "live" life and encourage our young family to get amongst it! On the weekends (even in winter) you will find us all down at the beach, catching some waves, at the skate park, having a run or just soaking up the sun.

We couldn't live without the beach, salt water therapy, our kids, being able to travel the world (surfing, skiing, snowboarding) enjoying new adventures, a warm fire on a cold night... and each other :)

We hope you enjoy “that aloha feeling” staying at Aloha Avalon and also take it with you...
