Best location in Miraflores

It was late when we arrived at night and Rodolfo was so kind to give us a ride to the closest restaurant because our kids were very hungry. He even texted us to make sure we were back home and happy with the restaurant he suggested. What a wonderful place, location and host. I’ll give them 10 stars!!!

Great apartment in Lima

This place is in a great location, it is within walking distance to the malecón, Larcomar and Larco Avenue. My family and I enjoyed staying here. Rodolfo was a great host!

December Stay

It was a great stay with the location being central to everything (within walking distance). The property manager was beyond punctual and helpful throughout our entire stay. If I were to come to Lima again, I would definitely come here again.

3 days in Mira Flores

We had a great time at Rodolfo’s place in Mira Flores..Perfect location, close to the malacon and Larcomer. Everything you need is close by, shops, restaurants and you can walk everywhere .Rodolfo was incredibly nice to us, meeting us very early in the morning to let us in. The place is very comfortable as advertised.. Muchas Gracias

Great Location and Accomodations

Property is in a great area of Lima that had easy access to the beach, Lorcomar Mall and excellent restaurants in Miraflores. Owner was extremely helpful and gave us good recommendations for places to go, things to see and where to eat. Will book again next time we get to Lima.

Great Stay and Great Host

Beautiful location in Miraflores, very nice and spacious apartment. Rodolfo was very communicative the days prior and during the stay, he is very attentive to any needs with check-in. I would definitely stay here again!

Rodolfo is the best

We had a great stay at Rodolfo’s apartment. The location was just minutes from Larcomar. Rodolfo met us at the apartment when we arrived even though it was almost midnight and helped us arrange taxi for our return home. Overall, great stay and service.

Wonderful view and centrally located!

I enjoyed staying in this property. The place was affordable, clean, I enjoyed the balcony and was able to see the beautiful view sunsets and the host was hospitable and available to answer questions. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Lima. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful month in Lima!!!

We completely enjoyed our time in Lima - beautiful people, amazing food, incredible sites to visit. Rodolfo was an amazing host - so kind and responsive to all our needs. The apartment was spacious and so close to everything. Lima is an amazing walking city and we were in the heart of it all.

Excellent location and modern apt

Rodolfo is a great host. He went out of his way to drive us to a sandwich shop at 10 pm when we were checking in. Apartment was great. As advertised in every way and very well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to Larcomar in the heart of Miraflores.

Excellent Stay in Miraflores, Perú

This 6th floor apartment was amazing. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself in the Miraflores area. You will not be disappointed. Rodolfo, the host, was always in communication with us, and he was an extremely gracious host. We will definitely stay here again, if available! Looking forward to our next visit to Lima!!! A good travel experience

Very good location! Accessibility to nearby amenities within walking distance (restaurants, supermarkets, stores). Availability of transportation to and from the apartment. Beautiful sunsets, partial from the apartment and full from the pier, a block far away. Very quick response from Mr. Urbina to provide an oven when requested. The central location though, may be somehow noisy at peak traffic times. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay!

Great Location, Excellent host

The property is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. Also a block to the Malecon to go for a nice jog with a beautiful ocean view. The place is spacious as shown on the pictures, with well equipped kitchen. We did not use it much but had the main necessities for our stay. Also a plus, the apartment has parking space available. The host Rodolfo was very prompt: excellent service oriented !!! He was in constant communication to make sure we are comfortable. There was an issue with the internet speed of the apartment and he promptly worked with the telecom company on it and tracked it to resolution. Also, we were locked out one night and he expedited a delivery of spare keys to us. Great location with an Excellent host.

Review of apartment at Miraflores.

Overall, I was very happy with this property including the property owner who was very cordial and hospitable. My family and I felt very safe in the area. The apartment is well located as lot of places such as restaurants, supermarkets, museums, hospitals, convenient stores or bodegas etc.. were within walking distance. The only minor comment that I have is the fact that due to the close proximity to the ocean, the apartment has a humid odor, including the closets. A suggestion that I have is perhaps placing air freshners in the closets and if possible in the rooms. I would recommend the rental of this property to other people. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con este departamento incluyendo con el dueno de este departamento que demostro ser una persona muy cordial y hospitalaria y porque nos sentiamos seguros en el area. Mi opinion es que esta bien ubicado cerca de muchos lugares como restaurantes, supermercados, museos, hospital y bodegas etc.. y estan cerca para llegar a ellos caminando. El unico comentario que tengo es que debido a la ubicacion cerca al mar, el departamento adquiere un olor a humedad que incluye los closets. Una sugerencia podria ser poner "air fresheners" en los closets que en Peru creo que lo llaman ambientador. Yo si recomendaria a personas que vienen del extranjero rentar este departamento. Great all the way!

From the start everything was perfect, check in and check out smooth, Rodolfo is an excellent host, location couldn’t be better, Larco mar 10 min walk, Kennedy Park 15min walk, the apartment was clean and had everything we need. Overall was an awesome stay, from now on I will be staying there in every visit. Thank you Rodolfo for this great experience! 5 stars !
