Il est réel et il peut être réservée pour vous aujourd'hui: Villa Tao A-3 dans le charmant village d'Akumal, idéalement situé entre Playa del Carmen et Tulum, et situé à seulement 50 mètres de la plage.

Cette belle 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains villa dispose de la conception moderne et propre des Studios réelle, ainsi que un sol en marbre. Le salon ouvert offre un débit maximal entre la salle de séjour et salle à manger et la cuisine bien équipée. Le salon dispose d'un canapé en cuir et deux chaises, une TV 50 ", satellite Sky, et la connectivité WiFi. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, vous propose des appareils en acier inoxydable et les comptoirs de granit offrent beaucoup d'espace de travail avec un bar à côté de la salle à manger. portes coulissantes surdimensionnés offrent beaucoup de lumière ainsi que l'accès à la terrasse du jardin. Une laveuse et sécheuse sont fournis, ainsi que des équipements de plage tels que des serviettes et un parasol.

L'étage chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen-size et salle de bains. Un étage salle de queen supplémentaire a une salle de bain attenante et un petit balcon qui donne sur le jardin. La chambre principale à l'étage dispose d'un lit king-size, 42 "TV LCD et un petit balcon ainsi que salle de bain attenante. Toutes les salles de bains sont équipées d'une douche en marbre, d'un sèche-cheveux et de tous les articles de toilette de base.

Les caractéristiques les plus remarquables de la villa sont ses deux belles terrasses: l'une, un espace vue sur l'océan avec un canapé confortable, des chaises et un toit en aluminium maniable qui peut être ouverte pour le soleil ou fermé pour l'ombre. L'autre donne sur le jardin et comprend deux chaises rembourrées avec repose-pieds et une table pour deux.

Le nouveau club de plage exclusif est maintenant ouvert !!! Nos clients peuvent profiter du luxe du club de plage qui est idéalement situé à seulement quelques pas de votre porte. Le club possède une piscine, un bar, un restaurant et une terrasse sur le toit avec des chaises longues.

Et ce n'est pas tout, vous avez accès au centre de bien-être TAO, qui propose des équipements de spa complets avec une salle de sport, des piscines pour la nage en longueur, des cours de yoga, etc. et des installations du complexe Bahia Principe!

Akumal est un véritable paradis avec beaucoup de recul comme tranquille quand vous en avez besoin et beaucoup d'activité quand vous avez envie il. Grands restaurants, observation des tortues et superbe plongée en apnée sont à quelques pas. L'emplacement est parfait pour des excursions d'une journée à Tulum et à Playa del Carmen; vous êtes également très proche de cenotes limpides, d'anciennes ruines mayas, de pittoresques villes coloniales et de tout ce que la fabuleuse Riviera maya a à offrir.

Amazing condo

This place was amazing! The balcony was incredible to be able to go up and drink my coffee and watch the sunrise and hear the ocean just across the street! The home was clean and had everything you needed for the perfect Mexican vacation!

Family wedding and reunion

We enjoyed our stay even though we didn't spend much time in our condo with all of the activities we had going on related to the wedding. We loved the convenience to the Jungle Fish restaurant right across the street. We also enjoyed the rooftop covered patio and appreciated the ample supply of filtered water.

A great property with lots of space and comfort

We had a great holiday in Akumal. The house was exactly as described and easy to find. Communication was easy and reliable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, and lots of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. The beach club across the way had friendly staff, and the food was delicious and good value. We enjoyed the pool and the beach there and also explored the surrounding area. Access to the Bahia Principe resort was a plus and we enjoyed their pools and beach one day. The location was central and we traveled into Tulum and Playa Del Carmen on day trips. I would recommend this property for families or couples traveling together.

Xmas in Mexico

The condo had plenty of space for the five of us. The kitchen is well appointed so we were able to cook all the meals at home that we cared to. However the beach club is directly across the street and they have excellent food and access to the beach. The staff was so friendly and fun! We could walk to Akumal on the beach, or we could drive. That was super convenient. Although we did not need to do much laundry, I enjoyed having the dryer to dry our towels between uses- the humidity keeps things fairly damp. It was a very nice location and vacation!

Fabulous location, Wonderful Condo

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The location, right across the street from the Jungle Fish beach club was perfect. With beach and pool access, the food and drinks were delicious and the wait staff made us feel like family. When we wanted more dining options, the town of Akumal was just a 15 minute walk down the beach. As for the property itself, the amenities were really thoughtful, including a closet that had extra hats, snorkels and beach chairs. The roof deck was a great location for watching the sunset, and the living room was comfortable for hanging out. There is even a gas grill for the one dinner we decided to eat in. The management was immediately responsive when we had a minor issue, and it was taken care of in a timely fashion. We are already planning out next trip to Akumal, and this property will be on the top of our list to return to.

Fabulous accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tao A-3. It was very clean, modern, centrally located along the Riviera Maya. The property is conveniently located in front of the beach club — just a few steps away. The pool and food served at the beach club was great. Just a note that the beach is very rocky and really not easy to swim — you’ll definitely need water shoes. However it’s nice for a dip or just to walk along the shore. Inside the property you have everything you need — kitchen well stocked, plenty of bedroom towels & linens. All the beds were super comfortable and plenty of pillows too. The air conditioning worked fabulously all throughout the property. We really loved the property and especially appreciated how clean and new everything felt. Also the rental company (Latinlatitudes) was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. Thank you!

Lovely wonderful modern house surrounded by trees

A lovely wonderful modern house surrounded by palm trees and just across from Akumal trail that follows the beach. It had everything we needed to make for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. There were palm trees and vegetation everywhere and the roof top patio made it so cool to be at the same level as the tops the trees. Lots of lovely birds and other wildlife all around to watch. We also loved having the Jungle Fish beach club/restaurant just across the street and use their pool. It is one of the better restaurants in the area. You will need water shoes to use the rocky beach in front of beach club, but there is the beautiful sandy Playa Akumal beach just a few minutes north walking via Akumal beach trail. That is where you see all the boats and groups snorkeling to see the turtles. Access to Playa Akumal is free via the trail. Playa Akumal area has also many great restaurants. Make sure to visit Akumal Pueblo west side of bridge and walk around; it is just a short drive away; it is a small Mexican town but with many walls covered with amazing paintings (like the ones you see painted on the bridge) that are added during the yearly Akumal Arts Festival.

Super House; Super Location

My wife and I stayed here for a week with our two college-aged kids. This property is in a quiet, leafy neighborhood of villas and beach homes and is directly across the street from the Jungle Fish Beach Club. The house is very well maintained and incredibly well equipped, with beach chairs, water shoes, beach towels, a gas grill, a wide selection of food storage containers in the well equipped and stocked kitchen (including paper towels, detergent for the dishwasher and coffee filters), a large capacity washer and dryer, laundry detergent and fabric softener. The bathrooms were well stocked with tissue, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Just show up with clothes and you're set to go! We loved walking down to the end of the road each evening and then out onto the beach. The patio at the back of the house is very serene - we saw a monkey one night swinging from tree to tree! Tulum (which is overrun with tourists and traffic) is only 15-20 minutes away. Dos Ojos Cenote is less than 15 minutes away (a must see on a hot day). Snorkeling at Yal Ku (the second entrance - 20 pesos more per person, but well worth it) was fantastic, as were the Caba Ruins (so pleasantly shady), only 1 hour away. Our best meals out were in Akumal pueblo; restaurants on the beach and at the Jungle Fish Beach Club were also excellent, but 2-3 times more expensive. Last, Angela, the property manager, was incredibly responsive, always responding to my texts within minutes. An easy FIVE stars.

Loved it!

This condo was perfect for the three of us on a girls trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was a closet with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrellas, etc. There was also a basket under the TV that had sunscreen, insect repellant, aloe, and first aid items. There was shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathrooms. It is located in a nice secluded neighborhood with a 24/7 security staff. Directly across the street from this unit is the Jungle Fish Beach Club. We ate dinner there every night. It was delicious and the staff was amazing! There were a few people in the neighborhood that live there several months out of the year, and they were all so nice and treated us like we were their neighbors. It is a nice location, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. It is also a 20 minute walk down the beach to the beach town of Akumal where you swim with turtles and visit all the different restaurants and shops. It would be ideal to have a rental car at this location, but we didn't, so we took the collectivos to the places that we wanted to go. The management for this property was great to work with and were always prompt to reply to any messages. We only had two issues at the property. 1) The dehumidifier in the unit was so loud that I had to turn it off at night because it kept waking me up. 2) One night it rained really hard and water rushed in under the patio door into one of the upstairs bedrooms. But overall we had a great stay.

Absolute perfection... everything we needed and more!

My husband & I could sense the attention to detail from the moment we walked in this gorgeous & inviting NEW condo! Loved the clean, modern decor & overall spacious feeling. It was both comfortable & functional. So much to love here! Condo is loaded with everything you could possible need... extra towels, bedding, umbrellas, flashlights (great for evening walks), toiletries, hair dryer, water, COMPLETELY loaded kitchen (pans, small appliances, utensils, containers, extra drinking water, etc), even night lights in the baths. Loved the comfortable outdoor furnishings also...we loved star gazing at night on roof top sofa. Appliances are new & we utilized them all (washer, dryer, stove, fans, A/C controls in ea room). Nice feature is the layout of the ensuite Baths in upstairs Bedrooms and exterior BR doors for extra privacy. There's ample closet & drawer space in ea BR along with 2 safes for use. There was an extra mini fridge in downstairs BR. Loved the blinds throughout offering options of either full, partial or no sun/privacy. We used the beach chairs & insulated mugs at the beach to watch the stunning sunrises. Beautiful beach is about a minute walk away. We discovered an amazing reef to the right side of the bay, just off the point...a variety of coral & fish! We spent 2 hrs snorkeling that one spot. Snorkeling is the main reason we have visited Akumal about 20 times now. There are 4 bays & a lagoon with GREAT snorkeling. Find turtles every day at Akumal Bay in front of Lol Ha Restaurant. The quaint local restaurants are a bonus (we like them all... LaLunita my fav; at LaBuena Vida get Botenaros; love the tuna at Lol Ha...check out live music there.) We have always felt safe in Riviera Maya & esp Akumal. You will notice security is very observant. We didn't rent a car, as we are familiar with the area & enjoy the extra walking/adventure. We took the collectivo to Tulum for dinner... also to the entrance of Bahia Principe a few times (then grabbed the tram) to go to yoga at Tao Wellness Center. There is a restaurant with amazing beach views, above Las Villas which is across the street from condo. Latin Latitudes Property Mgmt was awesome, from emails prior to arrival, welcome pkg, answering questions, professionalism, organization, friendly... to tons of info/resources in the condo ...perfect! It's obvious someone has gone above & beyond to make your stay here the best possible. We'll be back... Thanks so much!!!

Well appointed

The owner has thought of everything to make a beach stay comfortable even down to the sunblock. We wanted for nothing. Even the sheets were soft (always important after too much sun!) The location is safe, quiet and beautiful- plus being across the street from an oceanfront restaurant/pool- brilliant! We could easily hear the ocean from the condo- as well as view it from the roof top terrace. It was the perfect home to return to after a long day of shopping and exploran. Setting was perfect for our party of 5 and made conversation so much easier. Thank you for all of the little touches to your home that made us feel welcomed and cared for!

Long awaited get away

We had the pleasure of staying at Tao for 7 nights & it was amazing. The location is close to Akumal town as well as a short drive to tulum. Right a cross the street was a beautiful pool which the kids would have lived in if they had a choice ! The jungle fish served Affordable lunch and dinner all day 12-8 . Be sure to ask about there fresh caught fish of the day . The Mayan whole fish is well worth the wait! The condo was a great home base & had 3 showers & and very well stocked kitchen (utensils & cookware ) . Thank you for having us & we look forward to next time !

Exceptional Property for Bachelor Party

This property is beautiful! We booked it last minute and the management company was very accommodating. I actually want to own a property similar to this so it was an excellent opportunity to review what it looked like. Thank you for your hospitality. Not a single bad thing to say. It was actually even nicer than the property we rented I believe.

Awesome Condo

I really fell in love with with condo!! Not one detail was left out when it came to amenities!! EVERYTHING that you would have in your home will be here. All appliances were new and in good working condition. The condo itself is modern and I can't say enough about the kitchen because I love to cook!!! Its an entertainment paradise!! The bedrooms and bath were all super clean and the host provided shampoo, soap and body lotion!! It was super hot outside but the air-conditioners left the home so comfortable!! There is also a water dispenser with plenty of bottled water so you will not need to buy water. Just fill up your personal water bottle!! The roof top patio was also a plus. We would sit there late night, listen to some music, drink beer and tall and laugh on a comfortable patio set!! The pool is just across the street and has a bar and restaurant. The beach was too rocky for us but we did not rent the condo for the beach. Akumal is a great central point to go visit Talum, Playa del Carmen and lots of Cenotes!!! We really had no time to go to the beach because of the many things to do there!! I recommend you get a rental car!!! I could say so much more but do not want to make this too long. Beautiful Villa 200ft from the ocean 🌴🌊

I was able to stay in this lovely condo for 5 days and the entire experience was amazing. The description and other reviews are very accurate! I found that the rooftop was the coolest place to hang out. Above the trees with a healthy view of the ocean and surrounding areas. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in the neighborhood.

The house was comfortable and well appointed. We disappoint yes with construction across the street.

Nice property, great beach club. Disappointed the wellness center was closed and we were not informed ahead of time.

it is a shame that the beach could not be cleared of the rocks, swimming was pretty much impossible

property is clean and modern 6 of us stayed there with no problems

Overall great place

Overall, clean , quiet , centrally located place. Well equipped with everything you would need and expect. Nice, safe , clean neighborhood. Only minor observation the swimming isnt great directly out front of the bar across the street but a little walk cures that.
