Bienvenue à l'EPIC Weeki Paddle House. Cette maison unifamiliale de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est située sur un canal en eau profonde et à 5 minutes de pagaie de Hospital Hole et de la rivière Weeki Wachee. Il y a un quai pour profiter des couchers de soleil et sécuriser votre bateau. Notre maison a été entièrement rénovée et comprend des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, le wifi, un amplificateur de signal cellulaire et dispose de tous les accessoires pour assurer des vacances confortables. La chambre principale a un lit king size, la 2ème chambre a un lit king size et des lits superposés avec un lit gigogne pour les enfants. Le salon a un grand canapé et la chambre Florida a un canapé-lit. La propriété est parfaite pour 2 familles avec enfants. Veuillez nous poser des questions sur une excursion de paddleboard hebdomadaire à prix réduit auprès de nos partenaires chez EPIC Outfitters. Nous incluons 2 planches à pagaie et un kayak avec propriété. Désolé les animaux ne sont pas admis, 3 nuits minimum .. n'hésitez pas à vous renseigner sur les tarifs mensuels. Nous sommes impatients de vous aider à passer des vacances EPIC.

Des vacances tout confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle et très agréable. M. Morice est très accueillant et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Merci pour votre accueil. Nous n'avons pas pu trop profiter de l'extérieur vu la saison mais nous avons fait de belles balades sur la plage très proche de la location. C'est aussi le point de départ de belles visites (Locmariaquer et son menhir brisé, Quiberon et sa côte sauvage...). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette belle maison accueillante pour découvrir un peu plus cette région fascinante.

Nice Stay

The property and location were nice. Communication was excellent. The owner had several paddle boards and kayaks available but the kayaks need some tlc. The canoe that was available had a hole in the bottom that obviously puts it out of commission. It didn’t affect our trip or our time on the water. Very pleasant experience.

Quick Family Getaway in Weeki Wachee

Our group included 4 adults, (Grandparents, adult children) and our 3 year old Granddaughter. Weeki Paddle House was easy to find and after a brief delay figuring out that the code given was to a small Lock Box and not the Key Pad, we were inside and getting settled in. The split floor plan was perfect for us. Each bedroom had its' own bathroom and there was lots of room to maneuver inside and outside. Everything was very clean, labeled, and easy to use. Weeki Paddle House is not directly on the Weeki Wachee River. It's on a quiet canal, but the water is not crystal clear like it is in the river itself. This did not stop us from jumping in! We saw a lot of neighbors swimming as well. The house is less than a 4 minute car ride or a 5 minute paddle to Rogers Park (Water here IS crystal clear!) and The Upper Deck Restaurant. (Good, basic food and great service!) A massive Oak Tree provided welcomed shade over the entire backyard for most of the day. Plenty of outdoor seating. All in all, we had a great stay. Cute, updated, clean, well located house. Big indoor family room overlooking the canal. TV's in each room! I think it's easy to rave about a place when everything goes smoothly and according to plan. I think that a better judge of satisfaction is how the Host responds when things do NOT go as planned. This Host was amazing! Issue was addressed immediately and fairly. We all agree that another visit is in our future!

Wonderful Staycation!

This was a perfect home for our family of four and one small dog. Fully furnished and fully stocked clean & cozy home, including Kayaks & paddle boards for river adventures! We’ll be back!!

Worth more than 5 Stars ⭐️

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. First, the hosts are amazing. They’re quick to respond and they’re delightful to communicate with. Second, this house is absolutely the best there is! Check-in was a breeze, the house was spotless, location was easy to find, and the back deck/dock are hands down best of the best. We spent 3 days jumping off the dock, paddling down the river, and enjoying the back deck area. I just can’t say enough good things about this house. We are already planning a stay next month! Thank you Wagner & Jonathan for an amazing stay!

Great little slice of heaven

Loved the house, so spacious and well maintained. The only problem we did encounter is that we put the kayaks that were provided there at the house in the water and halfway down. The water started submerging in the kayak and I started sinking. Thankfully a neighbor that lived on the river witnessed it and pulled me out and the kayak and was kind enough to put the kayak in his truck and return it to the house. Overall was a great stay minus the kayak issue. The house has everything you will need and more plus located close to everything!

Third time staying at the Epic Paddle House...I think that may say it all. Great location, easy paddle to the river, and the kids love it. Of course... we'll be back!

River vacation

The only thing that I had issue with is the area that has the extra tv and sofas. It is extremely hot in that room. Needs insulation and an air conditioner.

We loved the property. Very close to the river to see manatees. Only downsides were one of the 3 kayaks had a hole in the bottom and the grill is falling apart.

Great location and very clean accommodations

The house is very roomy and the screened in porch is very enjoyable. The kitchen and dining area was very easy to fix meals and have room for us to have family meals. We did kayak one day and only stayed in the canals but these are great areas to learn how to kayak. The owners were wonderful at communicating with us as needed. They also gave great suggestions for services, such as boat rentals, etc.
