Tout ce dont vous aurez besoin dont la Wifi afin que votre séjour soit comme vous le souhaitez. La villa et le quartier sont idéaux pour des familles. Paisible villa dans quartier résidentiel calme avec nombreux terrains et jardins. Superbe piscine éclairée orientée sud avec terrasse ensoleillée isolée et barrière autour. Proche en voiture des plages de sable de Javea, de son centre historique et de son port de pêche. À proximité, Calpe, Moraira, Dénia et Benidorm et nombreux supermarchés, restaurants, bars, magasins, parcours de golf et parcs d'attractions. Le cœur de la maison est la naya en verre qui donne sur la piscine avec vue sur mer. Orientée sud, c'est l'endroit idéal pour commencer la journée au soleil. Villa de location idéale pour des vacances reussies

Maison de location extrêmement bien situee: 10-12mn max en voiture de la plage, des boutiques, restaurants, bars, supermarchés... La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos et très fonctionnelle: -La vue sur mer est sublime ! -La piscine : très bien entretenue. -Le jardin: sauvage. Quant au propriétaire, il est vraiment très disponible... même tard le soir (un grand merci !) Si il y avait une ou deux remarques à notifier, elles seraient, peut être, en lien avec la taille de la salle de bain de la chambre de l étage, un peu petite, et l odeur d humidité en début de séjour pour la chambre du bas ( problème disparu au fil des jours). Pour conclure, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui, petit plus, accepte les animaux.

Extended Family Holiday - Fabulous Views

Lovely Villa with a great pool and a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea. The area around is very quiet and residential which we liked very relaxing. The facilities are all good, as we had two babies in our party, we cooked and ate in each evening. There are plenty of good supermarkets in easy driving distance. Would recommend a visit to Playa La Granadilla a lovely picturesque cove, we had lunch there. The beach at Playa de l'Arenal has excellent sand for youngsters and ideal for swimming in the sea. We also visited Xabia old town. Would recommend this villa to hire to anyone and it easily accommodated our extended family with 2 grandchildren. We had a couple of issues but these were resolved by Tricia. In fact as we were so delayed and late arriving she was in bed when answering our first issue. Do realise that thee is wear and tear over the years so just as assistance to you and for future reference these were: unable to find the second cot (which in effect is a playpen), one of the Aircon units was not working, the outside lights are not working which was a bit of an issuing arriving in the dark and limited our use outside after dark and the toaster does not work. I also noticed that all the toilets were stained which I resolved myself quite simply by just applying bleach for 2 days so now all are shining white and not stained.

Anreise und das Mietobjekt sind ok. Das Haus hat ein gewisses Alter und das sieht man. Der Servive drum herum war eine Katastrophe und es wurde sich nicht um die Erledigung der Mängel während unseres Aufenthalts gekümmert.z.B. defekte Klimaanlage in 2 Räumen. Die Terrase in einem sehr unsauberen Zustand. Wenn sich mal jemand die Mühe gemacht hätte mit uns Vorort zu sprechen, wäre vieles wohl einfacher gewesen. So sieht mich dieses Haus und die Agentur nicht wieder. Geld kassieren und nicht kümmern.

Amazing

A view to die for. If you want a home from home then this is the place to stay. Everything you need. Mark, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful when we had a slight issue and it was resolved within the hour. Pool well fenced off for peace of mind if you have young children. Air con throughout the house and a very well equipped kitchen. The pack provided by Mark prior to our arrival was extremely useful from directions to supermarkets to the local restaurants and pubs. I’d definitely stay again.

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben als 2 befreundete Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern zwischen 7 und 5 Jahren Urlaub in der Villa gemacht. Ein Schlafzimmer ist - wie auch vom Vermieter beschrieben - über einen separaten Eingang zugänglich. Es gibt keinen Durchgang innerhalb des Hauses, wodurch eine 2 Familienkombination nicht ganz ideal ist für das Haus, aber trotzdem für uns gut geklappt hat. Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen hier - besonders der Privatpool hat die Herzen unserer Kinder höher schlagen lassen und wurde rege genutzt. Für uns Eltern war die Pooleinzäunung eine Erleichterung, da wir so ganz klar Poolzeiten von Pausezeiten abgrenzen konnten ohne Sorge, dass doch einer der noch nicht ganz sicheren Schwimmanfänger versehentlich im Pool landet ohne dass wir dabei sind. Zweimal die Woche kam jemand zur Poolreinigung. Im Haus war alles da, was man braucht. Für die zweite Woche bekamen wir nochmal neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Es sind sehr viele Fernsehprogramme in unterschiedlichen Sprachen verfügbar und das Internet hat tadellos funktioniert. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber. Allerdings haben auch wir den in anderen Rezessionen erwähnten Geruch, der von den Schränken ausgeht, bemerkt. Als Gegenmaßnahme sind Düftöle aufgestellt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und die Reaktionszeiten schnell. Er war stets sehr hilfsbereit und für kleinere Verbesserungsvorschläge unsererseits war er dankbar und offen. Wir können uns gut vorstellen irgendwann nochmal Urlaub in dieser Villa zu machen. Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend mit schönen Stränden und Buchten.

Quiet location with lovely sea view

Excellent villa details and directions from Mark the owner. On arrival discovered a few initial teething problems. Spoke with Tricia the property manager. The owner Mark immediately contacted us and took on our concern. He was excellent in actioning the teething problems. The communication with the owner and manager was excellent. The location is lovely and peaceful .the pool and outdoor space excellent and the sea view beautiful. Mark is an owner who cares that his clients have a good holiday.

A perfect spot for a peaceful break.

We came here in April 2022. Our first holiday abroad for 26 months. We knew this area of Spain quite well but were really impressed with the neighbourhood and location of the house. The view out to sea is just stunning and the area feels exclusive and quiet. You are not overlooked and we enjoyed a great family break. You are only 10 minutes or so from Javea and its great beach front. Granadella beach is cool and secluded. Further afield El Portet is stunning. It’s a good house in a great location. We enjoyed our stay.

Cold and damp

This property should not be considered if requiring a Winter let. We spent two weeks (March) trying to get the place warm and dry, but right to the final day it continued to feel damp and cold, finally we left 3 days before our check out day. Additional mobile heater purchased and the owner informed with no further action taken on their behalf. Lots of TLC needed to be done to bring this property up to the standard it is priced at, a very neglected property, main garden gates unlockable, patio door with broken rollers also without handles the list goes on and on. We are a pensionable couple and take rentals frequently in Spain but never experienced anything like this. Extremely disappointed.

Fijn huis, op mooie plek met fraai uitzicht

Heerlijke ruim huis met mooie terras. Zeer rustige ligging. Auto noodzakelijk voor stad, winkels, strand.. Parkje in de buurt waar je kan wandelen met de hond. Goed en snel contact met eigenaar en beheerster in geval van een storing. Beetje achterstallig onderhoud.

Abseits des Rummels

Ohne Navi wären wir ziemlich verloren gewesen das Haus zu finden da die Villa oben auf einem Hügel ist und viele Wege zu ihr führen. Ein Auto ist zwingend. Wir haben eine mehrseitige Anleitung vom Vermieter erhalten, er hat an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht so dass wir nie telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen mussten. Bei Ankunft stand das Tor zum Grundstück offen und die Schlüssel waren an Ort und Stelle nach Beschrieb. Nachdem wir uns eingerichtet hatten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl im Haus. Abseits des Rummels konnten wir uns gut erholen. Da wir im November verreist sind waren wir für die Heizung froh. Wir würden wieder dort Ferien machen.

Amazing Villa 😍🥰

We have been back nearly 2 weeks and been putting off posting a review because rather selfishly we don't want others to know how good it is! But then that's not fair, people need to know! We are a family (and best friends) of 4 adults in their 50s that was looking for a quiet relaxing holiday in a safe environment during the testing times of the covid pandemic. We stayed for 2 weeks from 25th September to 9th October 2021. And we got exactly what we were looking for and so much more! The villa is perfect, the pool is amazing and well the view......no words, could look at that view all day long 😍 We were blessed with beautiful weather, but the villa would keep you more than occupied even if mr sunshine didn't make an appearance. There are so many dvd's and books to help you pass the time if there's a wee cloud or two above. The villa makes you feel like you're home as soon as you walk in. Well equipped with everything you need, all you need to do is get your food supplies to stock up and you don't actually need to leave unless you want to! It's hard to go out for the day and leave it behind! Mark the owner is very hands on and easy to contact if need be. He gives you a very comprehensive list of information for your stay that is super helpful, including even pictures and directions from the airport to make your journey to the villa as smooth as possible. Make sure you print it out as we used it a lot. Trish the manager of the property is also friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble! Yes you do need to drive but that's clear when you book. Lots of other villas around but you don't hear anyone. And did I mention that view? And the stars at night with the lightning in the distance in the sea? Just amazing. We had lots of day trips out in the car, there's so much to see. We travelled to Moraira (the fonts d'algar are amazing), Denia is worth a visit and we even travelled to Valencia for the day. You could even go to Benidorm for the day if you wanted to. But closer to home just down the hill is Javea, if you want beach and nice restaurants and shops look no further. Lovely to have it there but be far enough away from it to enjoy the peace and quiet of the villa. Highly recommend, it's ideal for couples or families, lots of room. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year whilst we were still out there. Just don't tell too many people 🤫😆 Oh and did I mention the view......😍

Urlaub Cap de la Nau

Wir waren beeindruckt von der Lage. Der große Pool hat es uns besonders angetan. Er war sehr gepflegt und sauber. In der Küche befand sich alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren o.k. Herrliche Ruhe, ringsrum. Super fanden wir, dass es extra Pooltücher gab. Ein Auto ist aber unerlässlich. Leider fanden wir die Küche etwas ungepflegt in einigen Bereichen. Unter dem Spülbecken war es sehr schmutzig und es roch unangenehm. Wir haben es sauber gemacht. Auch nasse Putzlappen befanden sich dort. Auch in den Schränken des Wohnzimmers roch es sehr muffig, ebenso in den Kleiderschränken, diese sollten mal ausgewischt werden. Wir danken Patricia, die uns ein wenig mehr Zeit gegeben hat, das Haus zu verlassen. Wir hatten nämlich alle verschlafen und wollten das Haus ordentlich verlassen. Wichtig wäre, wenn die Vorgänger Wasser, Spülmittel, Reiniger für die Spülmaschine zurück ließen. Bei unserer Ankunft war nichts da. Wir haben deshalb anders gehandelt vor unserer Abreise und hinterließen das, was wir bei Ankunft vermisst hatten. Wir glauben das ist ganz im Sinne von Mark. Trotz der beschriebenen Mängel konnten wir uns gut erholen. Die besondere Lage, der schöne Pool, entschädigte für Manches. Wir würden das Haus wegen beschriebener Vorzüge durchaus weiter empfehlen.

Very nice stay with beatiful views and great landlord

We had a lovely stay with 6 people for workation, mixing pleasure and remote work. The location is great, with nice view from pool and living room, as well as most bedrooms at the sea. Walking distance closeness to the Ambolo climbing region, as well as beaches (Granadella is a must to see) gives a plenty to spend time on jogging, cycling or just relaxing. The house has a fully equipped kitchen plus a BBQ on terrace. Pool arena is sizable and great to chill out. The pool itself is fine, although we didn't use it much due to April temperatures, but in May it warmed up. The only initial drawdown was patchy internet connections due to weather, but it got fixed quickly thanks to reaction from the landlord. So in the last weeks it was Ok and fine for remote videoconferencing and Netflix. All in all, I would recommend it, especially for this price range!

Great Stay

This is a brilliant place to stay. Our only downside (and only due to our age and our dogs ages ) were the hills around us. This is perfect for a family the swimming pool is lovely and a place to go for walkers and cyclists. There are plenty of places to go and eat at very very reasonable prices. Everywhere is Covid regulated Beautiful well kept house with absolutely stunning views over the sea. Would highly recommend.

Great staying here had a wonderful time with my family the villa was perfect for our purposes. Staying in the winter does have its draw backs ie lots of maintenance going on but apart from that all good. The view from the villa was fantastic and you really did not need he TV Will be back 👍

Large, well equipped villa

We had a very enjoyable week at the villa. Despite some maintenance and cleaning issues when we arrived, which didn't spoil our holiday, the villa is large, airy and has everything you need and more - I've never seen so many dishes and cutlery in a kitchen! The pool area is great to relax around with lovely views out to sea. Personally, we would have preferred to have been able to remove the security pool fence as we didn't have children with us, but I can imagine it would be a godsend for families who do have small children. The TV with UK Sky channels was great for us as a member of my party has a physical disability and dietary issues. She sometimes stayed in the villa of an evening while we went out and enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting outside and then watching TV without us! The bedrooms are large and airy and the beds are very comfortable. Another review mentions a musty smell in the wardrobes which we noticed too, perhaps if they were sprayed with some kind of air freshener occasionally it would sort that out. We didn't see any ants, bugs and very few flies both inside and outside the villa which was good and the pool stayed remarkably free from leaves, debris and muck. My husband usually appoints himself as pool cleaner using the net every day but he didn't have to do it once this time. The pool man (Colin?) came on the Wednesday, we'd been disappointed that the pool lights didn't work and we'd wanted to sit outside of an evening with the pool lit up. He explained that they'd be out for most of the main season because of the villa being booked up which meant that electricians couldn't have access to spend time putting new connections in. Disappointing but it didn't spoil our time there. All in all we had a very good week and enjoyed our time in the villa and visiting the local area. It's nice to walk along the Arenal and Port area stopping off for drinks and meals. The local large supermarket Mercadona offers a good range of gluten free foods, as does Aldi, and quite a few restaurants do too. We would stay there again.

We are a fun-loving family from England who love our home away from home. As we work very hard on our website business we wanted a place to escape to and relax.

This is just the perfect place, it is safe and quiet yet close to all the amenities and things to do and see that you could want in a holiday.

We love the quiet residential area which gives us privacy and a home to escape to yet we are still close to bars, restaurants, shops and beaches - but we can at least escape that if we choose to.

We love how safe the pool is for children due to our pool fence, we especially love the location with cooling breezes, beautiful green hillsides to look out upon - and of course - the amazing stunning views of the sparkling blue Mediterranean sea.

The Costa Blanca area has so much to do and see that one holiday here is simply not enough, so we never get bored going back year after year.

The area of Javea has fantastic green scenery with majestic mountains in the background and a huge choice of wonderful sandy beaches and clear waters.

Although we are in an area with so much to do and see, we made sure we bought in a beautiful quiet spot so you can choose from the best of both worlds.

We fell in love with the villa the moment we saw it with the spectacular sea views from the pool area and lounge being the thing everyone comments on immediately.

As a family we liked that there are so many activities close by including five theme parks, yet we can always escape to our tranquil hideaway.

Our unique advantage over most properties is the fantastic sea views, air conditioning as well as the safety pool fence which very few villas have - ideal for your peace of mind.

Relaxing by the large pool you will see the spectacular Mediterranean coastline with the famous Calpe Rock visible from our villa.

The villa itself is set in a lovely quiet setting with large grounds, space and lush green surroundings.

You will feel 'away from it all' if you want to chill out but if you want things to do the nearest beach is just five minutes drive away and there are good restaurants you can walk to.

The main beach with all the shops, entertainment, restaurants and nightlife is just ten minutes drive away.

The villa itself is modern, clean, comfortable, welcoming and well-equipped for your dream holiday.

Javea is lovely with a port area as well as the historic old town area.
