Accès facile aux jardins tropicaux et à l'océan au-delà. Situation calme dispose d'une grande terrasse avec vue privée et d'un intérieur rénové. Ça ne va pas mieux. Regardez la vie de Maui se dérouler du matin au soir depuis votre pont privé avec vue de 185 m².

Grand appartement en copropriété privé dans le complexe de condominiums sur la plage ensoleillée de Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 chambre avec lit king et salle de bain privée attenante. 2ème chambre avec lits jumeaux et 2ème salle de bain au fond du couloir avec douche, grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine avec bar.  Le Maui Sunset est situé sur plus de 5 hectares de front de mer à Kihei, considéré comme l’un des meilleurs emplacements de la vallée de l’île. Kihei est réputée pour son ensoleillement toute l'année, ses alizés doux et son air apaisant en soirée. C'est l'une des régions les plus sèches et les plus ensoleillées de l'île, avec une moyenne de seulement 10 pouces par an! Les plages de natation et de plongée en apnée de renommée mondiale sont à quelques minutes de l’une des nombreuses plages de sable sûres de Kihei et de Wailea, à proximité. À une courte distance (6 milles) de cinq parcours de golf de championnat 18 trous à Wailea et Makena. Les deux bâtiments encadrent et protègent une vaste zone de loisirs soigneusement aménagée et aménagée. Nice place close to the beach

Beautiful view off the lanai and a nice unit. Management was very friendly, overall a good place to stay in the middle of Kihei.

The view was spectacular & the property is kept immaculate!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay at Maui Sunset and we were very disappointed with the unit this time. It was clean on the surface but floors and carpets were dirty area rug in living room was dirty and a trip hazard with the edges turning up. We requested maintenance on a sliding glass door screen and never received a reply or repair. Some sort of response should have taken place. All the TV's did not work properly. The one in the main area would not turn on with the Spectrum remote as was posted on the remote. When we did get it turned on there was no way to control the volume to hear anything. The dust behind the TV and furniture was terrible. The screen to the lanai would constantly come off the track and we had to fix it ourselves. It needs a DEEP cleaning. For the amount we paid for this visit we expected conditions much better than this. We paid a cleaning fee as well as the prior renters so there is no reason this unit was not thoroughly cleaned. This stay did not compare with prior visits. We love the location but were unhappy with the unit. With this experience we could not recommend Maui Sunset to our friends.

Great to have a full kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/ dryer is icing on the cake! And did I mention the views from the deck? We will 100% be back booking the condo. The only drawback is the automatic shut offs of the air conditioning units. I totally understand the need to conserve electricity and not keep them running. But waking up in the middle of the night today warm and sticky bedroom to turn the air conditioning back on was a drive back, but would not stop us from coming back. Closet full of all the things you need for the beach, chairs, coolers, children’s beach toys, even some spare water, shoes and sunscreens left by previous tenants. In case you forgot, something....You won’t be disappointed.

Adequate for Couples or Small Families

Communication and ease of booking/checking in and out was great! The location was also perfect for exploring all of Maui. There are a few thing to be aware of… 1. The place is not cleaned well at all! I actually had to clean the showers before I would let my family use them and I am not even a clean freak. Additionally, there was a thick layer of dust on flat surfaces, and whoever used the pots and pans last did not actually clean them. Gross. 2. I would not recommend the pull out couch for anyone over the age of 5. We actually purchased a blow up mattress at Walmart for our teenager as the pull out is not comfortable and was filled with sand. This property is best suited for 4 people in my opinion. 3. We had to also buy batteries for the remote and lightbulbs for the lights as they were not in working condition. Just kinda annoying to not have spares in the utility closet. But was on trend with #4… 4. There are no basic staples in the rental. So if you plan on cooking in the very nicely remodeled kitchen you will need to buy everything! Including cooking oil, salt & pepper, etc. Also don’t forget to buy ice as there are no ice trays. And last but not least, 5. Property staff are not friendly! Upon checking in at the front desk I walked in and said “good morning, how’s it going?” And she replied “busy. What do you need.” 😳 Overall we made it work and enjoyed the island, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Maui Sunset. The view from this unit is wonderful and we loved the nightly sunsets. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small, but the living area is large and, really, that and the lanai are where you spend the bulk of your condo time. The Maui Sunset property is extremely well-kept and we found people to be friendly.

Both bedrooms and the main living space all had fans and ac units. Washer and dryer in the unit. Parking was free and easy. And the condo was clean equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, beach supplies, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Unit had everything we needed except...the bathrooms are not ADA compliant and we had a 93 yr old with us. We did attempt to get a shower chair to no avail/no response. This is my only complaint.

Great location, beautiful view, large lanai

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the condo. The lanai looked over the pool/park behind the complex. The sunsets were beautiful. The place is stocked with all the necessary beach equipment (umbrella, chairs, towels). The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking tools. My only complaint would be there was no extras in the kitchen like Ziploc bags, saran wrap, seasonings ,oil etc that I've had in other locations so be prepared to purchase those. Overall would highly recommend!
