Hibiscus Villa est une villa moderne de 4 chambres située sur un petit développement à la périphérie du paisible village d'Alethriko, dans une vallée rurale et tranquille, entourée de terres agricoles, et pourtant à seulement 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Larnaca. Il y a des terrasses et des balcons à l'avant et à l'arrière pour admirer la vue imprenable. En raison de sa haute qualité de propriétés et de son parcours de golf prévu à proximité, Alethriko est souvent appelé «Hollywood de Larnaca»! Le centre du village et la Taverna la plus proche sont à 10 minutes à pied et il y a deux excellentes tavernes proposant une cuisine locale. Pour ceux qui aiment marcher, il y a des pistes menant au sommet des collines de la vallée pour admirer la vue imprenable sur la mer d'un côté et les vues panoramiques sur la vallée de l'autre. Les plages les plus proches sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Une couverture / chauffe-piscine est fournie pour chauffer la piscine pendant les mois les plus froids. Chypre est une destination toute l'année, Alethriko est un emplacement central idéal pour explorer.

Amazing

From the moment it was booked the communication was excellent! The villa itself was large and airy...in a wonderful little village. Lovely quiet area with a nice pool! Having groceries already in the fridge when we arrived was a god send. The pool was cleaned several times in the week we stayed. I would totally recommend this for anyone...but especially families! Thabks so much for such a fantastic place to stay for our holiday. I cant wait to come back!

Beautiful House in a small residential village.

Just arrived back to cold and wet Bristol after leaving 32 degrees of beautiful hot sunshine in Alethriko. My husband and I along with my elderly father had a lovely eleven nights at Hibiscus Villa and enjoyed every moment. We hired a car and went out every morning for a little trip out, ice cream and walk around visiting various places, Lefkara being one of our favourites. Lots of information in the books, or just ask Angela. We ate in most nights as Dad being 93 found it a bit much going out, so the facilities in the house were perfect, equipped with everything we needed. The large discount store a few kilometres away was ideal, back to the house calling in to the village bakery for a cake or three (a definite must) a drink on the front balcony watching the sun going down, dinner by the pool later, what more does anyone need. I also have to say the solar pool cover is fantastic, we pulled it over every night and the water was wonderful throughout the following day.

Hibiscus Villa

Stayed at Hibiscus Villa between 26/9/22-10/10/22. From the direction given from the airport the Villa was easy to find. Everything about this Villa was spot on. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. Very well equipped and was a home from home. Whilst it is set in a rural location you are within 20 minutes travel to Larnaca. A car is essential if you plan to leave the Villa for a spot of sight seeing or going to the beach, the cool boxes where a hidden gem that came in handy for our beach days. The pool area can be a bit tight for space if you have young children, but as a group of 4 adults this was not an issue for us. We had fantastic weather and the outside eating area was a good space for evening bbq meals and the dart board was another hidden gem. Carol and Chris manage the property and this Villa could not be in safer hands. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are very approachable and easy to talk to. They gave us some good advice about location to visit and shop. Thank you to you both👏👍 Within a short distance of the Villa there is a garage, bakery, shop and taverna, which we made use of. We have stayed in many Villas, but with exception this is the best equipped one we have had the pleasure of staying in. I Would certainly recommend this Villa as a place to stay.

Ideally located villa as a base to explore further

Two families with two children aged 3 and 2 stayed for a week at this lovely Villa. It is a short drive from the airport (around 15 minutes) and was really easy to find even after dark using the excellent directions from the property manager, Angela, who was lovely and really helpful. Took advantage of her offer, at a cost of 20 Euros, to do some shopping for us so when we arrived the fridge and cupboards were nicely stocked. The villa is exactly as described and the owners have kitted it out perfectly to ensure you have pretty much everything you could need during your stay. As with everywhere though there are a few negatives: -The villa is a perfect base however a car is absolutely essential as other than an exceptional bakery and local restaurant, there isn't a great deal else locally. Navigating around is really straightforward though and tourist resorts can all be reached within 30-40 minutes by car. -Just be wary before booking if you have young children as there isn't a great deal of room around the pool area and you are literally out of the patio doors, two steps and in the pool. -We experienced very high temperatures for the time of year (37-38 degrees in mid-June) so the air conditioning was essential to get a good nights sleep. You could however only turn it on for two hour bursts (apologies if we missed something) and as it was quite humid at night the room soon warmed up forcing you out of bed to reset it for another two hours. Overall we were more than satisfied and would recommend the villa if the points above aren't an issue!

Dom jest czysty, w pełni wyposażony. Bardzo wygodny. Dzieciaki były zachwycone rzutkami i X-Boxem. Byliśmy tu w grudniu, gdy pogoda jest kapryśna i jest chłodno. Klimatyzatory były ustawione na grzanie, wiec nawet podczas chłodnych nocy było nam ciepło. Dom jest położonym świetnej lokalizacji jeśli chcesz zwiedzić całą wyspę.

Mycket bra semesterboende för familj

Trevligt hus i lugnt område. Har allt man kan önska för en eller två familjer med barn/ungdomar. Professionellt bemötande. Fantastiskt att man kan beställa lite mat i förväg så att det finns det mest grundläggande när man kommer fram. Nära till Larnaca och flygplatsen. Poolen nyttjades flitigt och även grillen. Vi hade lite otur med en airconditioner som gick sönder och som inte kunde åtgärdas under återstoden av vistelsen, så ett av sovrummen blev väldigt varmt. Den power-shower som hör till master sovrummet fungerar inte alls, men duschen fungerar i övrigt fint. Ett riktigt bra val för en familj med fem barn/tonåringar från två olika familjer!

We enjoyed the stay at Hibiscus Villa.

The house was great with all facilities we needed. The house was located in a small (part of the) village with a lot of dwellings, very compact builded. Therefore the outside space was limited. The 'garden' was mainly the area around the pool. The beaches on 10 minutes driving by car are still under development. All together it was a good location for a one week holiday period with sufficient interesting subjects to visit.

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic time staying at Hibiscus Villa, as a family of 5. The villa was exceptionally clean and benefited from heating and aircon with the ability to boost the hot water which was important out of season, when you cannot rely on solar! The kids enjoyed the Xbox and the wifi meant that us adults could work, if required. Angela was extremely helpful and there is a lot of information in the villa about what to see and do in the area. The 2 restaurants and bakery in the village were great and open most of the time. Booking was extremely easy managed entirely by Angela including a UK bank account for payment, so no hassle or additional costs of exchange rates. The return of the security deposit was also very quick. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa or any that Angela manages, as her standards are high. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful villa and perfect service!

The villa and grounds are absolutely perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and is equipped with everything and more that you could need. But to be honest we expected nothing less as we have previously stayed in a villa managed by Angela and were aware of her high standards. Nothing was too much bother to Angela from the moment we made the booking through her to the return of our deposit within hours of our arrival home. She was on hand to help us whenever we needed her expertise and even allowed us to remain in the villa until closer to our flight time, which was an immense help. Staying at any villa managed by Angela, you’re guaranteed to true professionalism and high standards of cleanliness. Thank you once again!

Dejligt privat hus til en fredelig familieferie

Dejligt rent, stort og skønt hus i flotte omgivelser. Der var alt vi havde brug for til en uge i varmen. Skøn pool hvor der var den perfekte balance mellem sol og skygge til de mindste. Dejlig stor grill og veludstyret køkken. Der er lidt kørsel i forbindelse med indkøb men nemt at finde flere supermarkeder indenfor 15 min. kørsel. Angela er meget serviceminded og kom forbi den første dag og stod til rådighed for evt. spørgsmål. Vi fandt aldrig ud af at få TV til at virke men det betød ikke så meget. For varmt at sidde inden alligevel. Aircondition fungerer fint og gav os kølige nætter. Alt i alt en skøn villa vi klart kan anbefale - eneste minus er gøende hunde fra en nærliggende plantage. De gøede hele natten, alle nætter.

The villa is emaculate and has all you would ever need to enjoy a relaxing break.

Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the barbecue facilities are first class. The owners have fitted fly screens all round as well as black out blinds and the ceiling fans and air conditioning ensure comfortable nights evening in the hottest months. There are lots of up to date information on places to visit and things to do locally and further away. Keen walkers will be impressed by all of the information and ideas for routes to try. As well as the tv and games consol (lots of cds and games too) there are numerous board games to keep the whole family happy during the evenings. The dart board proved to be particularly popular!

Villa Hibiscus

We had a lovely week in August 2017 staying at villa Hibiscus where we had 2 families staying comprising of 4 adults and 4 children. The villa has everything you could need and the lovely Angela, who looks after the villa, is extremely responsive and provides a great service. We booked the villa via Angela directly which was a seemless process. The house has a lovely pool although not much space around it, and so we decided to explore the area and lovely beaches nearby. Lovely beaches are only a short drive away - we would highly recommend McKenzie beach in Larnaca and Konnos bay in Agua Napa. The Limassol water park was also a fantastic day out! Overall, a great week in a lovely house and in a great area! Thanks Angela for all your help!

Outstanding Villa, perfect for a family holiday

The villa was perfect for our family of 5 including a 5,9 and 14 year old. The pool was used every day. The facilities within the villa are excellent and fully utilised. The service from Angela was outstanding from booking through to a wonderful grocery shop on our arrival so we could start to enjoy the holiday immediately. We hired a car for the duration and the directions and maps in the villa helped us to get around the island easily and visit places and beaches. We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely villa.

Gem of a Villa

had a 3 week stay booked at Villa Hibiscus and couldn't have been happier from start to finish. Villa is superb, with all the mod cons to hand. Stylish furnishing and quality throughout and a nice pool area with plenty of seating. Thanks to Angela for great help during the stay, highly recommended.

Stunning views, clean, modern , beautifully kept.

From the first enquiry that I made Angela ( property manager) was prompt with replys, helpful, friendly and accommodating . Nothing was too much trouble, which made me feel comfortable about booking. I was booking on behalf of my family which included my elderly mum and dad and our teenage kids so trying to suit everyone was a task! We exchanged lots of emails from booking to ordering food to be there on our arrival. When we did arrive( Angela sent us excellent directions ) we were all very impressed by the location, size , decor, cleanliness we honestly couldn't of asked for more. Angela came to meet us the day after our arrival and went through all our questions and was most helpful. The villa was equipped with absolutely everything and the pool and area was wonderful. We definitely needed a car as we were out in the suburbs, which was our preference. Overall we couldn't of wished for a more luxurious villa and Angela is a credit to the home owners .

We stayed with 9 adults and a baby. The house is everything you could wish for and has everything you possilble would want. The service of Mrs.Angela Parouti was excellent. She really went out of her way to get all the neccesary things you need for a baby, even a little gate for the stairs so the baby couln't crawl upstairs. We were in Cyprus for 2 weeks and we all had the feeling that it went too fast and we were disappointed we had to go home

Fantastic Villa!

Fantastic holiday! Easy to find which was a great relief when you have 5 kids with you all ready for bed. The villa was larger than expected, absolutely great! Spotlessly clean and with everything you need when you are self catering. Beds really comfortable. Pool was lovely and warm, XBOX and other games console the kids thought it was the best holiday ever!. Angela was so helpful and it was lovely to meet her when she popped in on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. Will be back next year, without a doubt, may even need another villa as there could be more of us. Thanks for making our holiday great!

Super Villa

Wonderful Villa, looked after by Angela who we met on our arrival to advise us of all facilities and to point out places to shop etc.( although every thing you would need to know about the area is very well explained and documented in her Villa Information brochure ) so having someone to explain how things worked was a lovely touch. I have to say after being on quite a few Villa holidays I can't rate this property highly enough, we really couldn't fault it at all. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and every gismo and gadget you could possibly need on a self catering holiday, a real "home from home" I know we will definitely be coming back to visit Villa Hibiscus. EXCELLENT VILLA

The villa provided excellent accommodation with everything we could possibly need. Although we knew the villa was set in a rural location we found the lack of a village centre to be a little disappointing. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest shops are in the next village, approximately 5 mins drive. There are two restaurants in Alethriko, one of which we walked to (across country!), the other is a long walk and was closed when we tried it. There are fantastic views from the front of the villa plus early morning alarm calls from the cockerel across the road (which sometimes carried on all night!!) As we were two families staying together (4 adults and 5 teenagers) it could get a little cramped around the pool and there wasn't enough space to all sunbathe at the same time. Places we enjoyed: Troodos mountains, Fig Tree Bay Beach, Larnaca Beach, Camel Park, Perivolia (for dining out in the evening).
