Cette charmante villa de trois chambres est située dans la magnifique station balnéaire de Coral Bay à Paphos, à Chypre. La villa possède sa propre piscine privée, des parasols, une douche au bord de la piscine et un barbecue intégré. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bains et des portes-fenêtres doubles menant à de grands balcons. La plage de sable «Pavillon bleu» de Coral Bay est la meilleure de la région et se trouve à seulement dix minutes à pied de la villa. La villa est entièrement climatisée. Le supermarché, les restaurants et les bars les plus proches sont à seulement 100 mètres et le centre de villégiature animé de Coral Bay est à 15 minutes à pied, où vous trouverez plusieurs banques, pharmacies, boutiques de souvenirs, supermarchés et une large sélection de restaurants, cafés et bars. Ceci est une très belle villa, parfaitement située dans un beau quartier de Chypre. Would definitely stay again

Such a lovely home. Plenty of space for us and some friends. Great facilities and an amazing pool. The information we were given in order to get to the villa was spot on and someone was always available for us if we needed to help with anything. I’ve never rented a villa before for a holiday, but after this experience, I would definitely do it again. We plan to come back maybe next year and would love to stay here.

Great location

Great location, nice welcome pack as we got there quite late it was handy. Pool nice and warm just needs a little TLC as it’s has cracked tiles and it was a bit grimy around the edges but maintained by the pool man every week. The only issues I would say that we felt was a bit of a problem was the air con, you have to pay for it separately so if you want it you have to ask the company for cards when you run out. Would rather pay for it up front so it’s not something you have to worry about whilst on holiday. Also the CCTV was right where we ate and played games at night so we felt there was no privacy. Local to pathos town only a bus ride away and walkable to restaurants and the beach.

Cyprus villa

This house was amazing. It was fully equipped with everything you need. The pool man came twice and we’re only stayed a week ! The location is perfect and the house is huge inside ! The pool temperature was perfect and it was so quiet and peaceful at night and early morning. We had a car but you could walk to the shops and it isn’t far from the main strip. I loved this place and we will definitely be back again !!!

Great location

We had a very pleasant stay at this Villa, the location is good for local beach and bars, restaurants etc. The villa is a good size and at the end of the road so fewer neighbours overlooking. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils etc. and the welcome pack was excellent. The WIFI was a bit erratic sometimes and there is an extra charge for Air con via a meter, we spend EUR 50 for the week, but it was exceptionally hot for the time of the year. The pool was a nice size with plenty of space around it, although the tiles were slippery Overall a great stay and we would choose this villa again.

Lovely home from home Villa

This is the second time was have stayed at this villa. Lovely home from home relaxing stay as previous. Pool is amazing, villa very clean with all utilities for a self catering stay. Bedrooms have their own on suite bathrooms which is great for all guests. Will be returning in the future. Thank you 😁

A great stay, room for improvement

the villa was beautiful, the inside felt a little dated, however is was clean and served a purpose as we spent most out time outside. The outside area and the pool was really great with a beautiful view, we went with two children and they loved it. Nice outside dining area with the BBQ which we enjoyed. The beds were comfy in the bedrooms and it was good to have a bathroom for each bedroom. the only downsides were the cutlery/utensils/pans need replacing as they are used and old. Could have also done with some kitchen cupboards staples like kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil, plastic containers, etc as what we had was quite basic for a family of 6 and for the price we paid for the villa. the fridge is also damaged which aesthetically doesn't look pleasing. We also had issues with the dishwasher it would turn on but not clean the dishes, so we ended up washing them by hand, however there was no hot water from the tap. We also only had two bin bags and one toilet roll per room which wasn't enough for 6 people we ended up having to buy more, Some of the chairs outside are also broken and need replacing and the table mats were clean, but stained so looked dirty. The host communication was great. Overall it is a lovely villa, great location, but for the price paid i wasn't expecting it to feel as tired as it it and by replacing and fixing a few things it could be better.

Perfektes Haus in perfekter Lage

Alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Check in schnell und unkompliziert. Gastgeber antwortet sofort. Sehr sauberes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ruhige Umgebung. Housekeeper immer schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Gasflasche wurde am Sonntagnachmittag ausgetauscht! Viele Restaurants fußläufig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

A beautiful villa

What a wonderful place to stay. Central to all amenities yet just away from the main road enough to afford peace and privacy. The villa had everything you could ever need for a family holiday in the sun. A really lovely welcome pack, enough for a snack on arrival. Very comfortable beds!! Perhaps as it was the tail end of the season, but some of the cooking utensils and pans were in need of replacement. All information and travel instructions were excellent from the owner. However, when I received owner emails, it was really difficult to get through VRBO, to reply to them. Perhaps this process could be made more straight forward. Overall, really lovely and would certainly consider returning again.

We spent a very relaxing week in the beautiful villa , the villa was clean with everything we needed. The pool area was great , really nice at night time with all the lights. The villa and the pool was very spacious. Lovely area close to beach bars and shops . We used the bus to local water park, it was very easy and very cheap . The local people are always ready to help and are very friendly. We all had an excellent holiday and would definitely recommend it to friends and family . Hope to come back soon.

Great villa

The villa was clean and tidy . Plenty of space for the 4 of us and a lovely relaxing break . pool was great . We got a hire car to get about but you can walk to areas if you want , 20min to strip and main supermarket on foot. It was a good choice for our holiday.

Family holiday

We are a family spanning across 3 generations and have had the most fabulous 2 week stay at this beautiful villa. The Villa was very clean upon arrival and any questions I had before arrival were answered very promptly. All information on how to locate and get into the Villa were send before our trip so we felt safe and comfortable before we had even arrived. The pool was a massive hit with our children, just the right size and depth for all ages to enjoy. Lots of information was in their welcome booklet and the welcome pack left was a lovely touch. The Villa is in the perfect location down a quiet road but only a short walk (1min) to the nearest kiosk and restaurants. If you walk down the road further you come to the bigger supermarket and bus stops. We didn’t have a car and got around to see the historical sites on the local bus. The local beach is beautiful and sandy and again is only a short walk from the villa (depending on how fast your party walk 5-10 mins). We cannot thank Karen and her wonderful team for making this holiday truly memorable. We would and will recommend this villa to anyone!

Brilliant Stay

Our stay at this Villa was brilliant, from the information supplied by the owner prior to going to the welcome pack which was waiting for us when we arrived. The Villa contained everything we could have asked / wished for, there was plenty of room around the pool ( which was great ) with areas of shade if needed and plenty of loungers and patio chairs and tables to make use of. The location suited us as it was at the end of a short road with no passing traffic and there were bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance, ( the breeze bar at the bottom of the road was a really nice bar ran by Fay ) and Legends restaurant a little further down the road was also to be recommended. We hired a car to see more of the area but you really don’t need to as the large supermarket will deliver you and the shopping back home and the local buses run everywhere for a very little charge. We would certainly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting a nice Villa with pool and peace and quiet but with bars and restaurants close by to go and enjoy.

Perfect Stay

The Villa is clean, homely, so private and & quiet but at the same time so near lovely beach, resturants etc. We stayed here with 2 family and 2 freinds and got married just down the road at the Shipwreck, everything worked out perfect. The welcome pack had everything we needed for our arrival plus a bottle of Prosecco as we were getting married, which was a very nice touch, we found the air-con very resonable. We would 100% stay here again.

Fabulous Villa

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this villa. It has everything you need. It is spacious, nicely decorated and on a lovely quiet street. It’s close to the beach and Coral Bay amenities. We would recommend it to family and friends.

Preisleistung ist super, super Aussicht und genügend Platz für 6 Personen

Hat alles geklappt, zwecks Schlüssel und Wegbeschreibung, super Anbindung zum Bus, Strand ist in der Nähe und Phaphos nur eine halbe Stunde mit dem Bus weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2 Busstationen entfernt, ist auch in Ordnung. Die Finca ist sehr schön und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Danke für 1 schöne Woche Urlaub

Very nice stay

The villa is ideally located, close to beaches, bars and restaurants. There were some great touches, like the water cooler and very cheap air con but there is some room for improvement, with the oven and the Wi-Fi. Having said that we would definitely like to return.

Fabulous villa

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay. The villa is in a great location - quiet and private and a short walk to the beaches. The pool and outside area is great - plenty of room for our family of 4. There is a local bakery, shop and a couple of bars/restaurants only a 5 min walk and the main coral bay strip is only a 15 min walk or you can hop on a bus which also takes you to Paphos Harbour. The villa is very spacious, comfortable and well maintained with all you need for a relaxing family stay in the sun. The management company are very responsive and helpful and always on hand for any questions Will definitely be staying again. A few tips for those who are staying here: All the plugs are UK so no need for EU adapters if you're a UK traveller Towels and bedding not changed if staying longer than 1 week and only 1x bath towel each provided (6 in total) so you may want to bring a few washing tablets to freshen up during your stay as no washing powder left, but washing machine is easy to use. Aircon is payable but very reasonable. We stayed for 2 weeks in mid August using in the bedrooms and lounge at night and didn't spend very much on it at all. The floor around the pool gets very hot during the day so make sure little ones have water shoes on

My husband and I have two children who love staying at our villa, and never get bored.
We pride ourselves on keeping the villa clean and well maintained and we stay there as much as we can.
Because we use the villa often (4 times this year and counting!), we have added additional homely touches that you would not normally find in a holiday rental villa.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased our villa from new in 2006 after searching for the perfect property for years.
The location is very peaceful with a lovely outlook and sea views, but also on the doorstep to everything you need from a holiday (more difficult to find than you would imagine).
