La Villa Vista est une villa de première ligne magnifiquement rénovée située juste au-dessus du port de Sitges Aiguadolc.
Le jardin paisible avec ses vastes terrasses offre certaines des meilleures vues sur la mer à Sitges. Il donne directement sur les étendues ouvertes et la beauté naturelle du parc national de Garaff, tandis que sur le côté, la villa offre également une vue directe sur la ville, vous rappelant que vous n'êtes pas loin de l'agitation du centre-ville de Sitges !!

Bien que la maison soit élégante, le jardin est l’endroit idéal pour les séjours, la cuisine et la chambre principale.
Superbe pendant la journée et magnifiquement éclairée la nuit avec 50 LED, vous ne voudrez peut-être pas sortir!
La piscine à débordement privée a un jet de bain et un jacuzzi séparé. Le Salon extérieur Pergola avec table pour 12 est le lieu idéal pour dîner laisser filer les après-midi ensoleillés ou douces soirées. Il y a aussi une belle zone de détente couverte avec des sièges où vous pourrez profiter des vues panoramiques spectaculaires sur la mer.

Intérieur de la maison a nouvellement posée parquet en chêne gris partout et toutes les chambres sont climatisées. Tous les meubles sont neufs et modernes.
L'équilibre entre paix, tranquillité, beauté naturelle et vue imprenable sur la mer, le tout à proximité de la ville de Sitges est un mélange enivrant!

Fantastic communication from Simon prior arrival. Can only say positives about house and location and views. All things there to cook etc. Is as advertised and better. Positively surpised to find homegym in garage. 4 minute drive from Carrefour Market.

Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed at Simons place for 10 days, with our whole family. We had 2 grandchildren. The house is large and very convenient. The outside space is so beautyful like out of a picture book. Thank you again for sharing your house.

Great family stay in Sitges

Our family of 4 spent a week at this property. The home has a lovely outdoor space, amazing views and plenty of space for kids and adults to entertain themselves. The host was extremely flexible and accommodating and communication was prompt and helpful. The host also provides a great list of local recommendations for entertainment, food and drink which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

Amazing views and great space

An amazing time in Sitges. The house had amazing views and a great social space for big groups. The host is very accomodating and very quick to help with any issues or enquiries. The pool and outdoor space was the focal point of the holiday. Definitely a recommendation to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Perfect for family

Perfect property for family. We were 10 from 3 generations. Outdoor area has amazing view, and fresh winds in the sun. House owner has a fetish for lights, so expect beautiful lights in the garden at night.

Family holiday in Sitges

With own transport, a great location on the edge of town with superb views and a relaxing vibe. Air con not working in lounge but sure this will get fixed because the support team were great and did their very best to help with things in their control.

Just perfect!

This is just an outstanding villa. So much room with three beds at one end and two at the other end and a great living, dining and kitchen area between. The position is perfect, with sensational views out to the ocean, but only a few minutes from Sitges, shops, bars and restaurants. The garden and pool area are beautifully laid out, making it perfect for outside time at the villa. The owner and local manager couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Highest quality in terms of furniture and other furnishings just made it feel very comfortable. We only had 5 people and didn’t do the place justice! You could easily have 10 or 12 here and not feel crowded at all. Thanks for helping us enjoy our holiday week so much.

5 star property

From the moment we made the booking everything was perfect, the communication was great and Simon and Nik happily accommodated our requests to set up the villa for a large group. We've stayed in numerous properties across Catalonia over the last few years and this was easily the best - the views and location are brilliant. The outdoor space is what makes the property the perfect place to chill out with sun from morning til evening.

Best Villa I Have Ever Stayed In

We have just got back from a weeks stay in this villa and all I can say is WOW. Everything from the moment we booked it, to the day we got back was amazing. There were twelve of us being four adults and eight kids and you never felt cramped. Simon and Nik are ultra professional but also made us feel like the villa was ours. The views are breathtaking and the pool is just what you need when the weather was like it was for us. I couldn’t recommend it enough and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We stayed at the Villa for my 70th birthday, with 4 grand children aged 1 - 6. They spend all day in the pool. And with the stunning view for the adults to enjoy..always something to enjoy. Everything supplied and Simon was on hand (via text) with the answers. Ideal for beaches ( need a car) A great time had by all😀

Amazing celebration week with friends

We were a party of 8 adults celebrating our birthday and wedding anniversary. The house was exactly as described, although the views were a little different due to foliage that we were told could not be trimmed. The views were still amazing! Also the driveway is very steep. Nik and Simon were very timely with communication and gave great recommendations. One of them was for a chef, Amanda, who prepared an awesome meal for us at the house. What treat! I would highly recommend this home and would gladly rent it again if I was in the area

One well worth a visit.

We are a mixed family group aged between 16 to 84. We were all there to have a relaxing time so spent most of our time around the pool. The owner Simon, couldn't have been more helpful answering our questions before & during our stay. Nik, the property manager was also on call when we needed him, plus Matt who was there to sort out any problems. A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful property. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa in a handy location

Modern property with lovely decor and beautiful garden. The view is stunning and a short drive into Barcelona so lots to do, Communication with Simon & checkin from Nick was excellent - very efficient and lots of help with the area and recommendations on where to go for beaches, restaurants etc. We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room. We had Amanda cook for us one night which was also excellent and she accommodated dietary requirements very well which was important House is spacious with some lovely features in the garden which is very well maintained. Kitchen very well equipped. Only minor point would be it got very hot in the living room due to lack of aircon which meant we used our bedrooms a lot more where there was very good aircon. All in all a very enjoyable week in Sitges!

Fantastic Propery

We spent a little over a week on the property and had an amazing time. The backyard and the views were truly spectacular. We enjoyed the barbecue. The kitchen was very well stocked, including paella pans! Rooms were nicely appointed and everything was very clean upon arrival. Simon even arranged for a clean up mid-stay which was very appreciated. Simon, Mat and Iris were extremely professional and warm and the communication was fast and efficient at all times. We would definitely come back to this property if we have a chance.

An amazing 30th Birthday in Sitges

The villa is fantastic, with amazing views of the sea and ample space for 10-12 people to relax and chill-out at the villa. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. As the driveway is very narrow, we decided to use cabify or the local taxi number to get around which was relatively straightforward apart from after a night out in Sitges. The bbq was also a super good addition. Overall, it was amazing value for a super villa and one that I would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you Simon and Nik!

Amazing views and great location

Wenlovednour stay at the home. It has amazing views of the sea. We stayed in December so did not have the typical experience of a summer renter. The large artificial grass lawn was great for the kids in our group. The proximity to both Sitges (8 minutes) and Barcelona (30 minutes) enabled us to see and experience a wide range of activities. House is in a very good condition. The owner and property management team were amazingly communicative and we hit the ground running. They accommodated our request for an extra heater and a stove top espresso pot. Would be happy to stay again.

Great house

We had a very nice stay in the house. It is as shown on the pictures. The garden and the view are amazing, and when you are there it feels like the house is all alone on the top of a hill! We were 6 adults and 5 children and there was room for everyone. Sitges is a very nice town and the location is well located to go to Barcelona or Montserrat. We had good contact with Simon and the house was nicely decorated for Christmas! I did not bother us, but its good to know there is a train line and a road down the hill near the sea that can be noisy from time to time.

Absolutely gorgeous place, just a few things

This place is amazing, and the property management is very well done. It's quite private, it's got amazing ocean views, a wonderful private pool, and the house itself is very nice. Pretty much everything is perfect except a few minor things: - The amenities list a hot tub, it's actually an attached Jacuzzi for the private pool, but is the same temperature as the pool (is not heated). - An ice maker would be an excellent addition, as well as a water filtration system so that the guests don't have to rely on bottled water. - This isn't an issue, but I'd make sure you have a rental car if you want to stay here. Taxis work fine to get into town but you will want to get groceries and such. Sitges itself is a wonderful town. Overall I'd highly recommend staying here, and would book again!
