Tarifs réduits pour moins d'occupation - Cet appartement de grande valeur est situé dans la belle ville de Kalkan, dans le sud de la Turquie, notre luxueux appartement de 3 chambres avec piscine privée et vue sur la mer et la montagne est l'escapade parfaite pour la famille et les amis. Il dispose d'un bel espace privé extérieur où vous pourrez vous détendre près de votre propre piscine et dispose de salles à manger en plein air. Avec la ville à seulement 10 minutes à pied, vous trouverez de nombreux beaux restaurants le long de ses jolies rues pavées qui répondent aux goûts et aux poches de tous. Kalkan a un faible taux de criminalité, cependant, pour votre tranquillité d'esprit, nous avons ajouté une sécurité supplémentaire dans l'appartement, y compris une alarme réelle ainsi qu'une installation sûre, des appareils de sécurité incendie et un détecteur de monoxyde de carbone.

Excellent apartment that exceeded our expectations

A beautifully appointed apartment in a lovely quiet location. A great size swimming pool and lovely garden maintained daily. The interior is light, airy and spacious and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The views from the pool area/garden are quite amazing. It only takes 10 minutes to walk into town and a taxi back will only cost a couple of pounds. We would definitely return to Daztash again!

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY

The apartment has everything that you needed for a relaxing holiday Very spacious much more so than the photos gave the apartment is beautifully furnished and the bedrooms very spacious also the advantage of having your own pool is great with plenty of room for alfresco dining and BBQ and the pool is beautifully lit at night.The views from the living area are amazing and with the balcony all round gave you great views of Kalkan Kalkan is a great place to visit with a good choice of restaurants,the food was always good bars,quaint little streets and the locals are very friendly We were blessed with calm sunny weather throughout our stay and the apartment exceeded my expectations in providing us with a nice homely base and well needed cool Air Con I definitely enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit

Fabulous!

We can't recommend this property highly enough. Within 5 minutes walk you reach supermarkets, within 10 minutes you're at restaurants and within 15 minutes you're at the Old Town and the harbour. Not only is the location excellent, so is apartment: it's stylish and beautiful whilst also being extremely comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous with views of the mountains and plenty of shade in the afternoon to enjoy evening barbecues, and the balcony at the front looks out to the sea. Sheleen has honestly thought of everything, from a brilliantly-equipped kitchen to folders full of local information, and her phone call before we went was really helpful and shows how much she cares about her guests. Daztash manages to feel both luxurious as well as a home from home. If we return to Kalkan we'll definitely be calling Sheleen!

Delightful Dastash

Dastash is a well equipped apartment that provides the privacy of a villa. A home from home in an ideal location. The apartment has all the necessities I.e dishwasher tablets , coffee , spices etc the rule just replace if you use the last one. The views are exquisite and shops a short walk. Yes the area is hilly but Kalkan as an area is definitely worth it . Sheleen has been the perfect host - organised , informative and nothing was too much trouble . A family holiday of reconnecting and recharging is what we needed after a harrowing last few years. So grateful we found delightful Dastash as our expectations were exceeded . Thank you x

Perfect apartment and location

Daztash is a lovely apartment in a great location. Contact with Sheelen has been excellent and there has been no problems with our booking. The apartment was cleaned twice during our 12 day stay and the pool cleaned every second day, the pool guy will also deliver you bread in the morning if you want! There is a local contact, Lynn, who is English, who provided a great service as well, such as oredering water for the cooler. It is close to town, about a 15 minute walk, and there are numerous taxis if you do not want to walk back ( Taxi to the apartment from town was £2.50). Kalkan is a lovely town with restaurants galore with excellent food. If you cannot be bothered leaving the apartment and pool then you can whats app a take away and have it delivered to the apartment, nice! We will definitely be visiting Kalkan and Daztash again.

Fantastic location, property and especially owner

Our family of 6 have Just got back from a great two week family holiday in Kalkan, and could not praise Sheleen and her fine apartment enough. To start with, from the very first e mail enquiry, through to e mails while on holiday to check all was well, I have had nothing but the total attention of Sheleen and her desire for our holiday to be as good as it possibly could be. The transfers were smooth and efficient , and even the requested tonic water for a welcome vodka and tonic on late night arrival was there for the post travel wind down!! The Apartment is situated at the top half of town, a nice stroll down in the evening, or to the local supermarkets. it is close to the centre of things, but far enough away for total peace if you want it. I Would recommend a taxi back, as though not far, it is blooming hot, and the taxis very cheap and plentiful. There is a nice buzz in the town of an evening, and even if we decided to eat in on occasions, would always start with a wander about first. Daztash is a very good size apartment, well appointed, with all the conveniences you could wish for, and all top quality. I had worried a little as to the pool area being overlooked, and could not quite work out the configuration on google earth. I need not have worried, as although you might see the brief passing of a neighbour on their way in or out of their apartment, this is not an issue, merely a chance for a brief hello. The information provided means you can easily take advantage of all that is on offer, and relax almost immediately you arrive. The town itself is very very friendly. The Turkish we met were most hospitable, and have a charming, and sometimes cheeky way about them that is very endearing. I found them also to be very humble, and appreciate your status as guest in their country. I am a first time visitor to Turkey, and having done a small amount of research, thought this to be a great opportunity for a safe, and very relaxed affordable holiday, and I was right.. Sheleen has been as good a host as the other feedback suggests, and am very happy to add my positive comments to those already made.. I am also happy for Sheleen to pass my contact details should anyone have specific questions. Tim and family

Great apartment with every possibility catered for. Definitely not a place to fault and I can say with confidence it is not a place to diasappoint. Fantastic accommodation, great food and beautiful weather. couldn't have asked for anything more.

Perfect

We have just reluctantly returned from a perfect weeks holiday in Kalkan stayng at the stunning Daztash apartment. The apartment is bright, airy and finished to a very high specification, your every need is met. The pool area is perfect with shade if you choose it! The friendly pool man is there everyday and not only attends to the pool but cleans down the outside area and furniture for you. The owners are very professional and nothing is too much trouble, they organised a well come pack and airport transfers. Kalcan is perfect, a hidden jewel on the Turkish coastline, all the restaurants we ate at were super, we especially loved their rooftops locations with spectacular view of the sea and sunsets. There are many choices of bars from relaxing to lively and not forgetting how friendly and welcoming the locals are. We would definitely recommend this property and are already planning our next stay. Thank you Sheleen and David for everything.

Fantastic accommodation!

Second time in Kalkan and had a fabulous time staying at DazTash. The property is well situated, has stunning views and is a peaceful environment to enjoy a holiday full of R&R. It has everything that we needed to cater for ourselves, be comfortable and make it a wonderful home from home. Sheleen was a wonderful host (from afar) and couldn't do enough for us, from start to finish. I will definitely be recommending this apartment to friends and family.

A perfect 3 week holiday at DAZTASH

Any doubts that we had about visiting a new area of Turkey disappeared after our conversation on the phone. Sheleen, was so enthusiastic about the people, the food and of course the apartment in Kalkan that we started to count down the months until out visit. The Apartment looked nice in the photos but this was nothing......... We arrived at Dalaman to picked up by the arranged Taxi Transfer organised by Sheleens team. Dropped off right out side the apartment, and that was the start of an amazing 3 weeks holiday. On arrival, the apartment was brilliant, the views on the photo's don't really do it justice. The walk into centre of the town was about 15 mins and to be honest at 10 Turkish (£2.50ish) Lira we got a taxi back most evenings especially after a few drinks and stomachs slightly over stretched from the amazing food. There are over 250 restaurants in Kalkan and I think you would be hard pushed to find a bad meal. Our average meal and drinks was just over the £100 for 6 people. Secondly the locals, were amazing, my 4 year old left a lot of waiters heart broken and their genuine kindness was unprecedented. Lets set the record straight any problems that are happening in the country have no effect in Kalkan or surrounding area whats so ever. What to do in Kalkan Area - you can probably go for 4 years in a row and still find new things to see and do. We hired a boat £200 for the day and was probably the best thing we did, along with Xanthos, Quadbikes, and the Kalkan shopping experience. Other than the excursions, we were more than happy to stay at the apartment during the day with sun loungers, and the much needed pool. There is more than enough room for 6 people offering hours of sun as well as shaded areas to cool down. We used the BBQ on several occasions getting meat from the butchers which seemed to be high quality meat. Also a must is the little walk down to the bakery (5min). To end, Sheleen and her team could not do enough for us, and with regular contact even about the most trivial question, there was a response within the hour. This was our first visit to Kalkan and we have hardly touched the surface. And will not be our last!!!! Thank you Sheleen and Dave, Thank you Kalkan.

Great for chilling out

We stayed for 9 nights in July. The apartment is spacious and extremely well equipped. If you want to get away and relax this is just the place. Great for sun bathing but with plenty of shade as the sun moves across the sky, yes it's there every day in July unlike UK!! You don't lose touch though with the wi-fi and tv. All the best sports and news channels if you need them. Good showers and comfy beds. Loads of storage and plenty of clothes hangers unlike some apartments we have been to. As others have said there are plenty of eateries in close proximity but we recommend having a hire car as there is so much to do and see in this area whether that be action adventure or exploring historical sites. There are some great restaurants and views up in the hills.

Amazing apartment - one of the best

this property is superb - well appointed, great inside and outside space, everything you could possibly wish for. I am sure that there are many other apartments that I could say the same of - the difference here is that the owner communicates so well and really wants you to have the time of your life - and I promise that if you stay here, you will.

Unforgetable stay in an amazing place!!!

WOW!! Just returned from a 2 week stay in Kalkan at the Daztash apartment and what can I say? The apartment is absolutely FABULOUS!!! I would definitely recommend anyone that is planning a holiday to seriously consider visiting Kalkan and staying at the Daztash apartment. The whole process from initial booking was made so simple by the owners - transfers were booked for us from the airport and we were given step by step instructions upon arrival which were so easy to follow and avoided any confusion. Upon arrival, the whole apartment was spotless and so clean and tidy. We were amazed at the size of the place as it consists of a large living room / diner with a breakfast bar and large kitchen over looking the living area. There are 3 double bedrooms with 1 en-suite and 1 main bathroom with shower. The whole apartment is very nicely decorated and very modern. The pool area was very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the whole of Kalkan which is very impressive. It also has a BBQ, sun loungers, dining table and outdoor sofa which is great to sit out on at night and relax. The pool was always clean and well maintained as a really nice Turkish man came every morning to make sure the pool was clean and the whole area was tidy. The location of the apartment is fantastic and offers great views across Kalkan and is really quiet with no noise which is great for relaxing around the pool. Kalkan itself is such a lovely place with everyone being so friendly and polite. I have visited numerous places in Turkey such as Marmaris, Olu Deniz, Kusadasi, Fethiye etc and Kalkan is seriously on another level. There is no hassling from anyone which is usually very common in Turkey and you are just left to wander and look at your own leisure. The place is beautiful and the food is absolutely fantastic and very cheap. I would recommend going to the Wapiano restaurant as the food and service was 5 star. To be honest you will struggle to find a bad meal in Kalkan but Wapiano was our favourite. The people in Kalkan can't do enough for you, they are so accommodating and friendly which really makes your holiday extra special. There is a beautiful sandy beach not far from Kalkan called Pattara Beach which is great. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Daztash and Kalkan to anyone - it is one of the best places I have every visited and gave us an unforgettable holiday for all the right reasons. We will definitely be returning!! Angela xxx

Holiday in Kalkan

The property is well maintained clean and tidy with all the home comforts ie: dishwasher,washing machine,it also has a bottled water dispenser so you have nice fresh cold water on tap 24 hours.good size apartment plenty of room to relax,enjoyed breakfast on the balcony which has a view of Kalkan and the harbour beyond. Externally the pool area is well proportioned with room to relax with comfortable sun loungers.Also a barbecue and good size table and chairs to dine Al fresco. Lots of nice restaurants in Kalkan to suit all tastes although be prepared for the long climb back up the hill,we cheated and got a taxi halfway up after all we were on holiday. Overall an enjoyable holiday.

Fabulous holiday apartment

Daztash is a brilliant place to stay in Kalkan. Up a steep hill, but ideally situated for buses and taxis, we could not have asked for a better apartment. It's really well kitted out, with everything you could possibly need. It has a luxurious feeling and is very peaceful and quiet with amazing views. We will definetly stay again

Loved it!

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a week. A great location being half way up the hill which presents a great view from the balconies. The apartment was immaculate with everything you need to live in luxury. There was also a BBQ which was a great option on some days. Kalkan village is just a small walk away and everyone is so friendly. Loved the place and will definitely be going back - I highly recommend this place.

We have two grown up children Darren and Natasha, hence the apartment name DAZTASH, who also love Kalkan and love visiting the apartment.

We have been married now for over 35 years and cant wait to spend more time in Kalkan at our apartment.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the location on our first visit in 2011 and then on our second visit in 2013 we knew this was the place to buy our "Place in the Sun".

The apartment was only half built when we first viewed it but we knew straight away it was the one, with its own swimming pool and lovely views of Kalkan we just could not buy it.

The builders were fantastic all the way through the building stage sending us photos and contacting us to check that we were happy with things.

Before you even leave, Sheleen takes care of everything, with her advice, organisation and planning being impeccable. On arrival at DAZTASH, the apartment is simply stunning, it’s like you’re the first people to have ever stayed there, it’s immaculate! Sheleen’s taste and attention to detail makes you feel instantly welcome and very much at home. The layout and facilities at DAZTASH work perfectly, whether it’s just lazing by the beautiful pool or preparing and enjoying a relaxing barbecue on the terrace. The views both towards Kalkan and the sea and the back drop of the mountains are fantastic. Kalkan itself, the people, restaurants and food are fabulous and it’s often said during your stay that you’ll return. With the combination of DAZTASH and Kalkan, it will definitely be a return to both.

The apartment is the ideal place to totally switch off and relax and if you wish to socialise its only a few minutes walk to the town.

Around the pool is the ideal place to sunbath and fire up the BBQ for something tasty to eat and of course to enjoy a couple of glasses of wine. We provide bath towels as well as beach towels so you don't have to worry about bringing those in your luggage.

The views from the wrap around balcony are just perfect especially in the early evening.

My wife and I spent a great 10 days at the DAZTASH Apartment in June 2018. Sheleen was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all enquiries. Sheleen is very keen for everyone to enjoy their stay and ensured the apartment was well prepared with a welcome pack. The apartment is truly 5***** with a nice pool and barbecue. It is on the ground floor and there are only 3 steps to negotiate making it suitable for those with limited mobility. Decorated with style and taste the internet pictures and description are totally accurate. The apartment is in a quiet location and it is a downhill walk in around 8 minutes to the centre and all the restaurants but you may want to get a taxi back after dinner. We used Definetours.com to arrange our car hire. They met us at Dalaman Airport and drove us to Kalkan and handed over our car. At the end of our stay, they drove us back to the airport in a limmo at no extra charge. Great company. Recommended.
