Cet appartement de 2 chambres au premier rang de Los Olivos est situé dans la communauté toujours populaire de Los Olivos, parfaitement situé au cœur du club La Manga, en face du centre de tennis de renommée mondiale. Entièrement climatisé et chauffé partout, cet appartement est la base idéale pour des vacances en famille ou des vacances sportives, quelle que soit la saison. Il offre un espace généreux dans les deux chambres, deux salles de bains, dont une en-suite avec baignoire et douche séparées et un grand salon et salle à manger décloisonné. Les portes-fenêtres coulissantes du salon s'ouvrent sur la grande terrasse privée qui offre une vue imprenable sur le tennis, le golf et la mer. Il est bien équipé avec un barbecue intégré, des meubles de salle à manger pour manger en plein air et des chaises longues pour bronzer toute la journée !! La communauté possède deux grandes piscines avec des zones sûres pour les enfants et l'avantage d'un complexe de piscine intérieure chauffée à utiliser pendant les mois les plus frais. L'appartement est situé à quelques minutes de nombreux restaurants internationaux, bars, boutiques, deux supermarchés, The Tennis Center et Children's Club. Great location. Really clean property. Perfect for us Only negatives were the main bed is rock hard, the television linked to wifi didn’t work well and the noise from the pool in the middle of the night made for restless sleep It really is a great apartment though

Lugar excelente pero algo deficiente en limpieza (tuve que comprar yo escoba,fregona,…..)
En general positivo la casa y la ubicación estupendas, deja un poco que desear la limpieza incluyendo que tuve que comprar hasta la fregona ya que la que había andaba sola, y que habiendo hablado con la agencia el posponer la salida 2 días más y habiendo pagado con anterioridad se nos presentaron 2 señores en casa bastante desagradables comentando que nos teníamos que haber ido ya,cuando evidentemente era un error y además insistiendo en que nos teníamos que marchar hasta le tuvimos que enseñar los correos cuando ni siquiera pidieron disculpas por el error. Francamente una situación muy desagradable no por la situación que puede pasar a cualquiera sino por el trato con tan mala educación que se nos dio

Excellent Apartment
Property has been completely renovated - including new modern kitchen and bathrooms. Well fitted out and in an excellent location .A five star apartment. The only minor negative was the bbq which although just about usable needs replacing .

Really nice stay at La Manga
We had a short holiday at La Manga. The appartment is nice, clean and has a wunderful view over La Manga and the inner sea. Really beautiful. Very close to the restaurants and supermarket nd very close as well to the tennis club where we took several tennis lessons. Our favorite restaurant is La Barra for the tapas and the informal atmosphere.

Home from home. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms and a quiet efficient aircon/heating system. Great views across to the sea from a large balcony. Faces north, so would be shaded and cool in the mid summer sun. Property was clean and well maintained. Good key system. Access to nearby pool and indoor table tennis.

Could do with some updating
The apartment had a great view. It was clean and tidy on arrival. It is a great shame you don’t get any sun on the balcony as there is such a lovely view. The appartment does need some updating. The en suite bathroom walk in shower was very shabby and the door was virtually hanging off and difficult to close. This should really been taken care of before any new rentals. The whole shower needs re grouting. The side table in the second bedroom has a draw that doesn’t close very well. Over all very nice but a few thing should be taken care of for future retals.

Comfortable home from home style apartment on la Manga club
We (2 adults 2 kids) stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks this August (2018) Great central location in Los Olivos with lovely view over the resort & out to sea. Easy access to 2 Los Olivos outdoor pools & 1 indoor pool. Comfortable living area with English Channel T.V and free wi-fi. A good reasonably equipped kitchen (though we did have to buy a sharp kitchen knife & bottle opener) 2 Spacious bedrooms/ bathrooms with storage & large balcony with bbq & furniture....this area gets all day sunshine ☀️ Towels and linen are provided but you do need to hire pool towels from the management company before arrival or take your own (we didn’t realise this) We felt some areas were in need of updating but overall a lovely home from home style apartment which provides a good standard of family accommodation on the la Manga club resort. Plenty of car parking to the front of the apartments. The apartment is in easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and supermarkets/ shops. We found booking and communication with both the owners and management company helpful and stress free! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Relaxing family, tennis holiday!
This was our first visit to La Manga. Our apartment was perfect for the four of us (my husband and I and our two boys ages 10 and 12). We wanted a nice apartment close to the tennis centre for our children and this place was perfect. Nicely decorated, big terrace with a beautiful view, big bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very comfortable and were able to have a very comfortable, relaxing holiday. We would definitely return.

Beautiful property - excellent location
The apartment was beautiful, very well furnished to a high standard. There were only two of us using the property which meant there was plently of space. The TV in the lounge was the biggest we have ever seen in a Los Olivios apartment and the avaliablity of Sky Sports pleased my fiance. Lots of outdoor equipment which would have been ideal for children and the Wifi worked perfectly. The only downside is that this apartment is located along the top tier of the Los Olivios apartments which means a steep climb from the bars along the main road but you are very close to the indoor pool and upper pool. Perfect holiday apartment for a couple or a family.

Lovely spacious property
We had a very relaxing stay here. The property was well enough equipped for what we wanted and nicely furnished. The balcony was large and had a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. We had a couple of issues when we arrived which were mostly dealt with quickly and efficiently by the property manager. The grocery pack would have been a nice touch, especially as we arrived late - midnight after a flight delay, but this was quickly forgotten as we enjoyed our holiday. Access to the indoor pool was lovely - as it was deserted most of the time, I had a lovely swim almost every day and it was good to have the option of escaping the sun! We mainly used the closest pool which had a good number of sunbeds and fixed umbrellas; and there was only one day that we struggled to find sunbeds. Unfortunately, the sunbed issue was down to Brits reserving sunbeds then leaving them reserved even when leaving the pool area, in some cases for hours at a time! We found that as long as we were down at the pool by midday, we usually had a good choice of where to base ourselves - not the sunbed wars you find in many places! The wifi could be patchy at busy times, but no worse than we experience at home. The apartment was close to Bellaluz and the commercial centre, although it is very hilly, so not so manageable for the less mobile - this is the case for the lower pool too, as there are a number of flights of steps to get there. Oh and it is important to comment on how noisy it is - the crickets around the pool during the day, and the frogs and toads in the ponds at night!! All in all, a very relaxed enjoyable stay, thank you very much.

Lovely apartment, really well equipped, spacious and really comfortable in a great location.Rebecca was really helpful with everything. Had two 12 year olds with us and they had a fantastic time, everything nearby so had freedom without us worrying!
