Paradise Villa est calme, privée, fermée et peut facilement accueillir 19 personnes. (plus les bébés)
La belle villa est la destination idéale pour de grandes vacances en famille, une fête de mariage ou un voyage de golf.

EMPLACEMENT:
Paradise Villa est située dans une rue résidentielle à l'arrière de Benidorm en Espagne. 25 minutes à pied de deux parcours de golf de championnat de 18 trous (Villaitana Golf) étant également à proximité des parcs à thème et parc aquatique Terra Natura / Mitica, il est très facile de se rendre à Benidorm avec un arrêt de bus au bout de la rue ou un trajet en taxi d'environ 7 -10 euros vous emmène partout à Benidorm. L'épicerie ne pourrait pas être plus facile aussi avec un petit supermarché au bout de la rue et ALDI 11 minutes à pied (voir la carte pour plus de commodités locales).

Séjour parfait
Le séjour était bien en général. Les choses qu'ils faut améliorer vraiment : système de climatisation doit être manuelle avec télécommande. -Mettre plus de vaisselle ,un congélateur , une aspirateur. - pour l'extérieur il faut mettre des parassol. Contact avec Mr Roy et Mr Steve était excellent . Merci.

Super séjour, Roy et Steve sont à notre écoute et super gentils, très bon accueil sur place, la maison est grande elle peut accueille plusieurs famille elle est diviser en trois zones. L’extérieur est grand la résidence est dans un endroit calme non loin d’Aldi et des super marché. A 7 min en voiture du centre ville donc top ! La maison est grande nous étions 10 et il y avait encore plusieurs chambres non utilisés. La maison est décoré simplement avec tout les informations nécessaires sur place pour votre séjour a benidorm. Le seul Petit bémol pas beaucoup de vaisselle, sinon ils ont su répondre à toutes nos demandes de matériels pr nos bébés. Benidorme je reviendrai c’est sur !!!

Super séjour dans la villa de Roy
Échanges avec Le Roy très faciles, à efficaces et super agréables. Nous sommes arrivés après une longue route depuis de la France. Super accueil de Steeve. Les lits faits à l’arrivée c’est un plus. Nous étions 14 dont 1 bébé de 18 mois. Nous avons très vite trouvé nos marques. Maison propre , belle et fonctionnelle. Bcp de choses a côté. La plage est à proximité si on veut changer de la piscine une fois de temps en temps. On a passé une semaine au top. On s’est très bien amusés. Merci.

Fint boende med pool, pingis och bordtennis. Många sovrum och badrum men få sällskapsytor inomhus. Kökets utrustning var ok men redskapen på plats dåliga så lite krångligt med matlagningen. Mycket nära tre snabbmatsrestauranger, bara några minuter bort. Mataffär fanns 10 min promenad bort. Endast 5-10 min Med taxi i till ett livligt centrum och fin strand.

Had all questions answered by Roy the host, due to flight changes we arrived early and were able to use one room prior to arranged check in time, likewise on check out we were allowed to use one room. Steve and Graham looked after us. We had a problem with a water leak reported to a Steve he dealt with it straight away. Would recommend the Villa to friends and family

Incredible house for the whole family!
We had a lovely stay at the Paradise Villa! Our group of two grandparents, four parents, and four children under 5 were all extremely comfortable for our entire week’s stay. The kids loved the children’s pool, and we all enjoyed the larger pool during the daytime. The house was large enough that each group had their own wing, and the seating areas were sufficient for our large group. The pool table, ping pong table, and jacuzzi were all a bonus, that were used nearly every night. The host, housekeeper, and maintenance man were all extremely friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had very quickly. We’re all already talking about when we’re going to revisit! Thanks Roy, Graham, and Steve!

Great family villa
The villa is exactly as described, was a great family space for the 12 adults we had staying. We had age ranges from 19 to 74 and the villa had something for everyone. Pool and outside space was great, sun all day. All beds comfy and we cooked BBQs outside and cooked fry up most mornings in the kitchen. Short €10 taxi and your in the heart of benidorm. Roy was great for comms as was Steve on the ground. We really enjoyed the villa and would reccomend.

Fabulous villa with excellent communication from Roy, Steve and Simon. There was 16 of us in total with 2 babies, 2 toddlers and 1 child, the rest adults. Plenty of space and bathrooms to choose from, 2 living rooms with tvs and lots of outdoor space with lovely pool/ entertainment. Only let down for us was the weather (but we did go in march) 30 min walk to benidorm beach front which was easy, and taxis cost about 8/12 euro. Would come again but in better weather, but overall cannot fault the villa!

Fantastic villa with everything you need great pool and games area. Good comunications between roy and steve. Great all you can eat and drink Chinese for 16.50 euro 15 min walk from villa. My family throughly enjoyed the holiday. Only negatives for me was the vrbo app is rubbish struggled to make payments and taxis were hard to sort for 14 people.

Like the title of the review says “does what it says on the tin” The villa was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, tidy, the pool area was perfect (yes I know I’ve used perfect twice but no other superlative needed) & in an ideal location. My only recommendation would be for another umbrella/parasol in the sun lounger area but that’s just my observation.

Had a fabulous family break, something for everyone pool table was a big hit, pool was perfect size and not too deep for the little ones. Had a couple of issues with the filter on the pool but was quickly sorted out. The villa was well equipped and bbq was a great addition. The aldi supermarket was within walking distance with another supermarket a bit further away slightly cheaper but if you get a taxi back can get more in one go! With burger bars and kfc at the end of the road. If you prefer more tapas restaurant's and bars the old town in benidorm about 7 euro or the more tourist part on the strip for 8euro will give you all you will need. Never went to the beach as it way way to hot during the day but looked lovely in the evening.could not find any fault with our trip, Steve and Graham were very pleasant and so approachable answering any questions we had. All in all would 100% recommend

Paradise villa is lovely
Beautiful villa set in a good location for families, great size and plenty of room for everyone. KFC and Burger King a 2 minute walk away. Aldi is a bit far to walk in the heat but we got a taxi no problem. Roy the host was very helpful and kind and answered any queries we had straight away. I would maybe recommend the maintenance guy check in mid week to check the pool as it went a bit murky, I thought I’d messaged Steve but maybe sent it to the wrong number Would love to go back as the kids loved it and happy kids makes for happy adults

Great Family Holiday
Great layout for a family group, could split off easily into 3 areas which worked well, with parent's and little ones downstairs, ideal for pool so the were not up and stairs all the time. All in all a great villa, away from the bustle of Benidorm town but a short drive or longer walk if you want to be in town. Plenty of shops for groceries, some in walking distance. Friendly team looking after place and easy communications with Roy the owner.

Lovely villa very spacious for all the family. Steve was very helpful giving us local information Bathroom on ground level needed a new lock. It’s about a 45 min walk into centre of Benidorm downhill taxi back cost between 7-10 euros if you don’t fancy the uphill walk. Nice quiet area to stay and recommend trying the Chinese buffet a short walk away lovely food we even had a takeaway one evening. Would happily stay here again if we return in the future

Gorgeous Villa Great location
There were 12 of us staying at Villa Paradise ages ranging from 21 to 81 and what a fantastic space it was … enough rooms to have some privacy if needed and two lounges one with a table big enough for us to sit around playing cards etc …. Lovely big kitchen which was enough for our needs …. I have to give a huge shout out to Roy the property owner for his excellent communication before our departure… nothing was too much trouble so I thank you kindly for that Roy We were met by Steve who explained all there was to know and didn’t really need to bother him again but he did give us the name of a great all you can eat and drink Chinese restaurant up the road by Aldi (Bamboo) food was great … The pool area is superb with enough sun loungers for everyone…. The games area was well used too …. All in all an amazing villa which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend… two small negatives . One … ladies ( of which there was 8 ) would have liked small bins for cotton balls wipes etc it was a pain walking upstairs every time you needed to put something in the bin … secondly ( and we did chat to Steve about it ) pads for the sun loungers … especially as there were 4 or 5 elderly persons and they couldn’t actually lie in the little bit of sun we had !! Other than that we all had and enjoyed a fantastic time at Paradise Villa

All of our villas are in the same street because we think it's the best area in Benidorm close enough too yet far enough away. Our villas are very special giving our guests all of the extras that most don't offer unless they charge a fortune. Our villas are the very best value giving you luxury at an unbeatable price. We have a fantastic location being close to 2 international golf courses & 2 amazing pitch & putt courses much larger than the UK both 18 holes & well kept we are also close to some of the most fabulous theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura with water park & Iberia park which is free to enter the park. We also have some of the very best restaurants in the Benidorm area & all not overpriced. The nearest supermarket at the end of the street at the petrol station open 24/7 or a short stroll 8/10 mins a Lidl supermarket for other enthusiasts we have a sports centre, rock climbing & anything you can think of locally fishing, football, cricket. That is before you even think about going into town with all of its unbelievable club's bars & restaurants with its fantastic shows
Oh, really I don't think there is anything & I really mean anything you can't get in Benidorm. If you don't have a good time there you never will incidentally I haven"t even mentioned the beaches with water-skiing, paragliding. Sorry to keep going on but that's what Benidorm does to you it's never-ending & FABULOUS
