Un bel appartement de 2 chambres situé au coeur de la ville avec cuisine entièrement équipée et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. 2 min à pied de toutes les attractions principales villes (magasins, restaurants, bateaux vers les îles et emblématiques « Léthé Theater »). 5 min à pied des pubs, des bars. Parfait pour un court séjour en ville ou plus holliday. Il est au 3ème étage! Offre confort et vous fait sentir « magique »! Bienvenue!

Faro Perfect

The apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet building on the edge of old town. Could not be a more perfect location to access local restaurants, shopping, and activities all within walking distance. Multiple groceries, train/bus station, and fabulous municipal fish market are all close by. The marina is just a 5 minute walk. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean, all the amenities for a long stay. Couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend!

Cute Little Place

Really cute place. Very clean, two balconies that get sun most of the day. Not the most ideal kitchenware if you plan to cook while you’re visiting but you’re near grocery stores/markets and restaurants. The location is pretty nice, near the marina and the bus & train station. Bella was amazing to work with and knowledgeable about anything you could need.

We really enjoyed our stay. All of the amenities Ivan provided made it so nice and easy to get settled in. We would recommend this apt to everyone. Very cozy and wonderful location!

Cute apartment and good location

We enjoyed our time in Faro and enjoyed the apartment. The unit worked out very well. We are used to a clothes dryer but there is a line set up on the one balcony and it was perfect for drying clothes. We would certainly come back to this unit. It has everything that you need. We only had to contact the host once but we got a quick response

The location is perfect! Its close to restaurants, necessities, etc. Ivan is an extremely gracious and responsive host. Our stay was perfect. We’d recommend this place if you’re visiting Faro.

Perfect location

Easy walk from train station. All information was accurate. Perfect location to everything. The front door is hard to open but don’t give up, it eventually works. And if you run out of hot water just be sure to tell the owner so he can refill gas tank. Definitely would stay here again. Communication was perfect.

Excellent property and location and great communication.

Communication from Ivan the host was excellent and done via WhatsApp. We were met at the airport for a small charge by the lovely Felisbela. She gave us a quick tour of the centre of the town which was useful to get our bearings. She also told us that we could contact her if we had any issues which was nice. The property is very central and the town is easy to walk about. The coach station is very near and this was useful for our onward journey. The property was very clean and spacious with a nice little veranda area. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would stay here again if we were back in Faro.

It's a beautifully equipped apt with a lot of homy touches in a quiet neighborhood, especially love the plants around the balcony and windows. The only thing which could be nicer is the bathroom door which made a squeaky sound.

Beautiful stay

Beautiful property in a very central location. We were able to cook in using the good assortment of dishes/ cooking utensils or be seated at an excellent restaurant in a few minutes. We saw a lot of the gorgeous city, beach and sanctuary as well as visiting local cork factory. The only drawback was that it was on the 3rd floor so the stairs was sometimes a challenge at the end of a long day. But the view! Worth it.

Excellent location and super clean!

This property Matt or exceeded all of our expectations. It is well located and was very clean. The single beds were super comfortable. My only recommendation is that when we first arrived it would have been good to have him show us around the place a little bit, to point out the apartment's features. We did end up asking a few more questions and figuring everything out so it wasn't a big deal. There was a little street noise and as I'm a light sleeper I just used earplugs. We highly recommend this choice!

Great Location, Not Great Parking

The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a nice small terrace and it was in a good location for downtown Faro. The tricky part was the parking. It’s on-street and metered but the meter’s don’t take credit cards or paper euros, only coins. Or you can use an app but you have to have a bank account at a specific bank which we did not have. There is a free, large municipal parking lot by the Castelo which is about a 8-10 minute walk away so we ended up parking there.

Fantastic Algarve apartment close to all the main attractions of Faro with excellent service

Fantastic apartment, typical Algarve build. We've arrived at a spotless-clean flat, Felisbella has been meeting us on time at the airport, even despite the fact that our flights had been rearranged. All very comfortable for a family of 4, nice amenities (even a lot of bath towels..why we've been taking them with ourself? :-) ) . The location is superb - you are 5-6 minutes from a municipal market (I mean - real market - strike a bargain, talk with people, snatch the best fish in the morning or fruits later) and large Aushan supermarket at one side , and all main attractions and museum - at another side. A lot of nice local cafe/restaurnts in the neighborhood. Another 7 minutes - and you are at the marina (e.g. next to the ferry boats, for example). For super-senstive people - if you want to sleep with open widnows - be aware that you are in South country right now, e..g there are night activities around, folks enjoying life. But, all bedrooms have airco, so - you have the choice. Communication with Ivan and Felisbella have been very smooth and pleasant. The price/quality ration is excellent. It's not our first vistit to Faro, but next time - we will defintely try to book with Ivan again

Be mindful of additional requirements and fees

Convenient location. However, the listing did not mention having to provide passport info prior to arrival in order to get check-in details. I was uncomfortable providing the info, and I was not even in physical possession of my passport at the time as I was picking it up in another city en route (this was a somewhat last minute trip--and I booked about a week and a half before I traveled). I told the owner I would provide the info upon arrival, had the friend who was joining me forward their info, but this was still not enough. I was told it would be 25 euro for an assistant to collect that passport info on behalf of the owner, then the owner posted an additional fee of 30 euro to the booking. I had my office fax a copy of my passport and sent that to the owner a couple days before my arrival--which he confirmed receiving and finally provided the check-in info. Nearly a month after the trip and I am still being asked to pay the owner 30 euro...for a service that was not provided...for a requirement that was not included in the listing. I have reported it to VRBO, but they have been of little assistance. I found no magic here--just unexpected pre- (and now post)-trip stress at a time that was very busy for me.

Bien situé et confortable

Emplacement idéal.Appartement bien tenu et la laveuse à linge bien appréciée! Appartement moderne. Pas de cachet mais bien pratique. Nous n’avons eu les renseignements pour entrer que le jour même ce qui était un peu stressant mais il faut simplement ne pas attendre avant de lui écrire.

J'ai adoré l'appartement. C'était propre et confortable. La femme de ménage qui nous a accueilli était sympatique. J'ai deux bémol, la première est la difficulté de trouver un stationnement gratuit proche de l'appartement et le deuxième est que l'information des codes pour entrer est arrivé deux heures plus tard après notre arrivé à 14:30. C'est plus stressant quand nous sommes avec des enfants. Mais une fois à l'intérieur tout le stress est parti.
