À propos de cet hébergement

Villa de style arabe unique avec salle de fête / discothèque. Situé entre La Cale de Mijas et Fuengirola sur la Costa del Sol en Espagne. Une urbanisation tranquille avec un bar / restaurant appelé Frog & co comme hub.

Nous avons quatre chambres avec salle de bain. Notre salle de télévision à l'étage peut accueillir deux lits simples supplémentaires, mais l'accès à l'une des salles de bains attenantes serait nécessaire. Une chambre / salle de bains est au rez-de-chaussée si quelqu'un a des difficultés avec les escaliers.

La cuisine spacieuse est entièrement équipée avec la vaisselle habituelle et des choses telles qu'une machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur micro-ondes et cuisinière / plaque de cuisson.

Le grand salon / salle à manger tout en courbes mène à la terrasse extérieure et à la piscine privée avec de nombreux sièges et chaises longues. Le soleil est sur la terrasse toute la journée juste ce qu'il faut pour un beau bronzage. Un barbecue est disponible pour votre usage.

La discothèque / salle de fête a son propre bar avec musique et karaoké pour vous permettre de passer des soirées amusantes.

La plage la plus proche est au bas de l'urb. Et est accessible par un tunnel sous la route ou un pont. La plage s'étend sur des kilomètres dans les deux sens avec de nombreux bars de plage. Il y a plusieurs bars et restaurants à distance de marche de la villa et beaucoup à Fuengirola et La Cala. Voir notre manuel à la villa.
Pour les amateurs de golf El Chaparral Golf Club est juste au coin de la rue et il y a beaucoup d'autres terrains de golf pas trop loin.

Les propriétaires ont un appartement sur place et sont disponibles pour rencontrer et saluer et aider à tout moment. S'il vous plaît noter qu'ils ne partagent aucune de vos installations seulement la porte d'entrée.

Un pack de bienvenue est fourni comme shampooing, revitalisant, gel douche, savon et sèche-cheveux. Serviettes de plage ainsi que les draps et les serviettes sont également fournis. Il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires mais cela signifie que vous aurez un peu plus d'espace dans votre valise.

Lovely holiday brwak with teenagers

We booked the villa as our annual holiday with the boys (aged15-17) x5. The villa was perfect as near enough for boys to walk to beaches and bars while we relaxed by the pool. The villa had everything we needed and more. Jo and Ken were very helpful and knowledgeable when ever we needed them.

Good birthday week

What a lavely week in villa to celebrate birthday with group of 9 person. Specially garden area with pool was even better than expectations. Also welcoming package was more than we could expect.

Just excellent!

The villa is fantastic, clean with beautiful details throughout the property. Air con in every room. Jo and Ken gave us an amazing hamper on arrival which was enough food for most of the week - so very thoughtful. The outside area is just perfect. We were travelling as a group of 6 over 3 generations and there was something for everyone.. The disco room downstairs was just brilliant (being an avid kareoke fan) I cant rate it enough. We will definately return! Thanks Jo and Ken!!

Absolutely Stunning Villa

My family have recently returned from a week's stay at this villa. There was a group of us, myself & my 10 &12 year old boys, my sisters family with 2 girls aged 8 & 9 along with my 76 year old Dad. The villa fit us perfectly and we had a lovely time. The hosts are extremely friendly, the welcome pack they left was amazing! Wine, milk, bread, eggs, fruit etc etc. The villa itself is far more beautiful than the photos show, it is absolutely immaculate, every room is stunning, the bathrooms are amazing, plus none of that Spanish sewage system smell! There is also everything you can think you may need, the pool had lots of floats ready to be played with, a playhouse the girls enjoyed. For out of the pool times there were card games, board games & toys to keep the kids entertained. The disco area was brilliant fun for us all and lots of alcohol to keep the adults happy. I've never seen such a well equipped villa. However there were some down sides for us a family, firstly the location wasn't quite what we'd hoped, we like to be able to walk to some nice places close by, however the local restaurants are very limited and overlook the duel carriageway. The 5 min walk to the beach, doesn't take you to a beach that is ideal for children, that is a further 10 min walk. To walk anywhere involved walking along the side of the duel carriageway that runs all along the coast. We ended up doing this one day, it wasn't much fun! We did have hire cars and ended up using them more than we'd hoped to, for many people this wouldn't be an issue, we just like to be able to go for nice walks on holiday. The second issue is the dogs, there are a lot of dogs in the area, I guess as it's very residential, the owners seem to allow them to bark at any hour and this or course echo's around the buildings and is very noisy, we got woken up most mornings by the local dogs which did get a little annoying. Having highlighted a couple of small issues, overall the villa was beyond our expectations it is beautiful and so well equipped it made for a wonderful family holiday.

One week stay golfing

We stayed in this gorgeous villa for a week whilst on a golfing trip. We have been staying in different locations for the last 20 years and this is by a long shot the nicest property we have stayed in. The owners Jo and Ken made us all feel very welcome and supplied the villa with everything we needed. The villa is amazing and we had some great nights in the disco room. Superb outdoor facilities also with the large swimming pool and bbq facilities. Will definitely be returning next year...! 😀

Beautiful Villa

Simply the most amazing place I have ever stayed, we enjoyed 10 nights at this stunning villa with family and friends, everyone was blown away by it. Beautiful inside and outside, very good sized pool which was used all the time. Lovely location not too far from surrounding places for meals/drinks, we especially loved La Cala 5 mins in a taxi or half hour walk. Also a trip to Marbella was a good choice. Jo and Ken are lovely people who are there if you need them, the time and effort they put into making the villa so homely makes it stand out from other places we have stayed, there were so many extra touches too many to mention, also the welcome pack! Almost a week's shop!! So kind and generous. I could go on and on... Nobody wanted to leave and we all want to return so enough said. Kirsty, John, Niamh, Joseph, Vicki, Joe & Olivia. xxxx

5 Days In Villa Paradise

What can I say? This trip was faultless from start to finish...... Firstly I would start by thanking the amazing owners, Jo and Ken who catered to our every need. They provided us with the warmest of welcomes, ensuring we knew all the ins and outs of this incredible villa. Before leaving they provided us with a welcome hamper fit for the Queen. It literally had all the holiday essentials, including all ingredients to make a Spag Bol. (what a lovely touch, right?) Moving on to the Villa itself....This place is insane. It hands down beats any 5* I've ever stayed in. The rooms, the decor, the cleanliness, the spaciousness, the furniture, the pool, the outdoor area are simply WAOWWW. But what made this villa that extra special for our girls trip was the downstairs bar/ disco room. We danced the night away to many of classics whilst sipping over some cocktails made behind the incredibly kitted out bar. The location of the villa is perfect. A short stroll to all your local amenities, supermarket, few bars and restaurants, and literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. We booked a private transfer from the airport. And it cost next to nothing between our group of 9. Fuengirola and La Cala are no more than 5 minutes by car. And let's face it, Spanish taxi's aren't going to break the bank. I honestly cannot thank Jo and Ken enough, for what they have done for me and my girls. They made this trip perfect from start to finish. I'm so glad I found this villa. It was everything we have dreamed of and more. Our only regret, was not staying longer......however the perfect excuse to return. Until next time.......

Absolutely stunning Villa

I stayed here with 7 of my girl friends for a long weekend from 3rd May 2019. Jo and Ken greeted us on arrival and gave us the warmest welcome before showing us around their stunning Villa. What a place! The photos do not do this beautiful villa justice. It is stunning, absolutely spotless and the rooms are decorated to the highest quality. Each bedroom has its own beautiful bathroom either en-suite or just outside the bedroom. Jo and Ken had supplied Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel along with toilet roll, bath bombs, cotton wool, nail files and lovely soaps in each of the bathrooms. Towels were provided in each bathroom and we also had a choice of beach towels to use on the sunbeds. Jo and Ken had left us a welcome pack so that we didn't need to go for supply's upon arrival. The welcome pack included Pasta, Pasta Sauce, Cereal, Tuna, Sweetcorn,Jam, Marmalade, Biscuits, Chocolate and Crisps. The fridge was stocked with everything needed for a full English breakfast and also Mince and ingredients for a spaghetti bolognaise. There was also bread, butter, Cheese and Milk. They had supplied everything to make a lovely Sangria and also a bottle of Red, White and Rose Wine. We could not believe how generous Jo and Ken were, we did not want for anything. The gardens and pool area are just stunning. We relaxed for hours just taking in the beautiful surroundings and enjoying a dip in the pool to cool off. There were plenty of sunbeds provided and also a comfy seating area and a table and chairs for outside dining. We wanted to adopt Jo and Ken, they are such lovely kind people. They make you feel so welcome in their home and make sure that you want for nothing whilst on your holiday. We had the most amazing girls holiday and we are already making plans to return!

Beautiful Villa that is very well equipped.

Fantastic villa with every amenity you could need. There are even toys and games if you have kids with you. Outside area with pool is really nice and there are plenty of sunbeds and chairs for a large group. Inside is classy and comfortable with good air con too. Jo and Ken are really great hosts and will help you with anything you might need. All in all a great place to stay and base for your holiday.

A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY FROM START TO FINISH

It is very difficult to put into words what an awesome time we had, thanks to Jo and Ken’s friendliness and helpfulness. I have hired many, many villas all over Europe and America but never have I experienced such a wonderful welcome basket with the fridge full of drink and food aswell! It was wonderful not having to dash out on arrival to stock up, so thank you Jo and Ken... added to the welcome basket etc was everything you needed in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and even cotton wool and nail files! Such a lovely touch The Villa was spacious and beautifully decorated and comfortable, ample room for 10 people. We were 5 Adults and 5 young adults ranging from 14 to 22 ... The downstairs Karaoke/disco room was used by us all in the evening which was great fun ...many a happy hour was spent singing our hearts out! There was quite lot to do in the area with many restaurants... we went to Fuengirola a couple of times ..the beach and restaurants there were great aswell. We took a tour to Gibraltar...only 1.5 hours away ...met the monkeys and did quite a lot of DUTY FREE shopping! We stayed in a couple of nights ..enjoying the pool and BBQ! I will end by saying I would thoroughly recommend this villa and owners and again a massive thank you to Ken and Jo for sharing your beautiful home with us, we will be back! Maureen and family xxx

Stunning Villa with all you could want for

We had a lovely stay, Jo and Ken were helpful and friendly, the villa was stunning, with room for 4 adult couples and our small daughter. The disco room was awesome, and we really felt spoilt and at home. We will definitely be rebooking!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you Jo and Ken for making everything perfect

I’ve spent time in family holiday homes in UK, Europe, New Zealand and USA, this was by far the best. From start to finish Jo and Ken couldn’t have been more helpful. All prebooking queries answered promptly, directions from airport, meeting on arrival, welcome basket, food, fruit and drinks so no need to rush to stores. Special effects in character duvet covers for children and lots of toys . The villa is fantastic, beautifully decorated, very clean, fully equipped with everything you could need in a home, spacious, lots of storage so no living out of suitcases during our stay. All toiletries,extra linen, bedding and towels including beach towels provided meaning our luggage was so much lighter leaving space for any purchases made at the wonderful markets visited. All the bedrooms were perfect with ensure bathrooms so no queuing required, air conditioning if needed. Communal spaces also very large so no one felt cramped even though we had 4 children aged 4,3,2 and 16 months. The pool and outside space is fantastic and well used by us all, the children had such fun and freedom to explore and run around , (Jo and Ken had gently advised that children had to be supervised when in the pool area ) They were all so much more confident in the water by the end of our visit. We did need a car to get to local beach/ shops but only 5 mins drive away( could walk but a bit far for the children) We were able to explore La Cala and attended family wedding during our stay. The vouchers for nearby attractions such as the Cable car, Aquarium and Zoo were very useful , all these activities were within 30-40min drive away and were thoroughly enjoyed by young and old alike. The weather was fantastic but if it hadn’t been there were lots of board games available also. I highly recommend this villa for a trip to Mijas and La Cala - Jo and Ken couldn’t have been more welcoming, they put together a folder with relevant local information, vouchers for activities, welcome hamper, supplies for 1st day including full English breakfast 😃. Everyone had a fantastic time and really enjoyed being together as a family as my daughter lives in America with her family so children don’t get to spend such long periods of time together ,the villa was perfect for them to play together until they went to ged and start again as soon as they woke up. Excellent stay

Just returned home from a weeks stay in this villa may 2018 Jo and Ken could not have done any more to make us feel welcome and comfortable in the villa, we were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. Upon arrival we was greeted and shown around which also included a generous welcome basket that exceeded anything we have ever expected plus more. Arriving with 2 babies (8 months) and a 3 year old we did expect the small details that were put in to make them feel at home including toiletries, toys, high chairs, changing mats and more. We could not recommend it enough to family’s with small children. The villa was spotless and had everything you could ever need. The outside bbq was also a definite favourite for us. There are a few bars , restaurants within walking distance but for more nightlife you will need to get a taxi to neighbouring towns, although we was quite happy to stay close by or enjoy our evenings on the villa. Couldn’t recommend enough, thank you Jo and Ken
