If you want to maximize your tropical enjoyment, this ocean-view studio offers just that. The exterior wall is all glass with a large slider opening onto a spacious lanai. The sun rises over Prince Kuhio Park warming the lanai for that morning cup of coffee.

Enjoy the sparkling Pacific Ocean and Haupu Mountain views over Prince Kuhio Park. Feel like a refreshing swim? Choose between the shimmering blue pool set in a lush tropical Hawaiian garden that includes a waterfall and the beautiful Pacific Ocean just across the road.

Check out our Koi pond or take a few steps to enjoy the beach. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and, if you enjoy grilling, check out the exceptional barbecue near the pool. You may want to visit some of Kauai's farmer's markets (also called Sunshine Markets) for the island's freshest produce.

Nice room with kitchen got everything wr needed.

Location: Car needed,restaurant opposite and small beach. 4 min drive to shopping centre.10 mins to Poipu & turtle beach.Room: 2 flights up no lift.clean plesant block.Nicely furnished.view of sea.clean.didnt need anything else supplied .comfy bed.enjoyed our stay .

Wonderful place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location and the condo were great. We did find a crack in one wine glass and no wine cork remover. The biggest problem was the shower. The Hot water valve is very touchy. An 1/8 inch move goes from warm to almost scalding. This is a safety issue and should be addressed. We decided to open a ocean sound app to drown out the roosters as they started one night at 1am and mostly at 6 am. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.Snorkeling was available across the street.

A bay is right across the street where you can snorkel and see turtles, colorful fish, and eels. Restaurants and other beaches are close by. We would love to come back here and can absolutely recommend it!

Great Stay

Better than advertised. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Plenty of chairs and boogie boards for 4. In house washer and dryer. Short drive to grocery store. Hanalei and Kīlauea towns 15 minutes away. Also a great community luau at Anaina Hou Community Park outdoor pavilion twice weekly. Plenty of farmer’s and crafts markets in the area too. Not to mention great beaches at Anaini, Hā’ena and Tunnels also within 15 minutes. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs and questions. Mahalo.

Views, nature and location

This is a well kept older building in a very convenient location across a little road from the ocean. The grounds are beautiful and is next to a sacred park with mountain and ocean views, a great sunrise and full moon experience It's also very close to shops, groceries, and scenic drives. Other than my choice of a third floor condo without an elevator, it was perfect for me and I even loved the roosters waking me at sunrise.

Nice piece of heaven

Great place to relax. Enjoyed snorkeling right in front. The pool was wonderful. We used the BBQ a few times, best steaks ever! We never used the tv, it was a little complicated and unnecessary. Our only complaints are dull knives and cold with no water pressure or scalding shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love dealing with Kauai Vacation Rentals - I use them every year. I also always stay at PK condos for the price and location. 333 was a little smaller and more basic/bare bones than other units I have stayed in. Water temp is an issue as per other reviews (lukewarm or scalding and no in between). Cold water at all faucets with low pressure in general. But great view, AC, beach chairs/umbrella, small cooler and freezer packs.

Birthday and anniversary

Older property but everything I hoped for. clean, quiet for the most part, convenient location, accommodating. Due to a flash flood lost hot water last four days, but we adjusted. Would definitely recommend.

Nice condo

Nice condo but it needs work. The shower is very sensitive and the hot water can scold you if you’re not careful. The bed is fine. Linens are fine. TV was a challenge. Overall it was a little bit overpriced considering that it needs some work to update. The condo is getting old.

Kauai solo vacation

The only problem I can speak to is the shower was hard to regulate the temperature, and the slider door to the lanai was hard to open and close. The gardens on the grounds have no equal and are impeccable. The studio apartments are just big enough and although old, they are in good condition and a good value. A good location

Overall this place was good. It was in a good location on the island, has a nice view, and a comfy bed. We did have a couple of issues. 1. The apartment did not have any electricity the first night we were there. We were told this was a simple clerical error on the owners part. However, that was a very frustrating way to start our vacation. 2. The shower is very difficult to get at a comfortable temperature. Too cold or just too hot seemed to be the only options and we ended up having to switch back and forth between the two multiple times in the same shower

Great place

This place is a great place to stay, especially if it’s just you and your spouse. Not far from great food and beaches. The shower was really difficult to use, either boiling hot or cold, but other than that it was great! Highly recommend
