Ce cottage de 1940 a été entièrement rénové.

Nous sommes fiers d'offrir haut de la literie de ligne, draps, serviettes, et d'autres équipements, y compris des articles de toilette respectueux de l'environnement.

Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisson.

Ce chalet de bain 3 chambres 2 confortable, qui peut accueillir 6, est à seulement 6 pâtés de maisons de la place historique de Georgetown et 6 pâtés de maisons de l'Université Southwestern. A propos de 5-7 minutes de marche facile.

Nous offrons un lit king size, un lit queen et lit, tous avec des matelas et des draps de haute qualité. Nous avons aussi, pour votre commodité, un lave-linge et sèche-linge dans l'unité.

Nous avons aussi un packnplay pour votre bébé et un rappel / chaise haute pour votre enfant.

Wedding visit

I booked this property for the weekend of my son's wedding in Georgetown. The location of the property and the amenities were ideal for me, my husband and our teenage son. I would definitely stay here again.

College Visit

We were in Georgetown for a college visit with my son. The cottage was perfect for our needs. Close to the college and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. I highly recommend staying at College Street Cottages.

Great stay in Georgetown

We came to visit our grandson for his high school graduation. We loved the property and location to downtown Georgetown. We will absolutely consider this property again when returning to the area and need a place to stay. The property was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was available and the property meet are expectations.

Great spot

Such a nice place to stay! Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms. It’s location was key… easy walk to the square which proved very beneficial during the Poppy Festival.

Serenity When Needed

I’ve always loved Georgetown and Pamela’s cottage only enhanced that feeling. Perfect size and location for our family members as we attended a wedding locally. Excellent neighborhood to walk through. Even with a major concert blocks away it felt tranquil. Cleanliness , magazines and a welcomed bottle of wine were appreciated. The cottage seemed in excellent repair, though I might suggest checking the faucets in both bathrooms for splashing on the counters. One of the guest mentioned a loose drawer in the hall bath counter, but I forgot to check it. We did leave the recycles bagged in the kitchen. I could not find where to put them and didn’t want to go against any local ordinances.

Charming Cottage in Great Neighborhood

My family of 4 adults really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. I appreciate a clean and tidy home wherever we stay and this house delivered. We were within walking distance to the town square, which we loved and the house was furnished with everything we needed--including an iron. We were in town for a wedding! Thank you!

A Charming "Cottage"

This comfortable house was meticulously prepared by the owner and had all the amenities of home. Located in the delightful community of Georgetown, all restaurants and other attractions were just within a short walk. This property is a winner.

Georgetown Gem

Hank was a great place to stay for our girls’ weekend in Georgetown! It is super cute, clean, and in a great location! Pam, the host, was awesome! She was very easy to get in touch with and took care of an issue we had with our coffee pot not working correctly by immediately bringing us a new one! We will definitely be back! Loved everything about our stay!!❤️

Great Georgetown stay

We had a great time at Pam’s house. It was just as listed and very clean. Only complaint that I have is that Vrbo has the dot on the map a few blocks off from where the home actually is, but it didn’t really matter for us. Super amazing home with great backyard space too.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable with all the home amenities. Walking distance from some great restaurants. Easy access to the interstates. After leaving a tablet in the house, Pam went out of her way to mail it back to us. Looking to stay here next year.

October in Georgetown

Such a precious house and so tidy/clean. The host was great answering our questions and loved the house. Can’t wait to stay again for our next friends get together. The back patio was a pleasant surprise and so nice for hot tea in the morning. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Loved this little cottage!

We absolutely loved staying in this precious cottage!! Great neighborhood, extremely walkable (we walked to dinner and coffee on two different occasions!), and such wonderful host! Very family friendly too. We will come again and bring our kids!

Wonderful property. Extremely welcoming in a quiet area, just a few blocks from Main St. Pam was a great host and supplied us with lots of helpful information about the area. We were so comfortable there we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back!

Tennis Tournament

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Pam's properties. We always appreciate her attention to detail in helping us make it a great stay. I love how close it is to the town square and allows me peaceful walk in the mornings a great cup of coffee at the local coffee shop! The house is clean and offers everything we needed for a long week of hot tennis.

Super clean and homey! Enjoyed our stay!

We were in Georgetown for my niece’s wedding at the Union on 8th. Hank’s cottage was the perfect location as we were only a few blocks away. I was immediately impressed with how clean the house was, and it was such a nice surprise to have wine and cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Only negative was the occasional pungent smell of weed when we walked outdoors. Overall our weekend stay was great.

Family Thanksgiving

Our daughter recently moved to Georgetown and we wanted to spend Thanksgiving with her. We spent the week and had a great time. The location was perfect to explore downtown and the trails around Georgetown. The cottage was super clean, comfortable and looked just like the pictures. We highly recommend!

Owners Pam and Al Bartschmid have been residents of Georgetown since 1983. They fell in love with the historic charm and hometown appeal and decided to raise their family and someday retire there. “We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.”, opines Pam. “Georgetown has everything we need and if we want more, Austin is a short 30 miles south.”

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose these properties because there are 3 cottages all right next to each other. What a great way to spend a weekend or a few months. Our newest cottage, Hudson, is just around the corner and one short block down.

The cottages are located in the historic area of Georgetown. It is a short stroll to the town square (voted the most beautiful town square in Texas) and an equally brief walk to Southwestern University.
