Une propriété magnifiquement présentée, au rez-de-chaussée, située à quelques mètres du centre-ville, mais dans un endroit très paisible, à l'écart de la circulation. Il est confortablement meublé et très bien équipé offrant l'avantage supplémentaire d'un accès en pente, de portes extra-larges et pas de seuil à la porte d'entrée et le bénéfice d'une pièce humide, ce bungalow conviendrait aux personnes à mobilité réduite et aux utilisateurs de fauteuils roulants. Situé dans une ruelle derrière l'église St Peter, les jardins en bord de mer, les boutiques et le chemin de fer sont facilement accessibles. Rez de chaussée: porte d'entrée ouvrant sur: plan ouvert salon / salle à manger et cuisine. Salon: avec TV / lecteur DVD et table à manger. Cuisine: avec cuisinière électrique, frigo garde-manger, machine à laver / sèche-linge et micro-ondes Couloir à: 1 chambre double et 1 chambre simple avec un lit gigogne supplémentaire en dessous. Salle de douche familiale avec douche à l'italienne, WC et lavabo.

So quiet and a relaxing holiday. Enjoyed the Little Theatre and a concert with the Shantymen at the Church opposite. Looking forward to our next. Visit.

A wonderful place to stay !

We enjoyed our break in sheringham . It was a very clean , well equipped , cosy bungalow in an excellent central location. I would recommend this place . The only minor problem we had was the sound on television kept going first thing in the morning but was easily sorted by switching it off and back on at the mains otherwise it was perfect .

Last year, during the month of November in 2024, we enjoyed a wonderful three weeks holiday at The Old Bake House, which is located within the centre of Sheringham Town.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday last week and found the Old Bakehouse a super base The rooms and facilities are great for oldies When the washing machine failed it was replaced very quickly Car parking ideal for centre of Sherringham

A real find near to shops, seafront and railway. A small bungalow well equiped and comfortable.situated down a narrow lane off the main centre next to the church. Access to North Norfolk great and to the town and sea really perfect short walking distance.

Excellent place for an amazing holiday.

We have had plenty of wonderful holidays at the Bungalow known as The Old Bake House. (T.O.B.H) It’s located within the centre of Sheringham down a “Lane” off of Church Street, and is situated behind the Church that is sited on the corner of The Boulevard and Church Street. We are already very much looking forward to our next Holiday staying at T.O.B.H. in Sheringham. And plan to have many more holidays staying at T.O.B.H.

a week of relaxation

Another week spent in this very pleasant, well equipped property whish is centrally located and with the benefit of a dedicated parking area. Ideally suited for any one with mobility problems with the benefit of a wet room. We always use this property when visiting Sheringham due to its location and facilities. it is also close to several excellent eating establishments as well as the theatre which are all within walking distance.

We love coming on Holiday to Sheringham and staying in The Old Bake House.

We, that’s my Husband and I have been coming up to Sheringham for quite a number of years. We used to stay in B & B’s but then decided it would be better if we stayed in Holiday Let’s. We tried a few properties which weren’t too bad. However ever since our First Holiday in The Old Bake House we have returned to the same property EVRY TIME we have been on Holiday in Sheringham. It’s great for us, as it’s got everything that we want from a Holiday “Home”. The owner is very nice and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We are already looking forward to our next Holiday which is in a couple of weeks time. I’m disabled and T.O.B.H. has had some work done to make the Bungalow Disabled Friendly. It even has a Wet Room, which is great as I cannot get in/out of a Bath. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location...

It was a shame the sofa was different to one on picture.i had a bad back .now worse...the shower ,fantastic..but same about the smell from washing machine problem we didnt know about..And the owner turned up ,unusual...the courtyard is ok but need full sun..needs moss treatment to..be careful kitchen floor has loose tiles..shame about the sofa .would stop me from returning...

Fantastic accommodation in central location.

We have really been impressed with The Old Bake House (TOBH) ever since our first holiday staying there. It’s got just about every thing that up to 4 people could possibly want/need for a great holiday in Sheringham. We have never been disappointed about any aspect of our stay in TOBH. It sleeps 4 people, and has a single bed, that converts into double bed in the smaller of the two Bedrooms. The patio which can be accessed either through the larger bedroom, or via the front door and opening the full height wrought iron gate. We’ve spent quite a few happy hours sitting outside in the patio soaking up the sunshine.

Excellent holiday let. in centre of town, a short walk to beach.

We have just got back home from yet another wonderful holiday spent at The Old Bake House, in Sheringham, North Norfolk. Because this is a Bungalow it is really suitable for anyone who is wheelchair bound. It even has a wet room, so there’s no problem trying to get into a Shower Cubicle. It has 2 bedrooms, one of these bedrooms has French Doors opening onto a lovely hard landscaped garden. We have spent quite a few occasions sitting outside in the Sunshine. There’s also parking at the property too, which is really good. We are already looking forward to our next holiday at The Old Bake House.

Somewhere to relax and then relax some more.

A well kept and functional bungalow in the town with everything close and available. Well Done ! The sofa was unfortunately too big for my wife who, when she sat on it her feet didn't touch the floor. That was the only fault and not the end of the world. We found the bungalow clean, functional, and with everything that we needed. A flat walk to the shops which helped us immensely. Location was 100% for us. We would stay again. David and Jean Kirkham.

Both my Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Holiday at The Old Bake House.

On quite a number of occasions we have had wonderful Holidays in The Old Bake House. (T.O.B.H) Although the name suggests that the accommodation is a House, it is in fact a 2 bedroom Bungalow. The bathroom is actually a wetroom, which is great for me, as I’m disabled. I can’t get in or out of a Bath. Although T.O.B.H is situated right in the centre of Sheringham, it is very a quiet location. But is near Shops, Restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The Old Bake House, has everything that is needed for a Family/group of n four people. There is parking on site, which can accommodate 2 Small cars or there might be space for a Large + a smaller cars. The owner is friendly and helpful, if we have any problems with anything in The O, B, H. he comes to do everything he can to correct / fix the issue. There is an enclosed Courtyard, with table and chairs, which can either be accessed from the double bedroom or via the front door, and through the wrought iron gate. We have spent many hours relaxing in the sun with a glass of wine or Champagne. We have spent many Holidays Aboard, which has guaranteed sunshine, all you can eat and drink. But now we prefer to have our Holidays in England , for a quieter way of life. We are already looking forward to our next holiday at T.O.B.H. It’s become our home from home.

We’ve just had another wonderful holiday at The Old Bake House.

We have just enjoyed another wonderful holiday in Sheringham, North Norfolk, staying at a great 2 Bedroom Bungalow. The Old Bake House (TOBH) has just about everything that up to four guests would need to enjoy a lovely holiday. TOBH has car parking for up to 1 x Big cars, or 2 smaller cars. We stay in Sheringham in Norfolk, because it gives us the chance to see our Family, the younger members of our family enjoy playing outside, either in the enclosed courtyard, or we often go to the beach, which is a very short walk from TOBH, so that the children can enjoy making sandcastles or going for a paddle in the sea. Sheringham has some extremely good Restaurants, we enjoy going for a meal in Marmalade’s Bistro. Which has wonderful food a fantastic chef with attentive waiters/waitresses. After our thoroughly enjoyable meal, it’s only a very short walk from Marmalade’s back to TOBH. On some occasions if we don’t fancy going out for a meal, we cook a meal in TOBH, which has all that is needed to cook a meal for up to four people. TOBH is suitable for disabled people, as there is a ramp at the front door, and another ramp, to the courtyard, from the French Doors which are located in the double bedroom, leading to the Enclosed Courtyard.

Excellent Holiday Accommodation right in centre of Sheringham.

We are regular visitors to The Old Bake House. It’s a lovely 2 Bedroom Bungalow, one bedroom has a double bed, but the other bedroom is smaller but can sleep 2 people, because it has a single bed, with a slide-out single bed under the aforementioned single bed. I am wheelchair disabled and this is the ideal accommodation for myself, and my husband. There is a large wet room, with a grab handle. (There is a perching stool in one of the fitted wardrobes in the double bedroom) It has a nice contained courtyard which has a table and chairs, this is a great place to sit outside, in the sunshine and enjoy the lovely clean air. There is also parking at The Old Bake House, bungalow, which could take 2 small cars, or one bigger vehicle and a mini type vehicle.

We have stayed at the Old Bakehouse before, they have updated it and it is much lighter than previously.. The only thing I would change is for a higher arm chair. The property was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

A truly wonderful place to spend a holiday in Sheringham.

We have stayed at The Bungalow that is known as The Old Bake House on a number of occasions, and have enjoyed ourselves on every occasion. The Old Bake House has just about everything that is needed/required to enjoy a Holiday. It has parking right outside the front entrance to the Bungalow, and is just about perfect for disabled people. There is a double bedroom with French doors that open onto a small enclosed courtyard, which also is accessed via a full height roughy iron gate, this area was perfect for when our young nephews and nieces came visit us, as we knew that they could play there very safely. The additional of the Countertop Freezer was a very pleasant surprise and pleased my husband as he really enjoys plenty of ice in his Scotch & Coke. T.O.B.H. is located very close to Shops, Restaurants and Pubs, and isn’t too far from the Beach. We are really looking forward to our next holiday at The Old Bake House.

Ideal Holiday Accommodation

The Old Bake House is in an ideal position being almost in the centre of town, it’s great to have its own private parking and is well presented. The shops are seconds away and you can be down on the beach within 10 minutes. The bungalow had good facilities and was very clean, tidy and welcoming. Even though it’s central it’s tucked away and quite. The property is ideal for anyone with mobility issues as it’s all flat, inside and out. We will return.
