OCEAN FRONT - Maison de plage nouvellement rénovée de 1200 pieds carrés située au 3148 Ocean Road dans la section de Monterey Beach de Lavallette NJ. Cette maison de 3 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bain a toutes les commodités dont la climatisation centrale, immense télévision à écran plat dans le concept ouvert salle de séjour / salle à manger et cuisine. Laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four grille-pain, cafetière, mixeur et WIFI sont fournis. Promenez-vous à travers les portes coulissantes en verre sur une formidable terrasse Trek avec des chaises longues, des parasols, un coin repas et un barbecue Weber. Aussi une douche extérieure privée pour rincer après avoir quitté la plage .. Un espace familial incroyable, à distance de marche des glaciers, du golf miniature et des restaurants. Juste un tour de vélo loin du célèbre Seaside Park Boardwalk et Casino Pier Rides et Breakwater Beach Water Park et à quelques miles de la promenade Point Pleasant Boardwalk. La plage privée Bay avec aire de jeux complète est à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons. Chambre 1 a un lit king size, chambre 2 a un lit queen size et la chambre 3 a deux lits jumeaux. Le canapé du salon a un matelas queen size. Il suffit d'apporter vos draps et serviettes et profiter de cette maison en bord de mer immaculée prête à faire de vos souvenirs de famille.

Had an amazing time staying at Bill's house! There were amazing views of the ocean from every deck and the house is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and Bill was super attentive and responsive to any questions or needs. Would highly recommend!

We all love this house. Clean and has everything you need for a nice week down the shore. It is just super unfortunate that the new dunes block the once beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Bill (the owner) is always friendly and helpful.

It's better at the beach!

This was our second stay at this location and, as far as accomodations, everything was as we expected. The difference is that efforts are being made to reclaim the Jersey beaches - so while we were still ocean front, there are now dunes with protective fences so we could not actually see the ocean ... they did put in walkways every so often to get to a deck with benches and another walkway down to the sand - it is also now a longer walk out to the ocean itself. It didn't deter sunbathers, surfers, shell collectors or dog walkers... or seagulls! I still believe that a bad day at the Jersey shore is better than a good day anywhere else

Another perfect vacation!

This is the third year we have rented this great property for two weeks and once again we had a wonderful time! In addition to the amazing beachfront location, the neighborhood is very family friendly and a close walk to restaurants and shopping. The house itself is cozy and has everything that one needs to settle in and just enjoy. Bill is a great host - check in is a breeze and he is always available if needed. Another great week!

Beautiful location! Dunes were built up this year and wiped out the ocean view from deck! I had surgery a few weeks ago and the house isn’t at all handicapped friendly! I had plenty of help from my family! Toilets are comfort height, but no grab bars. This is stuff you only notice when your function is limited!

Can’t ask for anything better.

We were there right before Memorial weekend and felt like we had just about the whole beach to ourselves. The place is located right on the beach which made Watching the sunrise a daily routine. We surfed and fished and built sandcastles everyday. It was really perfect. The owner was friendly and made sure we always were ok and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place. Been renting in the area for years but this was the best and most convenient especially with 2 kids (3 and 5 yr old) for sure.

Wonderful beach house with fantastic views!

Beautiful views from spacious living area and deck! Comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen supplies and grill. I would suggest a vegetable peeler and knife sharpener. For the shower I would suggest a grab bar and collapsible shower chair for seniors. A lovely beach house that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. a little bit of heaven

This may not be the most "posh" place to stay, but it is immaculate and comfortable with all the comforts of home... its close proximity to the ocean earns it at least 5 stars. The owners went out of their way to see that out time spent was just what we had in mind! We have already made our reservation to return next year.

Never disappointed

We stayed here from September 8 - 14, 2018. This was our second year. In spite of the crazy weather (rain 6 out of 7 days). We felt like we were at our second home. We had great dinners and came home to relax. Even though we didn’t get much beach time, there is something about being able to open your patio door to see and hear the ocean! A piece of paradise

We stayed at the house in September 2018 and we had an incredible time! While the house is a perfect size, it is equally as private, charming and perfect for a family. It is stocked with all of the essentials; grill, utensils, cleaning supplies, dishes, etc. The bedroom are super comfortable and the patio was wonderful, which were perfect for early morning coffee on the beach and evenings we headed over to the bay (a few blocks away) to see the outrageous sunset. Bill (Owner) was wonderful to work with, from the initial arrangements (he was VERY responsive) to receiving my deposit back quickly. If you do choose to rent this house, please keep it in the great condition that it's in, so we can enjoy it again when we return!"

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is the second year we have vacationed at this amazing property and we loved it once again! Waking up every morning to a magnificent view of the ocean never gets old. The house is very clean and well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and the location is walkable to Lavallette shops and restaurants. Bill is a great landlord, periodically checking in to make sure we are enjoying our stay and only a text away if needed. We would give this property 6 stars if we could!

Great place! Great time!

This is the second year we had our "girls" week at this property. Great open floorplan with outrageous views of the beach and ocean. Spent hours on the beautiful deck for sunning, partying and dining. Just cannot beat this cute beach house. The owner, Bill is very welcoming and gets back to you right away if you have any questions for him.

Beautiful location.

You can't find a better location than this one! I loved the back patio especially in the early evening because I feel like I am still on the beach but have the comforts of the outdoor furniture and the back is shaded by then, not to mention the lovely breeze. Morning coffee wan't to shabby either!! Bill is very attentive and his home was fully stocked and clean. It has an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room making it very spacious. We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home.

The house is in a perfect location on the ocean and right at the beach access path. Since the weather wasn’t great, the very large living area was comfortable. We had three generations...all adults...and we all enjoyed our stay. My college grandson had his friends visit, and I happily entertained my retired friends. Beds in both back bedrooms were great. The twin trundle beds not ok for older adults, maybe for young kids. We wanted to spend a week just staring at the ocean...mission accomplished. Bill was friendly and helpful. Hopefully we can rent his beautiful place again.

My wife Michelle and I have been married nearly 20 years and we have 2 boys that keep us very busy. We live in Bergen county but have spent all of our summer vacations at the Jersey Shore. As children, my wife vacationed in Lavallette and my family spent most of our vacation time in Greece, Wildwood Crest and Long Beach Island. I was able to purchase my own ranch house on the lagoon in Beach Haven West (near Long Beach Island). It became a great getaway for our family. Unfortunately our home did not survive Hurricane Sandy. We sold the property and built a home in Monterey Beach in 2013. We loved the area and community so much that in 2016 when the opportunity to buy this oceanfront ranch house came up, we decided to purchase it. We redid the interior, bought new furniture and tried to make the home as comfortable as possible for families to enjoy it. Once the state replenished the beach and built massive dunes, we lost our view. In 2019/2020 we knocked down our ranch house and built a modern 3000 square foot, 3 story home with decks on each floor facing the ocean. Regardless on how clean, beautiful and spacious the interior is, you can't help but fall in love with the views on each level.. The sights and sounds are amazing and you immediately relax and drift off.

Open floor plan and ocean views from every level. 1200 square feet of ocean front decks. You can hear the peaceful ocean waves all day and night. There is nothing more peaceful than sitting on the deck in the evening.
