Suite Apartment est situé dans un des quartiers historiques de Rome, à quelques pas de la Piazza del Popolo, entre la Piazza di Spagna et San Pietro. Situé au deuxième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble du début du '900, l'appartament peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. L’appartement se compose d’une agréable salle à manger avec kitchenette entièrement équipée, lumineux 4 chambres à coucher, une avec salle de bains et une chambre à deux lits. Il existe 2 autres salles de bains. La décoration est moderne et chic et à l’intérieur il dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. L’appartement est entièrement climatisé et équipé d’une connexion Wi Fi.

Tolle Wohnung in schönem Quartier

Eine sehr schöne, grosse Wohnung in idealer Lage - schönes lebendiges Viertel, vieles fussläufig erreichbar (Vatikan), Metrostation ums Eck.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Great apartment, wonderful location

We loved our stay at this apartment! It had incredible space and enough bathrooms for the group. We made the master bedroom into a make-shift living room space, which worked well. I recently had a knee replacement and the elevator was great. Good grocery stores near by and great places to eat. Would certainly recommend for a big group!

The property management was great! Only a few drawbacks. The hot water pressure was non-existent. And there’s no lounge area besides the kitchen and a very small sofa in there. And the elevator broke and someone was stranded outside our door causing a lot of noise. Good neighborhood and quiet building otherwise.

Beautiful Apartment

Walking distance from the Vatican, piazza de Popolo and other sites. The families loved the rooms. Definitely a place to stay with you family. We loved it.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment is beautiful and a great location. There are sights, shops and a metro station nearby. We were ages 8-80 celebrating my Mother's birthday. The apartment had plenty of space for each Of us. Highly recommend! The host was great about communicating. Of family

Great property and location.

We had 8 adults stay here before boarding a cruise ship. They were so good with communication and they arranged all our transportation at a reasonable cost. Great location near a grocery store and restaurants and a short walk to the Vatican museums. Would definitely recommend!!!

This place is perfect! Lots of room to spread out. Bedrooms are all really good size. Showers were a bit difficult - just in need of replacement. Great location - walking distance to all attractions or can take the Metro. We definitely recommend this rental property and would be thrilled to stay here again! Super friendly and helpful with all questions. Even booked a ride back to airport for us! Highly recommend!

Location and price a good place

This place was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Property manager met us when we arrived. Had a small problem with the power, shutting off the first few hours when we arrived. Had instructions on how to turn the power back on, which was very helpful. Had only one set of towels for each of us. But was told to message them if we needed more towels. Tried to message them in two days, but never received a reply. water pressure was a small issue when taking a shower. we had three couples, but the manager only had two sets of keys. This was a little inconvenient since we all went our separate ways on different events. The issues were small, but overall, it was a good stay.

Very friendly and communicative host who waited for us upon arrival. Apartment was spacious, clean and according to listing. The neighborhood was peaceful and with good restaurant options within walking distance to the Vatican. Will recommend to anyone!!!

We stayed for 3 nights and the location of the building was great. The apartment is huge with 4 bedrooms but living room is small and shared with kitchen. Apartment was clean and well stocked.

Lots of Room!

We had so much space in our apartment! Loved that we had plenty of room to have our own spaces. Great location near the Vatican and great local restaurants. Plenty of AC for those hot Rome days.

Amazing Apartment & Location!

Our family truly appreciated staying in this apartment in Rome! The location was central to all of our activities - easy to walk to grocery, restaurants, Vatican, etc and catch taxis/ubers. It was the perfect size for 7 of us - it was very clean and very comfortable! AC was working, which was very needed. Hosts were prompt to meet us and give us all the instructions/ tips. Highly recommend!

Nice location, it helped that we used the subway. Two of the bathrooms felt a little dangerous to use the showers, considering the steps to get in. The master bath knob was difficult to use and missing part of the handle.

Pre-cruise Rome stay

Our group of 8 adults enjoyed this property. It was clean and the booking team was extremely responsive and helpful. The property is in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood with restaurants in the immediate area. We walked to most of the sites we wanted to see, and a taxi stand was only a few blocks away. The elevator in the property is a major bonus. One minor thing to note is that the property only has one common space for people to gather and that is the kitchen, which is not large (by American standards). All the other rooms are bedrooms and bathrooms. Another thing to note is that if you are arriving before check-in, the recommended luggage storage spot at 20 Via Germanico is very reasonable, close and clean, but the "Maxi" lockers only hold one large suitcase (contrary to what their website says). And there aren't many lockers to begin with, so if you don't book the lockers ahead of time online (which was easy to do) you probably won't get a locker. Overall, the apartment is wonderful, and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location in Rome

Very nice apartment for my family of 8 adults. Fantastic location - close to public transit, restaurants, cafes and fantastic shopping. Host was very easy to work with and attentive. Apartment is in a heritage building on the second floor. There’s an elevator but stairs are easy to use. The place has all the amenities you need - comfortable beds, good wifi, plenty of good quality linens and bath towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses etc. they also had 2 espresso pots but both were old and not in good condition so we weren’t able to make coffee. The only negative is that the bathrooms are very old - not good water pressure at all and definitely limited hot water.
