Incroyable maison au bord du lac. Cette maison offre une vue sur le lac depuis les 4 chambres ainsi que la cuisine et le coin repas. Profitez ensuite des decks presque sans fin. La terrasse, le pont d'ombrage et le porche grillagé en font des espaces extérieurs parfaits. Cette maison a une pente exceptionnellement facile à l'eau. Parfait pour les invités au mariage, les excursions en vélo de montagne, les vélos bleus, les réunions de famille, les retraites de week-end, les sorties de golf, la semaine de la foire artisanale, les matchs à domicile de rasoir et plus encore. Probablement l'une des meilleures maisons pour profiter des Ozarks. Cette maison est sur un terrain presque plat, ce qui est incroyable. Being on the lake with multi-level entertainment spaces & decks was great. The hosts had lots of amenities to make it a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Lakeside Fun

Kindra’s place was a great location for all that the area has to offer. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults to have privacy when needed. The porch was a great place for coffee and winding down. Even though the temps were high it was also nice to have the fire pit area available to end the day.

Ideal for family vacation

Very pleasant, peaceful and spacious lakefront home with great outdoor spaces: decks, screened porch, nice fire pit with wood provided, private dock. Lots to do nearby. We were a family of 6 adults, 2 infants and a 3 year old and we found plenty to keep us all happy during our October visit. Owner provided access to an indoor swimming pool. Both Kindra and the local manager were very helpful.

Family fun

4 adults and 3 young children had plenty of space inside and outside. Easy walk down to lake, kayaks, canoe and dock. The deck space and screened in porch was amazing. Had everything we needed. Owners communication and flexibilty was much appreciated. Planning for next year!!!

Fun lake home

Equipped with wonderful outdoor 'toys'! Easy communication with owners and a great home for a get away. Kitchen could be a little better equipped and we had a learning curve to use a charcoal grill again. But all in all we had a great time in a lovely home.

Very comfortable and nice house

We loved our stay in this rental . The house was perfect for me and my husband and our 3 young kids . The rooms were perfect for us so that all 3 boys could sleep together in the room with the daybed pull-out . The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was great with lots of useful items in good condition. And the views of the lake and different seating spots on the decks were great .

Great accomodations !!!

The home / location was perfect for our family retreat . The exterior decks made a great place to gather . The fire pit was also a big hit . The ability to fish from the bank gave additional activities for all to enjoy. Great parking was a plus. We plan to be back in October 2018 . Owners made the experience very enjoyable and easy . Great place on the lake!

Our group stayed at Bill and Kindra's place for 3 nights. The home has a nice layout with amazing multiple decks! The screened-in deck was the best! The yard is well-kept and large, and we never felt like we were infringing on any of the neighbors, space-wise. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are plenty of bath linens. The beds are comfortable, but a bit creaky, and the bathrooms are very nicely done. Overall, this place is worth your choice to stay! I highly recommend it! Thank you, Bill and Kindra, for offering such a great place to land for some downtime!

Amazing family vacation on Lake Windsor!

We just wrapped up an amazing family vacation and reunion at the Lake House on Lake Windsor. This home was perfect for our family! We had 3 families in the home and the split level set up allowed for togetherness and privacy when needed. The home was very clean inside and the linens were nice. They had toiletries in the showers, plenty of towels, fans in all the rooms and plenty of sleeping options! The outdoor space was so great! We utilized every deck, canoe, kayak, life jacket, dock, fire pit, it was awesome! Kindra was lovely to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to return!!!

Wow! Perfect in everyway!

We stayed over Memorial weekend for 4 nights. Bill and Kindra's place is wonderful! The views from all the bedrooms and the decks are amazing! We enjoyed the screened porch in the morning and the late evening. Very peaceful. We were here to celebrate my son getting married. Plenty of space for a large party. Bill and Kindra were quick to respond and the lakehome has everything you need and more to make it feel like home. We enjoyed floating on the lake with the inflatables and using the kayaks. My family loved it and we hope to make this a yearly event. I would have given it 10 stars if I could!

Great outdoor vacation!

I was looking for a property with access to water and great decks for us to enjoy the outside beauty and wildlife. This was it! The decks are great and we even spent mornings and afternoons in the screened-in porch. We ate all our meals at the table outside and it accommodated all 6 of us. A family of deer joined us each evening and we loved watching the little ones play. We used the 3 kayaks every day and swam in the lake. The water was fantastic on this quiet cove. We had plenty of room for us and our guests and their 2 boys. I cooked all of our meals and the house had everything I needed. You may prefer to bring your own knife but there are several good knives and pans there already. If you have favorite pillows then I would suggest that you bring them. Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing. We brought our dog and she absolutely loved looking out the screened in porch while we read and drank our coffee in the morning. We watched the squirrels play, herrons fly back and forth, a weasel, and a beaver cross the property. The neighbors are super nice and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and look forward to coming again!

beautiful property right on the water

Our group of 10 had a great time at Kindra's lake house! Everything was as the listing said it was. Plenty of room for all of us. We loved the large, screened in porch! The fire pit was awesome! My grandkids so loved jumping off the dock into the lake and we all enjoyed swimming. We had everything we needed for preparing meals and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. Also, so many great riding trails nearby. Everyone should check out Coler Mountain Bike Preserve even if you don't ride there are lovely walking trails. We also rented a boat from Prarie Creek Marina one day on Beaver Lake, such fun on this beautiful lake! So many good restaurants in Bentonville if you choose to eat out and never a shortage of coffee shops. I highly recommend this rental especially for a large group!

Great Living spaces and view!

The good: Great outdoor hangout areas including 2 decks and a great screened porch with fans; Very clean; Updated and good quality; Grill worked great; GREAT views; comfortable beds; good AC; good parking - We loved it!!!! The not great: The lock box code given to us was wrong but one of the basement doors was open for us to get in. No luck when calling the manager - no answer; Sliding door locks were mostly broken so we couldn't lock the house at night; interior doors not in good shape (everything else was in great shape); no DVD players. Overall we would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks for your great house!!!!

Nice Location but House Lacks a Little

This place was right on the water, and the dock and porches were nice. Unfortunately, we stayed in a much better place last year, so we knew what we were missing with this one. Right off the bat, we had a hard time finding sheets for the fold-out bed and there weren't any pillows for it so we had to use couch pillows. There weren't enough extra blankets, and the downstairs area (bedroom, bathroom, living room with fold-out bed) stayed cold even with the heater on. The floors were super squeaky, so if you were staying in one of the downstairs beds, it's impossible to sleep if people upstairs are walking around. The kitchen was missing a lot of things we needed. Very few drinking glasses (no plastics at all for kids to use), not enough plates, hardly any measuring cups/spoons, no whisk, very few serving utensils, very little baking dishes, and very few pots and pans. We felt very crippled trying to cook full meals. Also, the dishwasher was broken so we had to wash everything by hand. There were multiple lights out and bug poop of some of the light bulbs, and the downstairs TV didn't work. There were several sliding glass doors and almost none of them had a working lock, so we had to use a piece of wood to "lock" them which was kind of annoying. And the dining table is all barstool seating which was very uncomfortablr. Overall, it was convenient being so close to the water, but the cons definitely outweigh the pros. We won't be staying here again.

This property has amazing views with as much deck space as living space. Easy slope to the private boat dock. Great fishing on lake Windsor. Incredible views of the lake from all 4 rooms plus the Kitchen and living room. Flat lot, plenty of parking on quiet cold sack, low traffic, close to town. The decks are the most impressive part of this property. If your a mountain biker, it's nestled in the middle of the three key destinations for bikers. Back 40 trail head, Coler and Slaughter Pen. Perfect for bikers of all kinds.

This property is special. Lake view from all 4 sleeping rooms as well as lake view from kitchen and dining. This home is known for the elaborate decks. There is a much living space on the decks as there is inside. Incredible view. What equally makes this home special is the easy access to the home and the lake. Super rare because of the easy slope to the water and an almost flat driveway. One of a kind and super rare on the water in the Ozarks.
