Le studio Garden est un ravissant studio privé qui fait partie de notre propriété mais qui est totalement privé juste de la rue principale de Kensington. C’est un bel espace lumineux et spacieux qui a été récemment rénové, décoré et rénové dans un style frais, contemporain et confortable.
Il est parfait pour un couple en voyage à Londres ou pour les exposants et les visiteurs du parc des expositions Olympia.
Il comprend un lit double, une kitchenette, une salle de bains avec douche, un canapé, une table et des chaises. Il a sa propre entrée privée depuis une rue pavée et donne sur notre jardin dont il dispose.
Il se trouve à proximité de la station de métro Olympia et à 10 minutes à pied des stations de métro Earl’s Court, Barons Court et West Kensington. Du haut st Kensington 100 Yard ’du studio, les bus vont partout à Londres et le centre commercial Westfield est à un arrêt en surface ou à 10 minutes à pied.
Le centre des expositions Olympia se trouve à moins de 2 minutes à pied. Il abrite de nombreuses expositions et événements intéressants. et donc le chalet est un endroit idéal pour rester si vous êtes un exposant ou en visite.
Tout près se trouvent le magnifique Holland Park, Hyde Park et les jardins de Kensington, ainsi que le palais de Kensington, le Royal Albert Hall, les musées V and A, les musées de sciences et d'histoire naturelle.
High St Kensington compte de nombreux magasins et restaurants, cafés et beaux pubs de caractère.

Kensington gem

This property is in a good neighborhood within walking distance to mass transit, great shopping and plenty of dining options. It makes a perfect base for exploring all London has to offer. The cottage itself is very comfortable and well outfitted for a short or long term stay. And Suna is an absolutely lovely host! She is always ready with fabulous local knowledge and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation

My hubby and I needed to visit family. Important for us: no stairs; completely outfitted with everything we needed; so easy to hop on a bus to High Street Kensington Tube Station, from there we could go anywhere. Our host, Suna was gracious and so kind. We would stay there again. Hubby says it’s an 11/10 stars.

Suna was a great host who made everything easy! Very clean and comfortable and cozy property with everything we needed while visiting London for 5 nights. The cottage had easy access from the mews at the ground level. The only negative fo our situation was that the nearest tube station was about 15 mins walk. lot more. Bus stops min walk from the

Charming Cottage with Convenient Location and Excellent Host

The cottage is incredibly charming, clean, quiet, and cozy. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of Notting Hill. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth. The host was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful.

London hideaway

We stayed 5 nights at the Kensington Garden cottage and very much enjoyed our time there. The apartment is bright and clean and is thoughtfully appointed with a comfortable sofa, efficient kitchenette, a hanging closet and ample drawers for clothing. Suna was a very pleasant, helpful host and we would recomnend the studio cottage.

Very nice cozy studio with all you need for a comfortable stay. Good shower and decent kitchenette. Close to Kensington high St, buses etc. A good 15/20 min walk to the tube but the #27 bus is just up the street if you are not a walker.Very communicative host.

Fabulous Studio

What a lovely studio in a great neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had booked longer. The bed was super comfy and the unit had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive! The neighborhood was walkable with a market, tube stations and Kensington High Street close by. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Garden Cottage-Loved It All

What a great place to stay in London! We loved this sweet English garden cottage, perfect for two. Suna was so great to work with, thoughtful, kind and responsive. It is located in a vibrant area with easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes that are all very walkable. South Kensington, West Kensington, and Kensington (Olympia—not very frequent but very close) Underground are about 12-15 minute easy walk away. The cottage is located on a quiet, lovely mews. Inside you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay—a great bed, great shower (huge by European standards!), small dining table, couch and an amazing little kitchen that is so thoughtfully equipped, efficient and easy to use. And a French door opens to the sweetest little garden. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. We’ll definitely be back!

A Lovely Cottage Getaway in the City

This cottage was the perfect home base for our week in London. Very conveniently located in Kensington— walking distance to many great shops & restaurants, and Hyde Park, but also to Olympia and West Kensington tube stations. The cottage is well equipped with a little kitchenette cupboard, including a fridge and hot top. Clean, easy to communicate with our hosts, and well priced! The bed in the cottage is a double, which was just a little squishy for us as a tall couple, but certainly not a complaint enough to deter us. would definitely stay again! Thanks so much, Suna & co!

The cottage was perfect for just the 2 of us. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The location couldn’t have been better as we were within a half mile walk of several underground stations and there were many restaurants just a short walk from the cottage. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

A cozy tucked away space with great access

The cottage was a nice option for staying in a small detached unit on a little lane tucked off the street. Steps to food and shops. Great bus connections. A few tube station/line options but all require some degree of walking. I found West Kensington the most walkable, but High Street Kensington had good bus to train options. Most destinations in the center of town were about a half hour to 45 minute trip. I was happy to have a place that was outside the busy tourist areas. There is some occasional noise from residents in the news and you’ll hear the nearby overground train occasionally but it’s not too disturbing. Host Suna was very pleasant and responsive,. I’m glad I chose this cottage for my 5 day trip to London.

Great Stay

We stayed at Suna’s place for six weeks so had a number of questions prior to booking. Suna was amazing at quickly answering all of my questions. Great communication continued throughout our stay and she and her husband couldn’t have been kinder. Suna’s place was clean and great value for money. We felt very safe and it was so nice not having stairs or upstairs or downstairs neighbors and being on a quiet alleyway. The cottage is very near Kensington Olympia Station. Download the Citymapper app and it will tell you your options for using the station. Very convenient. There are also great bus options right by the cottage. Other reviewers commented that internet was slow. This was absolutely not the case. The internet was great. Some reviewers also commented on the heat. We were there during some very cold weather in January and the two space heaters kept the cottage comfortable. Be sure to check out the amazing Scarsdale Tavern that is about a ten minute walk away.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The main house is a beautiful Georgian house with a blue historic a row of Georgian houses. The studio cottage to the rear of our house is light and airy close to many amenities but off a quiet residential street on a mews and very close to High St Kensington and enjoys all the benefits of Kensington.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is light and airy with high ceilings roof window lights as well as windows and doors to the garden. It is quiet but next to High St Kensington and the fabulous parks and on brilliant non stop bus routes that go direct to all over London including Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Oxford St and Trafalgar Square. Within a 5-10 min bus ride is Kensington Palace the Royal Albert Hall, the victoria and Albert museum The science museum and Hyde park. Within 5 minutes walk is Holland Park and the Design museum and a 2 minute walk is the Olympia exhibition centre.
