Cette maison de ville est à deux minutes à pied sûr et facile aux plages de sable blanc et les eaux chaudes du Golfe du Mexique. La zone de la piscine et une terrasse couverte se trouvent directement sur la voie navigable Intracostal où vous pourrez profiter des dauphins, le canotage et une brise de l'océan à l'aise. Indian Shores est un quartier calme avec de très bons restaurants et des boutiques, situé entre Clearwater Beach et St. Petersburg Beach.

Avec des équipements à l'intérieur comme Internet haut débit sans fil gratuit, une télévision intelligente LED 55 "avec chaîne stéréo et lecteur Blue-Ray, barbecue au gaz, garage, chaises de plage, parasols, vélos de plage, cannes à pêche et tout le confort de la maison, pourquoi voudriez-vous vouloir partir?

La suite principale dispose d'un lit queen-size, TV LCD, dressing et salle de bain complète.

La deuxième chambre a 2 lits queen-size, TV, lecteur DVD, dressing et salle de bain complète dans le couloir.
Un canapé-lit queen-size est situé dans la salle familiale.

Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une cuisine entièrement équipée (le propriétaire aime cuisiner afin de ne rien manquer), une cuisinière à dessus plat, une machine à glaçons, une laveuse et une sécheuse, et un nouvel air / chauffage central.

Le salon spacieux mène à une terrasse recouverte de moquette donnant sur une zone de conservation de l’eau et de la mangrove qui est très calme et paisible.

Nous avons fait de grands efforts pour que tout ce que vous avez besoin est là pour faire de vos vacances complète. Juste emballer vos vêtements et se détendre. Venez profiter de notre maison loin de la maison comme nous le faisons.

Wonderful!

Great condo with everything you need for a beach vacation. Our family spent time fishing, swimming and shelling. Also plenty of great shopping and places to eat. Cool little beach town with friendly people and a great host! We would definitely go back!

Left us traumatized!!

My family of 4 stayed here for our Spring Break vacation. Upon walking into the condo, we found a large dead cockroach. The pool was advertised as heated, but was definitely colder than the ocean. On the day before we were scheduled to leave though, the unthinkable happened! My tiny 2 yr old daughter went into one of the showers as we were getting ready to leave and the tempered glass shower door came crashing down on her! There were shards of glass and blood everywhere. In horror we had to pick pieces of glass out of her arm and toes. I contacted the host Rob to inform him of the incident and let him know that we were going to need to take her to the hospital to make sure that we got all of the glass out of her skin. His unsympathetic response was to tell me that the door was fairly new and that there was a sign on it to "move doors slowly". It’s as if he already knew there was a safety risk! He started coaching me on how to clean up the mess of glass and I had to let him know that our priority was to take care of our injured toddler and get her to the hospital. Thankfully, he sent his cleaning person to clean it up while we were gone, but there were no apologies made nor concern shown for our child. Xrays had to be taken of my daughter and glue was put on the worst of her lacerations. We left as planned the next day and are being charged a 300 damage fee!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for the fisherman and the beach goer. Rob was awesome and went beyond helping us with everything. Will for sure be back.

Great spot to get away

Rob was easy to communicate with before during and after my trip. The beach is a very short walk from the property which was great. The bed was comfortable and living area was plenty of room. I'll be using this home again if/when I'm in the area. Thanks for letting us stay Rob!

Great family condo

This was a great space for our family of five to stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation - well stocked kitchen, board games, beach towels, chairs, and wagon. The location was an easy walk from the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool. The owner was easy to work with and everything went smoothly with the rental process.

Amazing stay!

This property literally has everything! We stayed a week, and I can tell you, the owners put their renters first. Not only is the kitchen equipped with anything you could possibly need. But there are beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, a wagon… everything. Even beach towels!! The unit was super clean. The owners were so nice, and the communication was perfect. There were so many nice touches to make us feel at home. The beach access is a 2-3 minute walk… super easy with a flashing crosswalk. The pool was nice and clean. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Thank you!

Super Clean and Cozy!

This place was great! Easy to check in and super clean! Beds were so cozy and the walk to the beach was very short.. plus they had all you needed for your day at the beach which was nice to not have to worry about packing any of it. Will stay here again for sure!

Home away from home

Stayed at a great condo. The owners Rob and Tina where great they had everything ready. Place was so well stocked. Perfectly clean. Had a folder with local food menus. Great pool, fishing dock and beach was across street. We didn’t want to leave.

Loved this property on Indian Shores

Great unit in an amazing location. Short walk to beautiful beaches. Lots of restaurants and attractions right at the beach. Clean and cozy. Owner was very attentive and communicated very quick! I would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again sometime!

Very enjoyable!!

This was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. Love the location, the space we had as a family of 4, the heated pool, the beach across the street, and so much more. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were all comfortable and we loved the layout of the townhome. The communication was really great as well! We felt safe here & we all had so much fun. We would definitely return!

Fabulous location, Great communication!

Wow!! A beach lovers and cooks dream! I have never been to a condo that had a better set up for both the beach and the kitchen. All chairs, umbrella and beach wagon were in great shape. The kitchen had everything you could ever want, all pans were good quality and the gadgets were plentiful! We were very close to the the Pinellas Rail Trail, pickle ball courts, and a number of fun restaurants. Within an hours drive we could get to everywhere we wanted to go. The Ringling Museum, Dali Museum , Imagine Museum and the St Pete Pier were some highlights. Communication was also top notch. We had a small issue and Rob was VERY responsive and took care of things immediately. You could not ask for a better host. Bonus- the neighbors were amazing. They were very nice and offered a lot of great suggestions as well as inviting us to their Super Bowl party!! While some may feel the interior was a bit dated, that did not phase us at all. We were there for the beach and the location and those two things were an A+. We will be back! Thank you Rob and Tina

Very happy with our vacation here!

My family is very happy that we chose this apartment. Very convenient location (the beach is across the road, the necessary shops are no further than 10 minutes drive, restaurants too), not noisy in the morning (passing vehicles on the road can not be heard). Very comfortable layout of the apartment, cozy and interesting interior design, clean furniture (it was very important for us), the garage has everything you need for the beach. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home! (enough towels, bed linen, dishes, even some spices). It was immediately clear to us that the owner of the apartment takes care of everything as if for himself. And when we met Rob and his wife, our opinion was confirmed! They are very nice and friendly people! We were happy to meet them! I hope we will return to this apartment again! We also love Indian Shore beach! We stayed 06/17-07/03/22.

Close to beach, well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, only negative was A/C couldn’t be set below 70 and it could get somewhat warm at times. Otherwise would stay here again.

Location was very convenient to the beach and area attractions. The beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and wagon to haul everything was an added bonus. Everyone at the complex was very friendly and helpful. This place was walk-in ready and we could wait a day to do our shopping. The sunsets were absolutely show stoppers! Rob was easy to communicate with by text or e-mail. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach House

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving trip home to see family. The place was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and all the amenities you need for a week long stay. The hosts have done a great job with every last detail including area information, restaurants and labeling “need to know” items in the home. Thank you for a great stay!

Hidden Gem

I have stayed at hundreds of different places over the many years I have traveled. This property is right up near the top of the list. It wasn't extravagant or ritzy but was very comfortable and well deserving of all of the excellent ratings. It was very clean, had every amenity that we needed and was in a very good location. My daughter and her boyfriend had a great time at the pool, fishing off the pier and the beach was just across the street. It was a perfect trip to end the summer before the kids went back to school. Communication with the landlord Rob was excellent and all of our needs were already anticipated for us. There were very helpful notes and instructions left in conspicuous places that answered every little question we had. (Wifi password, etc.) We didn't feel the need to contact him once during our week there. I highly recommend you give consideration to staying!

Accommodating our guests is our number one priority.

There is a sense of getting away to a small beach community when you stay here. No tall sky scrapper condos or large hotel resorts eating up your space on the beach. Very family friendly with lots to do nearby. A 3 minute walk, and you're on the sand. Relax in the pool along the intracoastal waterway watching boats, wildlife and fishing.

Quiet, easy access property with onsite parking for renters. Brand new appliances including AC, water heater and dishwasher. Clothes washer & dryer inside the unit so you don't need to leave to do laundry. All the cooking and kitchen utensils you could think of as we love to cook.
