Home away from home in an idyllic location!
Apartment 1 was perfect for our summer getaway. As a family of 3 it had everything we needed and we felt extremely comfortable. Adam was lovely to correspond with and answered all enquiries promptly and in detail, reassuring us of all we needed to know prior to arrival. The apartment was clean and well presented. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are always helpful for a family on holiday. Undercover and secure parking. Easy access to the Esplanade meant that we never even needed to drive our car while we were away, instead opting to walk everywhere. And finally the beach views! Breathtaking! So nice to wake up to that view and be able to enjoy it all day. Afternoons out in the alfresco were perfect! Family friendly and private. Thank you Adam for letting us stay and enjoy your property! We'd love to come back!

Lovely stay horrible after taste
Lovely property but the harassment and privacy violation after our stay by the property manager was disgusting. Very poor.

Amazing stay !
Love the location , instructions that were left to follow are very clear and easy to understand. The place is amazing from cleanliness , appliances, the fresh smell as soon as you walk in through the door. We will defiantly be staying here again in the near future. Also the location just around the corner you have shops , bars, coffee , beach , playground for the kids.

Beautiful place!
So much space. We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely kitchen and living area to just stay in and relax. Thank you. Would be even more amazing in Summer! Right on the esplanade close to shops, restaurants and beach. Great for our child.

Location location
My family and I had a lovely weekend on the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk across the road and be right in the beach and one block away was the shops. We spent most of the weekend on the front verandah. The house is relatively new and very modern inside. We will be back. The owner was easy to deal with.

A stay full of surprises
We stay in Apartment 1 for the Grand Final. To our surprise on a late arrival at 9:23pm, we found the apartment in a state of mayhem. All beds not done, pillows & linen on the floor, rubbish bin in the kitchen sink. The mop & bucket with all cleaning detergent were left in the corridor right opposite the front door. That was the welcoming sight! At that stage we were disoriented & wanted to come back home. We contacted the owner, did not get the owner but got someone else, who was quite surprised of the condition of the place & arranged accommodation for the 6 of us @ a next door location of the night but it was quite an inconvenience for us as we had to carry our luggage to the other location & were separated for the night as they could not accommodate all of us in one apartment. At 10.08pm, I received an SMS from the owner advising me that he failed to let the cleaner know about my booking & the apartment will be ready the next morning @ 10:30am, whilst the checkout of the other location was @ 10am. Did not receive any communication or an apology from the owner. Was very disappointed about the customer service. The good point about this apartment is it's locations but after what happened, I will not recommend it to anyone.

nice appartment in a good location
the property itself is quite nice but it lacked attention to details around room amenities, for this type of property l was expecting a starter pack of small milk, tea coffee, soap shampoo. no hand towels either and the outdoor setting table could have been cleaned

For the price per night and considering it is low season in Phillip Island I thought it was not great value and over priced. Whilst the property is fairly newly built it could have been cleaner esp the dining chairs and the spare bed looked like it had not been changed. There were very few basics provided i.e. glad wrap / foil/ small milk etc / and we could not find an ironing board. I felt this property was set up with "spares" rather than the standard I have seen at other stayz properties in this price bracket.

Well-Positioned, Neat & Well-furnished Property
Our too short stay was very enjoyable. The property is close to the beach, jetty, supermarkets, pubs & the numerous restaurants. The rooms are very cosy & neat. Will go back there in a near future. Highly recommended!

Magnificent apartment, beautiful views, close to everything, didnt use the car until we left!...this
Magnificent apartment, beautiful views, close to everything, didnt use the car until we left!...this was a real holiday! Easy access to the beach through the front verandah. Got to mention I have stayed at many 5 star hotels in Melbourne but this place had the most comfortable beds & PILLOWS!! EVER! Brought my own pillow and didnt use it! Hope to stay again!

Modern, very clean. Attention to detail was great. It's like a home away from home. Secure undercover parking and internet was also available. Fantastic water views and beach right at your door. All within a short stroll to shops, cafes and restuarants. An ideal place to relax and explore Phillip Island. We highly recommend this appartment to anyone visiting Phillip Island. It's perfect.
