Peacefully located villa set in its own beautifully maintained gardens with private pool and barbecue area. Plenty of room for outside dining. 10 minute walk to Praia da Luz beach, with water sport activity. Ideal location for golfers - 10 minutes to Parque de Floresta and 5 minutes to Boavista. Tastefully furnished, 3 bedrooms, suitable for up to 6 people with 2 twin bedrooms, share main bathroom and 1 double which has an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms open out onto the front garden terrace area. Large private pool and garden area to the rear of the villa equiped with garden table, chairs and 6 sun loungers. Located upstairs is a large lounge and dining area with fully fitted kitchen and separate toilet.. Balcony complete with patio furniture and 2 sun loungers with beautiful south facing views towards the sea which attracts the sun all day.

Enjoyed it

Great family home. A bit too large for 2 adults ;) Nice and quiet surroundings. We were here in winter and die not use the pool. Pleasant contact with the owners.

Lovely week in the Algarve

A wonderful stay in a lovely beach town just outside of Lagos. Most of our time was spent at the beach or on the water, but the house was clean, convenient, and easy to walk home to after our many dinners out. Would recommend.

Great location and wonderful space

Fantastic location within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Set in a lovely quiet crescent with access to a central garden, not that it was needed much and the winning feature of this property is the great outdoor space. Lots of room for our family to play in the garden and a great size pool.

Relaxing stay in Luz

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was clean and well appointed, and the location was quiet and felt very safe. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun all day and into the evening. Check in and out process was smooth and a rep dropped by just after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Recommend.

Beautiful Villa in great location

Excellent location on a quiet road and only 15 min walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Villa was spacious and clean. Pool/garden area and balcony meant lots of places to enjoy the sun. Check in and communication prior was excellent with all information provided.

Great location, 10 mins walk to great restaurants and centre of Luz. Spacious villa in quiet neighbourhood. Nicely furnished with lovely garden area. Easy check in process with all information supplied well in advance.

The villa, garden and pool were all lovely

We had a brilliant holiday. The villa was perfect for us. Luz was also perfect as it is a small and quiet resort. We did the coastal walks, had lazy beach lunches, snoozy afternoons by the pool and ate in the plentiful restaurants and cafes in the evening 😀

Lovely Villa

The villa and pool were lovely and made for a great holiday. Great location for wandering down to the beach and also for exploring more of sights across the Algarve. Just a couple of feedback points, with no air con more fans would have been good as it was hot at night. Thanks for a great stay

Great location

The villa is in a peaceful and convenient location for the beach and restaurants. The outside space is excellent and the pool and garden well kept and inviting. Good size balcony from the sitting room for outside dining. We did feel the kitchen could do with being updated.

Fantastic location and property, whole family enjoyed visit. Would definitely consider for other family holidays. Richard and Sue are extremely responsive as are the management company who look after the villa. Only downside was having to come home.

Great property

We stayed for a week between Christmas 2023 and New Year's Eve. The house is spacious enough for 6 people, nice backyard with a pool, large balcony with partial ocean views, fully equipped kitchen, very clean and well maintained. Great communications with local property management.

Fantastic Villa and location.

We had a lovely stay in the villa, everything was as described in the listing. The villa was very clean and had all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area and bbq was very nice and the location was great too, being just a 5 minute walk into Luz. We would definitely rent the villa again when we stay in Luz.
