"Stoasis" est une ferme à chevaux de 12 acres, entourée de forêts, à côté des parcs et à quelques minutes des quartiers commerçants et commerçants de Windward. Vous adorerez le lit, la piscine, l'emplacement, l'atmosphère de la ferme et surtout l'intimité - une oasis de tranquillité au centre d'Alpharetta!

La suite invité est composée d'une chambre au 1er étage avec sa propre entrée, une mini cuisine, une buanderie, un café-bar, une salle de bain privée avec accès direct à la piscine et un porche privé pour profiter de votre café du matin surplombant la piscine, les pâturages et la forêt.

AMAZING!

I must say this is the best place we have ever stayed from VRBO. George was an incredible host and made sure my daughter and I had everything we needed. The suite was so cute and quaint, very peaceful and relaxing as well. We have already planned to go back this summer and cannot wait!

The Stoasis Delivers!

This is an incredibly beautiful property...a true gem just a quick drive North from the chaos of Metro Atlanta. 20 wooded, rolling acres, with horses, privacy, and serenity. George is a gracious host with excellent communication. We woke up in the morning to fresh scones delivered to our doorstep. Great Value. Great Owner. Everything as advertised. Highly reccommend.

Southern hospitality at its finest.

I have stayed at many properties. This propriety was outstanding. I can’t tell you just how beautiful this place is. You will not be disappointed. George is just an amazing guy who shows you what southern hospitality is. Tom the property manager is just an absolute awesome guy as well! Me and my wife reall had a tough time leaving this place. Don’t stay anywhere else. You WONT be disappointed.

A touch of "Heaven"

When driving up the drive for the first time one gets an immediate feeling of WOW! what a beautiful home and acreage. The pictures on this site are spot on but the home and grounds are more spectacular in person. George is a very accommodating host and wants the best for you during your stay. One is supplied with all that is needed for a short or extended stay. If you are looking for somewhere that is clean, quiet, close to anything you need with bonus walking trails, horses that are beautiful to watch and love carrots, as well as a private swimming pool this is it. You will NOT be disappointed.

The place, the accommodation and George were just fantastic! We needed an intermediate accommodation during our move and it was just the best decision! I don't even want to go to the new house! ;) The guest suite is beautifully furnished, the surroundings are wonderful and George took such good care of us over the masses. We used the grill a lot, enjoyed our little terrace and the view with horses, deer, squirrels and birds! It was perfect, just great! Thank you so much! I really hope we will come again! The Sweet Spot

This was our first VRBO experience and boy is the bar now set high by Stoasis! It truly was a home away from home. We will miss our morning walk to see the horses Willa and Bella. And boy was coffee on the porch a relaxing way to start the day. We will request to stay again next time we're back up in Alpharetta for work. Heaps of thanks George!

A great decision!

I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay at George’s location and very much hope to visit again someday. He was the most gracious and kind host and offered me assistance when an unexpected circumstance popped up. I am very thankful to have been on his property. He truly goes out of his way for others. The property itself was a little slice of Heaven (in my opinion) and so peaceful. Beautiful location and the guest suite was very well set up to accommodate the needs of others. George has truly thought of everything! There really isn’t enough good things I could share :)

Stoasis—Retreat to Milton

The property is in a beautiful setting and George is a gracious host. He welcomed me on the first morning with a gourmet breakfast. I started each day by walking a couple of laps around the property, down the hill to say hello to the horses and then up to the woods, where I always encountered a few deer. The apartment is small but beautifully furnished. George’s expertise in design is on full display. The bed is very comfortable and the bath is luxurious. The location was perfect for me. I could avoid the commercial areas by staying on the rural roads, but shopping areas were also readily accessible.

Great host and property

Very pleased that George was open to renting his guest suite to a college intern for the entire summer. Suite was comfortable, quiet, and clean. George’s home is on a beautiful, safe, and secluded property, yet it was close to work and stores. Owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Having a washer and dryer in the suite was an added bonus. I highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay!

Stasis visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Stoasis. Found the “mini”apartment very well maintained and comfortable. George added a wonderful breakfast for our first morning - excellent! Our accommodations were within 5 miles of our family - truly convenient. We spent most of our time in Georgia with family, but did take a walk to visit the horses - a truly beautiful setting. Peaceful and Lovely

I had a terrific stay at Stoasis. The place is well-maintained, clean and hospitable. I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy a peaceful walk along the pathway to the barn. The horses greeted me as I strolled. The room is quiet and had everything needed. George is a terrific host and provided 1st morning breakfast to help with the travel transition. I travel for business to Alpharetta and will really enjoy staying at Stoasis frequently. Morning coffee on the patio while watching the horses graze is the best! Stoasis is quite simply summed up as "easy comfort".

Excellent weekend getaway

Despite the two of us arriving after 11pm on check-in day, George was happy to greet us and give us a quick tour of the accommodations. Throughout the weekend, he was there when we needed him, and not there when we didn't...an excellent host. We had everything we needed, and knew that George was just a phone call or text message away if we ran out of anything, or needed help with something. The fridge had condiments and water and some goodies in it, and there were supplies of everything we needed in the kitchen. Shower supplies and clean towels were in the bathroom. It seems like our host thought of everything-including a visual diagram for how to use the remote controls. I asked about a map of the property when we checked-in, and the next morning received an email with four different maps, labeled with highlights/features on each! Thank you, George! Even though we did not take any walks during our stay, we did take a short stroll to the fence to meet and pet the beautiful horses, Willow and Bella. The property is serene and beautiful, and belies its "metro Atlanta" designation. It is close to all of the places we drove to during our stay, and is kept very neat and clean. I am looking forward to visiting again!

Hello, I'm George, father of one fabulous daughter, and a semi-retired museum designer–still working part-time, but I spend the majority of my time maintaining and improving this property, tending the horses and taming the forest.

I have lived in the Atlanta area for 40+ years now, intown mostly, but in Alpharetta for the last 16 years. I enjoy the solitude afforded by this property, but I especially enjoy sharing it with my guests.
