Awesome location!

Great spot! Super close to downtown shops and restaurants. Easy walk to beach. Very clean and efficient place. Well decorated and up to date appliances. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Great condo in a great location

We enjoyed staying at this condo! It was clean and well stocked with items in the kitchen. We also like that there was a washer and dryer available as well as a a drying rack. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family of four. This could not be in the more perfect as after you park your car you can walk to all of the downtown shops, restaurants, breweries and local ice cream shops. It’s also a great walk to the lake. If we come back, we will book this place again!

Girls' Spring Trip

I take my 4-year-old granddaughters on an overnight stay every Spring. They spent part of my stay with me, and then I had some time to myself for the additional night. It was a wonderful stay, and we hope to come back again. The condo is so welcoming and had everything that we needed.

Great Location

The unit was clean and had everything a guest would need to make themselves right at home. As a matter of fact my wife wanted me to ask you what kind of foam topper you had on the master bed? She has never slept so well.

Beautiful space and great location!

First of all, kudos to Evolve and our contact Wade for excellent communication prior to our stay! The condo was easily accessible, no stairs, parking right outside the front door. Location was perfect for strolling downtown or along the boardwalk which was right across the street. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and ice cream right across the street!! The accommodations were clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed ie towels, bedding, etc. . We would definitely book another stay!

Excellent location and loved the condo. Everything is clean and well stocked. You can easily walk to restaurants and shopping. The only negative is that the listing stated there is a hot tub and there is NOT. I had messaged the management company several times before our stay to ensure there was a hot tub because there were no pictures of it. They provided vague responses which were not accurate. I would; however, stay here again.

Wonderful week for our family!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4 (kids 11 and 15). Great location, can walk to everything in Grand Haven. The kitchen was spacious. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Our son walked to play picket ball every morning at the local courts. Wonderful relaxing week, loved it!

We love it every year!

This is our second year at the property for a winter girls getaway and it was once again great. There was less toilet paper and paper towel than last year (we bought more and left it!) and the internet (and therefore our tv/movie entertainment on a cold winter weekend meant to stay in) was spotty one of the days but we were able to communicate with the property manager and get it fixed. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, Great location!

5 friends on a girls weekend! We absolutely loved it here. We walked to coffee every morning (definitely recommend Aldeas!), shopped, enjoyed great meals and a lovely view of the water right across the street. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. The main bed was very comfortable. The bunk bed mattresses were not so great, unfortunately. They were thin and the bed was VERY squeaky. That was seriously the only downside though- I would 100% recommend staying here

Wonderful location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The location allowed us to hardly ever use our car, except for driving five minutes to the state park. We were three blocks from the main street and yet it was very quiet in the evenings. We enjoyed walking across the street to view boats in the channel, including four large freighters! It was great to have the pool to cool off in at the end of the day. The condo decor is attractive and I had prompt response when I had questions. The reason I didn't give this review 5 stars and won't be renting again is because of the following: 1. The only place to park by the condo is on the grass in front of it. Every morning around 10:30 a.m. the sprinklers came on and sprayed our two cars with water as well as the sidewalk and the front steps, creating a fall hazard if you weren't careful. 2. Because there is no screen door on the front door, we couldn't leave it open to get more of a breeze unless we wanted flies inside. And the one window in the door is covered with an opaque film so you can't see out either. 3. The cleaning done before we arrived was adequate, but not thorough as evidenced by cob webs and dust at floor level.

Great stay

We had a great stay in Grand Haven. Fantastic place to visit. The condo was in the perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants, charter fishing and shopping. Something for everyone. Very clean and well maintained. Also in a very safe, family environment. The community pool was very small, we didn’t use. It’s a bit of a stretch to say it sleeps 7, unless small children. A few more amenities and we would give it 5 stars. Beach chairs, perhaps a beach umbrella, and few more beach towels would make a big difference. The kitchen was very well appointed but the addition of a blender would’ve been nice. We would definitely stay again- just bring everything you need for the beach, along with extra toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and laundry detergent/dryer sheets. We really loved it, just passing along to the next renters so they are totally prepared. Grand Haven in this condo is a lovely destination!!!

Our get-away weekend in Grand Haven

As they say location, location, location! This was the best location for us. The weather was perfect. We walked to restaurants, shopping, the channel, the Pier & of course the Dairy Treat. The cottage-condo was sweet and the beds so comfortable. We would consider renting this condo again.
