Juste à temps pour Octoberfest. 5 chambres 4 salles de bain maison. Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine bien équipée, un salon avec sectionnel et intelligent T. V. Aussi niveau principal a deux chambres avec lits queen et une salle de bain partagée. Niveau supérieur a deux autres chambres avec lits queen et une salle de bains commune et une jolie petite vanité en dehors de la salle de bain. Le sous-sol comprend une chambre ouverte avec 2 lits queen et deux salles de bains et un petit coin salon avec télévision intelligente. Toutes les chambres ont un élégant V. V. aussi.

Great place to hang with family / friends.

We had a great time. The Trolley picked us up for the wine tour, we were able to walk to downtown (about 3/4 a mile) and enjoyed the back patio quite a bid.

Hermann Girl Trip

We had a wonderful time. House was very clean. There was a lot of room in house and for parking. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend this house for your Hermann stay. Such a nice house for going shopping and winery tours!!

Great Place for the Weekend

This house was perfect for the 5 couples that traveled to Hermann for our Fall weekend outing. Plenty of space for everyone, and the place was super clean. Lots of parking so all 5 cars were out of the street. Will stay here again!

Great place to stay with group!

We had a group of 12 adults for a weekend at the wineries. The house was very clean and had a great set up. The trolley picked us up out and dropped us off at the end of the day out front which was nice. The only thing that we didn’t realize was that you have to pass through one bedroom to get to second bedroom upstairs, not a deal breaker but something to note. Other than that our stay was great and we plan to be back again.

Great place to stay with group

Up on 8th was everything we were expecting plus more. There was a large area of outside seating, interior was very up to date and well furnished. Check in and out were both very easy. Would definitely recommend for a great stay in Hermann.

Great for a group

This property was perfect for our group of 10 friends and family! The trolley picked us up at the house and brought us back home. It was clean, had a well supplied kitchen, nice outdoor space, and awesome showers.

This house is even better than it looks online! It is in a great location and has a lot of beds and bathrooms which is great for large groups! The home is updated and beautifully decorated! We will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay for large group

We had a large group for son's 21st birthday and the house was a great place and location to celebrate. Plenty of outside seating and bedrooms. The house was so cute on the inside and decorated really nice. Recommend for any large or small groups.

Great location and lots of room!

We stayed at this property for a Hermann wine weekend and it was perfect for our group! Everyone got their own room and space, and then the Trolley picked us up right out front! The house is a little further away from downtown, but with enough wine and a few friends, it was still walkable!

Bachelorette Party Stay

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of girls for my sister’s bachelorette party! The house was so clean and the amenities were so perfect and thoughtful! We loved having the space for parking off the road and the overall location was great! The trolley picked us up on the corner!

Amazing Host, House and Time

We had the best time at this house. It was perfect our our group of 10. Everyone was able to sleep in a bed which was AMAZING. The house is absolutely adorable and feels like home. Dennis is so unbelievably kind and was quick to respond prior to the trip, during the trip and even after. We will definitely be back!!

Hello, we are the Sperry's. We are a husband and wife team that enjoys building and remodeling homes. We absolutely adore this sweet town. It was only fitting to buy a house there and share with others what Hermann has to offer.

Up on 8th Guest Haus was newly remodeled in October 2019. This house has all you need to accommodate up to 12 people. The Hermann Trolley will pick you up right at the door and take you to all of the towns wineries, distilleries, breweries, antique shops and restaurants and much much more.
