À propos de cet hébergement

Nous venons à Brevard de notre maison en Caroline du Sud depuis de nombreuses années. Trouver cette maison sur West Main Street est un rêve devenu réalité pour nous, car maintenant nous pouvons visiter n'importe quand et profiter de tout ce que le centre-ville de Brevard a à offrir. Tout est à distance de marche, et nous sommes ravis de pouvoir le partager avec vous!

Notre maison dispose de trois chambres, deux salles de bains, un salon et une tanière. Il y a beaucoup de place pour se mettre à l'aise et se détendre. Nous avons aussi une terrasse et un foyer. Il y a un hangar sécurisé qui est parfait pour vos vélos.

Nous sommes situés sur West Main Street, à quelques pas du centre-ville de Brevard. Découvrez les boutiques, les restaurants et les paysages en descendant Main Street. Assurez-vous d'arrêter à The Proper Pot, un grand magasin de cuisine qui vend également du vin, du fromage et d'autres collations délicieuses. Un autre favori est Main Street Ltd., une grande boutique de cadeaux juste à côté de Quotations Cafe qui est connu pour le patronage occasionnel de Steve Martin, un résident saisonnier de Brevard. Bien sûr, Brevard abrite le renommé Brevard Music Center, également accessible à pied de notre maison, et accueille des festivals annuels, y compris le White Squirrel Festival chaque week-end du Memorial Day, les grands festivals du 4 juillet, le Mountain Song Festival chaque mois de septembre d'activités amusantes à l'Halloween (Brevard est dans le comté de Transylvanie, après tout).

Assurez-vous de consulter le calendrier des événements pour le Centre Porter, qui est le lieu des arts de la scène pour Brevard College. Vous devriez vérifier la forêt nationale de Pisgah et la forêt domaniale de DuPont, les deux à une courte distance en voiture, et cela prend seulement environ 20 minutes pour se rendre au beau parc d'état de gorges. Asheville et Hendersonville sont à proximité, et ils offrent de nombreuses attractions si vous voulez faire une excursion d'une journée ou deux.

Perfect location for visiting the Brevard Music Center

We were involved in a musical event at the BMC for the week and were able to drive back and forth in minutes each day. and night. We each had our own bathroom which was a plus and the kitchen galley was outfitted with all we would need in a kitchen. The tv room became our practice area. It is right off the driveway on one level, easy in and out with our instruments. Fun week!

Quick Getaway

This was perfect for our quick weekend stay in Brevard. We loved how easy it was to walk to downtown Brevard - it’s also a super quick drive to get to the mountains. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for and we really enjoyed our time!

Close to Downtown Brevard

This property was ideally located for exploring downtown Brevard. The layout is long and narrow which was unusual and no more than 1 person can be in the small kitchen at a time. Also, the 2nd bathroom is in the clear opposite side of the house from the bedrooms. Not deal breakers but noteworthy. And the bedrooms are hot and stuffy. My husband slept in the child's room most nights. But overall, it suited our needs very nicely. It was as described and the rental company was extremely thorough and proactive with instructions and information. We hope to stay again when it's cooler and we can take advantage of the fire pit!

Lovely cottage.

This was a very well appointed and clean and comfortable rental in a quiet area Very close to downtown Brevard shopping area. Much larger inside than the outside would indicate. Yard is very small for those with pets but good dog walking neighborhood. We will consider again.

Walking distance to downtown

Nice little house close to downtown Brevard. Great for our dog and family of four. Can't say enough great things about rental agency! Son left his backpack and school issued computer by accident. They contacted us before we even knew it was missing and sent it to us overnight! Really nice people!
