Bienvenue à Sugar Mountain maison de luxe situé à côté de la station Sugar Mountain avec une vue imprenable.
Notre maison est rénové avec de nouveaux meubles et beaucoup d'espace de la propriété extérieure. Maison est très bon pour la famille passerelle de, amis ou tout simplement profiter de la beauté de la nature entourée. Maison possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin, entièrement meublé avec écrans plats, une connexion Wi-Fi.
Maison dispose de 3 chambres avec deux chambres, grand salon et une cuisine moderne.
Pistes de ski sont à 3 minutes de la maison.

Great property for family

This property was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities the listing promised. We were there for a family reunion at the property next door and the location was great. The owners were very responsive and helpful. No complaints at all. Would/Will stay there again.

Great Mountain Cottage

This home is perfect for a mountain get-away! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (one on-suite with Master), large open concept kitchen/dining/den. Well appointed and ready to walk in and relax. Beautiful views, comfortable and clean. It is close to grocerys, restaurants, alpine coaster and Sugar Mountain resort. The owner is very responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Daughters wedding

This house was perfect for the occasion. We also rented the large house facing the barn and the barn to host her wedding. Since there weren't enough rooms in the large house to host our family, the convenience of this house was just what we needed to be close enough so we could prepare the barn.

Great stay and great place to hold a wedding!

We came to Sugar Mountain for a wedding at the barn on the main property. We found this property was for rent as well! We were the family of the couple getting married and found this location super convenient as we were close enough to help setup and get ready etc. All the groomsmen ended up getting ready at this house, and all the bridesmaids and bride got ready at the big house. We loved being surrounded by nature and the scenery out here is breathtaking. Patrick was very communicative and helpful throughout the weekend. We will have to come back soon for a family reunion!

This property was beautiful! The house was very clean, and all necessary toiletries, and cleaning supplies were available for use. The property owner was was available to answer questions, as my family was renting the wedding venue and Guest House on that property as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Amazing stay!!

I have rented many VRBOs over the years and this was by far the most cleanest we've ever stayed at. The management was incredibly responsive for our few inquiries. The views were amazing and location was super convenient. I cannot say enough great things about this house. We have already requested our booking for next year! The only thing that will make it better is to have snow!!!

The house was by far one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at in the area. The owner was super friendly and responsive. Our family had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect location

This was by far the perfect location for us. Our son got married at the main house that’s around the corner from this house. Allowed us to be present for everything and able to walk back and forth. The house itself was perfect for the rest of my family. Plenty of room, clean and the owner was so great to deal with.

Great place to stay

We were trying to find a last minute place to stay that was still close enough to Boone and came across this property. This place was very clean and very spacious and wasn’t too far away from Boone. Every time we had a question for the property contact he was quick to respond and very helpful. Great overall stay and we would recommend.

We stayed the week of the 4th of July. The location couldn't have been better. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped! Definitely recommend!

Great location and easy process.

The location is great, just off the road a bit, easy access and close to everything. We walked 5 minutes to gem mining, and you can see the slopes across the way as Sugar mountain is right there. The place was nice and clean, just as advertised.

Perfect location in Sugar Mountain

Great location right off the main road, but away from noise. View out of front door is the ski slopes. Easy access to everything in and around Sugar Mountain - skiing, tubing, ice skating, the alpine coaster, groceries, gem mining, ski rentals, etc! Quick responses to all inquiries.

No driveway marker

We loved this place. We came to ski Sugar Mountain and it was perfect. However, we arrived after dark and there was snow on the ground. We had no idea where the driveway was. We knew we were at the correct place from the pictures. Ended up driving through the front yard. So lucky I did not get stuck. Please put up a sign and mark the entrance.

Christmas 2020

This house sits on a gravel road that is uphill and not easily accessible. Getting in and out was very difficult during the snow days. Also there is no trash pick up and we had to take it to the city disposal center a mile away.

Great stay!

Property very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Had seen a review regarding lack of towels but there were an abundance for our stay and the only thing you'll need to bring other than personal items would be extra TP and paper towels should you require more than one roll per each bathroom and kitchen. People tend to take these items so def understand why the owners don't leave lots of extras that would often be unneeded. The kitchen was clean and VERY well stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, and dishes anyone would need. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious for our party of 6 and the location can't be beat with easy access to 221 and Tynecastle Hwy. We loved the Wilderness Run Alpine coaster (just down the street) and the front porch has a view of Sugar Mountain ski slope. Restaurant and shopping within walking distance was a bonus. Loved our stay and would def stay again!

Good Get Away

House is almost directly across from entrance into Sugar Mountain. Three bedrooms, two baths. Lots of TVs that we didn't use. Simple but very nice and clean. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, etc. Gas grill on back deck. Picnic table on front deck that looks out towards Sugar. Situated next to Christmas tree farm.
