Wonderful experience!!!

we really enjoyed our stay at Carolina Dunes 104. The photos were very accurate. Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest. We felt like we were home away from home. There were plenty of space and the condo was very accommodating to what we needed. Definitely will come back! Thank you for allowing us to stay there!!! :) JP

Relaxing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was in a great location; quiet part of the beach but convenient to attractions and restaurants. The pool area is well maintained and beautiful. We especially loved the extra half bath and washer and dryer. The condo is very spacious and we had everything we needed. The only down side is the furnishing and flooring could use some updating. We will definitely be back but may choose to stay at a more updated unit.

Unhappy customer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m unfortunately was not happy with this condo, it is not a first time for me staying at this building ( but different condos), by far this one is a worse one. The closet door is not working, the bathtub is extremely thin and I was afraid to go in , because it is feel like it will break while I was taking a shower, it was a lots of holes in the both bathroom walls, the ceiling in the bedroom has a huge dark spots , inside the closet in the bedroom wall is peeling, the toilet you need to flush a few times, the sofa mattress is dirty and old and the whole condo needs a thorough cleaning

Wonderful stay at this property, very clean and beautiful location

My wife and i stayed at this property with our nieces and nephew. The beds were comfortable and the condo very nice, clean and accommodating. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. If we visit Myrtle Beaxh again, we will be sure to book this property and would highly recommend!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet in the unit was not desirable for sand at the beach, but overall was a good place to stay. The toilet and furniture could use some updating, but were functional. The view and overall location were great. The pool was nice. Having beach chairs and boogie boards provided were great as well. Washer and dryer was a plus. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

I visited several units rented (and one owned) by immediate family members and was very impressed with the quality of the condominium furnishings and cleanliness. Everything you need- grocery, shopping and restaurants are just a few minutes drive from Carolina Dunes. Everyone we met on the property during our vacation was very nice, very friendly. My family members and I intend to return to this location soon and have been renting from the management company for over 20 years. Thank you

It was not very big complex and it lacked some of the other amenities nearby places had (no hot tub, slides in the pool, kiddie play area) but it was not very crowded and it was easy access to the beach. We did have issues with the plumbing and the toilets overflowing and clogging quite a bit.

It was like being at a Caribbean Resort

Wonderful New Place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not able to get a 2 bed, 2 bath but we were able to get a 1 bed, 1.5 bath. This was perfect for our family - plenty of room. The parking was a little tight but overall good. Our room was clean and spacious. The electronic lock on our down needed a new battery which they sent out a locksmith within an hour. We also had the A/C go out on our last day and management sent out a repairman within a few hours. The plumbing and bathrooms could be updated but overall, not a problem. My family and I decided this was the most relaxing property we have stayed in 25+ years of traveling to MB. We look forward to a return trip.

Shabby but not chic.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay at the Carolina Dunes. This is our 1st time in a 1 bd. This unit was not well taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the unit but the furnishings were worn out. The drapes were 5” shy of closing. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The carpet had big runs in it. It is in need of a make over.

Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Myrtle Beach, as we usually vacation in the Outerbanks or Hilton Head. The condo has easy access to the beach which was clean. The condo lobby was continually cleaned and the condo itself was very clean. The room are spacious.However, the kitchen is not very well stocked. The carpet is torn is several areas and needs replaced. Our main issue the week we stayed was that there was a baseball team that was attending a tournament. The entire team and family would gather from other condos at our pool and party until late in the evening (130am). They were loud and disruptive. Also if you wanted to use the pool in the evenings it was so crowded from all the other parents and kids from the other condos, you couldn’t take your kids to swim safely. I barely slept much during my weeks stay. When I contacted the rental company, I was told to call the police. I don’t feel it is my responsibility to call the police when the signs states the pool area and closed at 10 and the my contract stated to call management with any issues. The one evening I called security twice and the stated they would send someone and no one ever showed up to address the situation. I also felt bad for the cleaning person having to pick up all the garbage from the team and rearrange the furniture back to its original location.Overall, the location and cleanliness of the property was great but I would not stay here again.
