150 mètres carrés, retraite contemporaine avec finition de luxe à seulement 8 minutes à pied de la plage, face au nord, donnant sur le parc national dans une rue calme Hugh chambre avec lit king size et TV, 2ème chambre deux lits simples king size. Cuisine séparée avec lave-vaisselle et des équipements de cuisine, salon avec TV, DVD air conditionné, divertissement en plein air espace aménagé, salle de bains moderne. Idéal pour un certain luxe sortir dans la belle plage et cave partie sud-ouest.

Beyond Expectations

We recently stayed at this beachside villa for my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from cutlery to other essentials. It truly exceeded our expectations. The host went above and beyond, even accommodating our request to set up a cot for our infant in a spare room, which was much appreciated. The villa felt like a home away from home, making our getaway stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend this retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-catered escape!

Not What We Thought

This is not a two bedroom rental. The second bedroom is an additional fee, which doesn’t make sense. This is not a stand-alone villa, it’s a basement apartment. Very dark with only views of the fence. The apartment is trying very hard to be luxurious but the toilet seat is too small, the shelves are coming off the wall, and worst of all you only get WiFi in the master bedroom. They provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, and some basic cooking supplies. Make sure you bring your own coffee. Instructions were unclear as to whether or not they would provide coffee and which pods to bring if they didn’t. It wasn’t all bad though. The location was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was nice. If the marketing had more accurately reflected the rental then we would have given it a better rating.

Margaret River Stay

The location is quiet & a short walk to the beach & the Elephant Cafe. A short stroll a long the beach path on to Surfers Point. The accommodation is beautifully presented inside with all amenities. The only downside would be when guests stay in the upstairs house, noise from the house shower or toilet is very evident in the bedroom underneath. Despite this drawback it is a lovely place to stay & we thoroughly enjoyed a 5 night stay in Mimosa Villa Mini.

Very Happy

3 adults stayed. The accommodation was amazing beautiful rooms even nicer than the pics. Nice and quiet and close to beach and an easy drive to Margaret river. Would definitely stay again

Very pleasant

Lovely little Villa (but a little dark inside) because it is situated under the main house. When I stayed there were not working like the bedside lamps, and the Wi-Fi is only reachable in one part of the Villa. The BBQ is old, there is no built-in hood, and no lighting button which made it hard to light this is dangerous. The owner supplied a separate BBQ lighter but that was also not working. So be careful that the BBQ does not flash over and burn you upon trying to light it. There was no beer bottle opener and corkscrew I could find in the kitchen but fortunately I brought my own anyhow. Apart from this I enjoy a quiet restful couple of nights, and it is in walkable distance to the beach.

Beautiful villa, a home away from home, you instantly feel comfortable. Vincent the host is very helpful, friendly and gave us some good tips. We loved our stay at Mimosa Beach House, Mimi Villa. It was the perfect retreat after our busy days exploring the area. Communication with the owners was excellent. Accommodation provided a lovely ambience and was very clean! White Elephant cafe overlooking beach nearby was a bonus:)

Great place to stay!

Lovely accommodation, very modern and comes fully furnished. Great location as it's very close to the beach and a short drive to the Margaret River main strip. Perfect for families and small groups and it is reasonably priced as well. Minor issue with bugs coming into the accommodation. But overall would highly recommend to anyone and would comeback to stay ourselves :)

Beautiful modern villa in just the best location. Impeccably clean and comfortable. It would be more enjoyable if there was a small table and chairs - rather that bar stools for meals.
