Maison Mulberry. À distance de marche du centre-ville et à 2 pâtés de maisons du Hot Tomato. Immense cour arrière avec terrasse couverte, foyer et cabanon verrouillable pour vélos et équipement. Récemment rénové avec toutes les nouvelles fenêtres, électroménagers, armoires, plancher, meubles et nous avons ajouté la climatisation! Venez rester et profiter de Fruita. Beaucoup de randonnées pédestres et VTT à quelques minutes. Notre place est bien approvisionnée pour que vous puissiez en profiter.

Quick trip for gold tournament

Stayed at the house just long enough to sleep before a golf outing the following day. House was very clean and just right for our quick trip.

Our Fruita Favorite

We’ve stayed here multiple times; it is always our first choice for time in Fruita. Excellent location—walkable, bikable, easy access to attractions and restaurants, yet quiet and comfy. This is a well-designed and graciously appointed home. We will be back!

Great House Close to Town

The house was perfect for our family of four. Very nice details and thoughtful amenities. The porch was great for relaxing and the yard great for the kids to play in. Walk to town every night for dinner. Very responsive hosts.

Truly a Home Away from Home

This was our third stay at 282 Mulberry, and as always, we were delighted. The downtown Fruita location is excellent for walking around town, to local restaurants, and to the grocery store, yet it’s quiet and comfortable. The house is stocked and decorated with care, truly a place to feel at home. We also appreciate its relaxing patio and backyard as well as the secure bike storage. We will return.

Lovely Home w/ Awesome Yard in Town

We loved staying at 282 Mulberry with kids and dogs! Awesome back yard that is mostly fenced, nice patio and fire pit area and a very clean and cozy home. Rooms were perfect for a family of 4, loved all the windows in the living/dining room and great kitchen too! Very close to town, just a block and a half from Hot Tomato and 2 blocks to Bestslope Coffee. There are a few nearby properties that are a bit junky and the neighbors’ dog did bark along the fence line quite a bit…but the property itself was perfect and we’ll definitely be back!

Charming Fruita Home

We continue to come back to enjoy this property. It is well stocked and taken care of with all you need to relax, enjoy the beautiful backyard, safe storage for bikes and walking distance to downtown. Communication is easy and prompt with the owner and we always feel welcome.

This adorable home was incredibly clean, comfortable and the perfect place to stay for our short stay in Fruita. Location was perfect and within walking distance of the Hot Tomato restaurant and coffee shops!

Great Downtown Fruita Location

We are returning guests. Love the proximity to downtown Fruita, ease of accessing the bike trails, and the walkable neighborhood. The home decor is simple yet gracious and comfortable. It's ideal for a couple and a pet, and Jeremiah is a welcoming host.

Fabulous Fruita Rental

This was one of our most enjoyable stays. The home was beautifully appointed and immaculate. Located just two blocks from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive to my email questions and provided helpful information for our stay. The backyard and patio are perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Everything we could have wanted was at this rental including bike racks in a locked shed, an outdoor grill and a fully furnished kitchen. We will definately return.

Perfect Fruita bungalow

We are on a long road trip and this was the ideal place to stop. The house is in a cute neighborhood so close to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. The house is clean and updated. We loved it.

Great little place

This is an outstanding property for a couple or family with 2 small children. The house is small but very nicely remodeled with nice finishes and updated everything. My wife and I stayed here for the nearby Country Jam festival and it was a great base camp. The outdoor living space is large and nicely furnished with plenty of seating, grill, and fire pit. It's just a couple blocks from "downtown" so close to bars and restaurants. We loved the house and would recommend it to anyone staying in this area.

Charming Get Away

This little house was everything we were looking for and more! As soon as you pull up to this house you are overwhelmed with the sweet, cozy charm of it. The house was very clean and had all the amenities to make us feel at home and extremely comfortable. The best part was the backyard and covered porch where we spent most of our time relaxing. It is just down the street from Fuita’s little downtown and a couple breweries. The host was also extremely kind and accommodating! We would happily stay here again and I would recommend this charming house to anyone!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the yard and we loved the proximity to town! Totally walkable. Cute inside, very clean, and incredibly helpful management staff! We will be back!!

Lots to appreciate in this immaculate house and yard. The landscaping and every detail inside and out well planned and maintained. I appreciated the various wood treatments outside, and the natural edge countertop separating the well stocked kitchen from the spacious family room. Comfy bed.Nice shower.

Peaceful and Charming, Perfect for what we were looking for

We loved this house. From the back yard to the patio and the inside, everything was exactly as described. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we felt right at home the entire trip. The host was so friendly and made sure we were comfortable right away. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Fruita.
